Linnethia ”Nene” Leakes
Linnethia “NeNe” Leakes is a native of Queens, New York, and mother of 18-year-old Brice and 9-year-old Brentt. She’s married to Gregg, an über-successful real estate investor. A greater Atlanta resident for more than two decades, NeNe is carefree, outgoing and a lover all things fabulous. She’s a former model and founder of The Twisted Hearts Foundation, which brings awareness to the issue of domestic violence. She’s also planning on opening a boutique hotel. “Twisted Hearts Foundation was not a charity but a non-profit LLC. It was mailed a notice on 9/17/10 that it was involuntarily or administratively dissolved or its certificate of authority revoked by the Office of Secretary of state for failure to file its annual registration.[11]“

(Season 1 to present) Nene Leakes is married to Gregg Leakes. (5-30-11 Divoce is being finalized.) She also has two children, a 11 year old boy named Brentt and another 20 year old boy, Bryce, from a previous relationship. (Bryce is awaiting a child by his girlfriend.) She is the founder of the Twisted Hearts Foundation (Foundation has been investigated for misusing funds…foundation closed.) that addresses domestic violence against women.[9] She had a book published, Never Make the Same Mistakes Twice, in 2009.[10] It was ghostwritten by Denene Millner.
Leakes has left her rental home seen in the first season of the show in November 2008 after an eviction notice was filed by the landlords, Winwood Properties.[11] It was located in the Stonebrier at Sugarloaf gated community on Sugarloaf Parkway, which is approximately 40 minutes northeast of downtown Atlanta.[12] The notice, filed September 24 with the magistrate court of Gwinnett County, said Leakes’ husband owed them $6,240 in past due rent.[11]
Leakes will be featured on The Celebrity Apprentice 4 (U.S. season 11) in March 2011, hosted by Donald Trump. (Nene appeared on CA… fought with everyone; got in a cab and drove off the show. Nene blames her leaving on Star Jones…)

Love it! As you can guess I am so not a fan of Nene. I was so proud of myself; when I found that out about her “charity” I edited the wikipedia myself. I had never done that before.
