Paris! Yolanda and I really bonded on our trip to Paris. We had both spent many years there modeling in the past. I think Yolanda is a beautiful sexy woman and when she asks me to go exercise, I do. If I wanted to look that good in 10 years I better get my ass jogging (even though I was super under the weather).
Side note: My curling iron exploded in Paris so forgive the lack of effort that went into my hair. NOTE: Brandi’s curling iron exploded because she probably forgot to bring an adapter… if she spent so much time in Paris, she would have known that there’s different electrical current!
We all head to the Eiffel Tower, and I wasn’t super excited because I am deathly afraid of heights. So when you see me standing next to the iron please note that I was two decks back from the edge where Yo scared the shit out of me and pretended to “fly.”
Kyle and Lisa have a heart-to-heart and Kyle admits that she is jealous of Lisa’s friendship with me. Kyle says that Lisa and I are a mismatched pair. . .Hmmm wonder what she means by that? Lisa and I have the exact same sense of humor. My friends’ ages range from 22 to 65 years old. As far as social circles go, I was at P. Diddy’s White Party many times way before Kyle’s White Party and even before I knew who Kyle Richards was. I guess Kyle was referiing to our bank accounts because that is the only real mismatched thing about Lisa and I. I’m working very hard to change that. NOTE: It’s “Me”… oh, never mind.
Kim and I had a bonding moment on the Tower, which I thought was very sweet. Kyle and Lisa kissed it out — so let’s hope it all goes better now.
I love to cook, so I was very excited to take this cooking class although I have never loved French food. When we were leaving the hotel heading to the cooking class, I realized that Kim was missing. Yolanda and Kyle went up to check on her.
We all hoped it was not another Hawaii incident. This trip to Paris, Kim seemed fine one second and then completely off the next. We were all very concerned about her. Yolanda and Kyle were able to wake Kim and get her down to the class. Lisa was truly concerned, but Kim took it as something it wasn’t. I thought it better to just give Kim and Kyle their space, but I’m not the boss of anyone here.
While in cooking class, I see a duck head and I am not OK with this at all. I used to have a pet duck named Oscar. I just couldn’t stomach watching the beheading of these cute little ducks.
We end up having a lovely dinner, and I innocently flirt with the chef although I really was just being a jokester. Kim and I had yet another bonding moment at the table and I am enjoying getting along with her.
Yolanda, Kyle, Kim, and Mauricio go shopping and Kim is upset because she thinks Lisa is stirring the pot. Yolanda assures her that it doesn’t matter, and if that is true she isn’t her friend. Yolanda was being extremely sweet to Kim and helping her out the entire trip. To make things very clear it was because Kim seemed very unstable during our Paris trip and we were all worried about her.
Yolanda was just trying to help Kim put her best foot forward and worry about her health instead of what the rest of us gals thought. All of us, including Lisa, were coming from a loving place.

What is really, really sad is that poor Kim is being exploited by her sister and the Bravo producers.
She seems too fragile to be able to make decisions regarding her private life when she signed on to be a member of this cast. Allowing herself to be cast in the role of “is she or isn’t she using and abusing?” is difficult to watch.
Knowing that most of the “feuds” are contrived is quite different than watching someone who struggles with real issues of substance abuse and emotional well being. She appears uneasy in most scenes, as if she is uncertain of what is required of her to react to even the most innocuous conversation. I would have some concerns as a family member watching her attempt to give the producers a performance when all the while the issue is whether she is “sober” at any particular moment.
No question the other ladies can “hold their own” but Kim comes across as a rather pitiable performer whose best chance of survival may just be to disappear from the spotlight and begin the healing offstage.
She owes that much to herself and her children since so much of this “drama” centers on whether she is “using” whenever she appears onscreen.
For someone who appears so desperate to recover this is the last thing she needs.
One more thing, when you talk about the different electric, don’t they tell you that in customs? I would think Beandi would know that since she traveled abroad before.

It couldn’t be because she didn’t have a converter that her iron blew up, no converter then nothing works, it doesn’t cause an explosion, although its a great thought.

Kim forgot her meds and Brandi forgot her converter…..Producers stole them to create drama. So over this bunch!

