That was high even then, so I’m guessing that she had limited documentation and assets, possibly credit issues.Four months later, she borrowed another $120,000 against it through a second mortgage. A year and a half later, she refied her first and second mortgages for a total of $593,750.Two months later, she Grant-deeded a “widowed” woman (this may be her 92-year-old grandmother) onto the title for $7,000 (not sure what this was for).A month after that, PamDana got served with a lien (undisclosed amount) and an EVICTION notice. Then it was transferred to PMI Mortgage Insurance Group, and sold to a new party. Looks like she maxed out the equity and then let it foreclose.Her CA addresses go back to 1992. She also lived in Methuen, MA. She’s 38 years old. |
