The NJ Division of Taxation filed the tax lien against Jacqueline — who has been a regular on the show since season 1 — earlier this year for exactly $338,337.05.
The docs don’t specify which year(s) Jacqueline allegedly racked up the debt, but if she doesn’t pay up soon, they could go after her assets.
NOTE: Watch for this situation to be cleared up fast… with all that cash money da Laurita’s are makin’ from that black stuff, they’ll have no problem in erasing this tax lien!
If NOT… watch for BubbaJax to be sellin’ more of her signed bottles! and wine glasses! Remember: Returns not accepted… you buy it, you keep it!! Dats how dos New Jersey chick roll…

I wonder if one of you or even SH could help me on something. Remember the big argument on the beach at Punta Cana and also at the house in Napa Valley. Do all of you remember when it kept going on both times Chris told or asked Joe Giudice to “Joe stop this” and he would. And then also in Napa Valley during the fight at the house when Chris talked to him about the shady comment that he was saying around town Joe said he didn’t and smiled and both him and Chris kissed each other on the cheek. I bring this up because it seems to me that Joe and Chris are close not in a sexual way or even just like friend. I think that Chris uses Joe and vice versa for problems he may or may not have in regard to business.
To be honest with you I think either Chris or Joe is semi-mobbed up.
I have to agree that I think Joe Giudice is. Remember the workers of Joe’s that moved the furniture in the MCmansion of Joe and Teresa’s. Tell me they weren’t thugs.
This is likely just the beginning. Next comes the NJ Attorney General and then the Internal Revenue Service. This will not end well.
I was just thinking we haven’t heard much talk about Jax in the blogs, as if she was laying low on purpose. Can’t wait to all the sheet to hit the fan.

In regards to Jacaloon’s “Detox Tea”: She and her band of BLK idiots need to be schooled in how temperature effects the properties of fulvic acid–many “weak” acids for that matter–if they are gonna preach about this stuff. It sounds like she brings the fulvic acid water to a boil, which means a majority of the acid will be in the neutral (not charged) form. This change in charge alters what the molecule can actually do. The charged form of the acid is what could potentially bind to heavy metals, cross cellular membranes, etc. Snake oil peddlers!
Not that I believe any of the fulvic acid bs. Just to be clear.
I wonder if Jacko will tell us that it is a “business” tax lien just like the $55 Million bankruptcy where she and Chris are charged personally by the US bankruptcy courts.

Chris acts the honorable gentleman willing to buy Teresa and Juicy’s personal possessions at auction yet there is a tone of derision an undercurrent of smug superiority as he lectured the others . And all the time Chris knew the shady business transactions lurking on his own balance sheet. He and Jax are two of a kind. They skillfully started a whisper campaign about the Guidice finances to hide their own financial tsunami. Sordid and heinous behavior. IMO and I have nothing at al to base this on but I wonder if Jax and Chris agreed to give up a tidbit of info and Bravo planted it in exchange for another season on the show. I am curious when this too will be Teresa’s fault?

@Made. I’m sorry that Chris is one sick pup if he thinks anyone is buying his Mr. Nice Guy/Mr. Love and Light routine. He is a damn barracuda in chubby man suit. I wouldn’t doubt that as some wise folk on SH suggested that Jax and Chris wanted to get the goods and squeal like stuck pigs on the Guidices. Problem is while we all knew Juicy and Teresa blew it at the bankruptcy proceedings they don’t owe anywhere near what Chubby and Bubba Jax owe. The level of fraud is mind boggling. Don’t reach out your hand to take a gift from Chris the Chubby Laurita . You will end up minus a hand an arm and the contents of your bank account. Chubby and Bubba should come with a blinking yellow caution light and a warning label.
@Pittypat When he said that on screen I bristled. Even if I had purchased my friends belongings – let alone just contemplated it – I could never divulge that in fear of embarrassing my friend. I would imagine the reason to purchase their belongings would be two-fold – obviously, to spare my friends loosing their possessions and – more importantly – sparing them the shame. Chris’ statement did neither of these, in fact, it made their friends an even bigger public spectacle.
I don’t care if the friendship had turned cold, I would have honored what the friendship once was and just moved on if I felt I had truly been harmed by the Guidices. Revenge/spite is not what I consider a mature reaction to the end of a relationship.
IMHO, Teresa and Juicy are the ones that are the closest resemblance to adults on this show. I think they truly live and let live. Do they handle ever situation perfectly- no- BUT, compared to the rest – and everything they have been dished out – they have shown remarkable restraint. Again, MHO.
IMO as bad as MeGo and Joey are its very appropriate that they are sucked in tight with the Lauritas. IMO Jax is as jealous of Teresa as the rest. Chris was gossiping like a school girl about Juicy and teresa’s finances all whie putting on the high and mighty act.

I do agree with many that Karma is in affect here. Jac should remember everytime she points a finger at someome 3 more are pointing back at her. She took so much joy and pleasure in Teresa’s family’s problems, even stating her hopes that Joe goes to jail (which he well might) but at least Teresa was able to get her finances under control. For now at least, who knows what will pop up about these people.
I would no be surprised if Caroline was the one who told T that J was a stripper. When J first hooked up and married Chris, Caroline was not happy with her, even after CJ was born, Caroline was placing judgement on Jac .. to the point that Jac slugged her. I don’t find it a stretch to think that Caroline vented to Dina and Teresa and made such a claim. In the attached clip Chris never said Jac was not a stripper, he stated that he met her at a trade show in Chicago. He never said no, my wife was not a stripper. As a matter of fact a bit later he atttests that being a stripper is no big deal.
I have a feeling Messy de Gorga ‘nee Marco is about to feel karma’s sting as well. IMO the book about her hot Italian marriage just went up in flames. Whether Bryan is the real deal or not this isnt a case of any publicity is good publicity. Look at Don Red’s book reviews on Amazon. Can we all say tanked? Caroline’s will look like Pulitzer Prize winner after MeGos sales flatline.
Your exactly right, I’ve always thought the same thing. Look at it from the standpoint of Caroline and Dina. Her brother is making it big and have all this money and he’s even engaged to Dina’s friend at the hair salon. But now he broke it off from Dina’s friend because he got his stripper/escort girlfriend pregnant (which they know she did on purpose) and that is the reason of the hurry marriage without it being big. Caroline considered her a whore and Dina did too. And it can easily be a fight over caroline saying something about her old profession and she decked Caroline.
…and the chickens are coming home to roost…better have A LOT of “feed” handy, Jacko!

I’ve lost 12.8 lbs on my first week of WW. It happens. Of course, the majority is water weight, which she would have plenty of since she is an alcoholic.

I agree. This amount looks like it’s just the beginning. If they did take money from the company & spend on planes & trips etc. I hope they enjoyed them. If they end having to pay it back, it may be a very lonnnng time before they take any more of those trips. Funny, looking back at the first two seasons, how different Jax & her situation turned out to be.
I totally remember how they had all those mercedes and range rovers and whatever and all in black. And how she didn’t have to work and they went on all those trips.
I watched a RHONJ marathon yesterday of S4 (yes, y’all I know my sanity can be questionable at times) and I shook my head with a sh&^- eating grin as I watched
1. The honorable Chris Laurita offering to buy back the Guidice’s belongings
2. Jac inferring that Tree is fake because she doesn’t tell her all her financial/ legal stuff.
3. Jac saying that what Tree and Juicy did was completely different. “They just went out and spent a lot of money and didn’t pay anyone back.”
4. Jac screaming at Juicy that he was scum and that she hopes she goes to jail!