And would know that dogs are just as welcome in restaurants as their owners in France… and would know that the usual lunch time in France is at least an hour and a half to two hours. Some workers drop by their homes, pick up their dogs and take them with them to have lunch. It’s an entirely different workday/lunchtime than that of the ‘very rushed, gobble up your sandwich in 30 minutes’ US. TFC!! SH

If you have done ANY traveling, you NEVER forget that little converter! If you have done any traveling, that little converter would be in your bag already. Personally I do not use a converter never did, I always use a European volt dryer (experienced traveller), all hotels have converters you can use, no big deal. DAZED, it is presumed Brandi doesn’t speak French, cuz if she did, you betcha there would have been a spotlight on that to show up the other hillbillies. Who said anything aboutbrandi lying about anything, I don’t see that here???? Dazed can you tell us all about the IMPORTANT stuff that pertains to silly, superficial FU**ED up housewives that are morally corrupt? I completely agree with you well chosen comments. Kim has admitted to being uncomfortable traveling (or going to an event) with her sister, Vyle (who has behaved like a stage mother). Kim can’t really get well under the intense scrutiny.
Well said Pat. Every time I see Kim in a scene it makes my heart hurt. Kyle is a disgusting bitch for exploiting her sister in this manner. She was always jealous of Kim, and now she is making sure that the entire world knows Kim is a mess. Kim will never be offered another acting role thanks to her bitch of a sister. I wish Kathy Hilton would step in. This is an awful situation to watch. I think the entire viewing audience absolutely despises Kyle (and her fake husband as well).
Kyle, a.k.a lucifer. There’s nothing left to say, as a producer Kyle allows these scenes with her sister to air is pure evil. The only reason a person does this or forms of it is out of jealousy. Finally Kyle feels in the superior position in life and is going to make sure to kick kim when she’s down and keep her there. Kim was the prettier sister, more successful sister and more likable sister all their lives and Kyle was the psycho with smoke comin outta her ears and foaming at the corners of her mouth, then something changed for kim………wonder what the Hilton’s have to say about all this.
Kim’s issues are deep seeded. She was the primary support of that dysfunctional family and missed out on a normal childhood. As with a lot of “kid stars” her talent was unable to survive the crossover into adulthood and she seems to be bearing the scars.
Keep in mind that Kathy Hilton is also a product of the same mother who pushed and exploited her daughters into “fame”. How could the same mother of Paris Hilton be expected to “step in” and save Kim from herself when her own offspring is such a tawdry mess? How often has Paris been arrested or detained for drug possession?
My concern is that she is being used to hype up a “story line” for Bravo ratings which is a pitiful way to make a living if this is why she has agreed to doing it. She has been edited to look even more foolish with the suggestion that she has possibly “re-offended”.
Kyle has shown herself to be a dreadful human being overall using Kim as her excuse. What I find interesting is how often we hear Kyle “praise” her deceased mother but no mention is ever made of their father. Who is he and what role did he play in their lives if at all?
But apparently this is what happens when you agree to “sell your soul” to a reality series that has no interest in you beyond ratings. This can be applied to anyone of these women but in the case of Kim who suffers from a real problem it is disturbing to watch her.
Does anyone expect Kathy Hilton (mother of PARIS) to save a family?
I know. The same Kathy Hilton who encouraged both Paris and Nikki to drop out of school at the age of 15 to pursue a life of partying in NYC.
Another son has had his share of recent troubles with the law in LA so I would not consider Kathy as one to serve as Kim’s interventionist.
With all their money this family is useless.

I read somewhere that Paris has a trust fund as well as her siblings.
Which explains why none of them have to actually work for a living and can afford to fly all over the globe posing for pictures and behaving like total morons.
They are not hefty trust funds, plus Paris has made money on her own. The Hilton family is worth 2.3 billion, after it is dispersed among various charities there is about $50 million for the Rick Hilton’s and his siblings to inherit, that’s not much for each family.
Everyone assumes that Kim supported her family. I believe Kim’s father had a successful business and he supported his children along with their mothers many husbands. There were also laws put in place after Jackie Coogan limiting how much control and access parents/agents could have to their earnings..Kim’s Mother used what she could get her hands on to embellish her lifestyle. I read that her father had left the girls the house they lived in when he died, which their Mother kept for herself. Seems house theft runs in the family.
He prolly left the house in their name, giving permission to their mother to live out her days there, that’s common
From what I read Big Kathy tortured him even on his death bed. To say they didn’t have a good relationship is being kind. I doubt he would have done anything that would have her in consideration. He left the house to Kyle and Kim not their mother.
