Kim is as high as a kite and everyone knows it. No excuses here, it’s the real thing. Just for once I wish when Vyle went out she would look in the mirror and see how riduclous she looks with clothes that are 2 sizes too small for her. That’s all I have to say. JMO
Her clothes are the right size, but they are badly fitted. She needs to be like Lisa, find a designer she really likes, and have that designer create clothing for her that covers what she needs to cover, and highlights the rest.
Kind of really sad to see. Kim is a true addict and is definately high and/or drunk here. I don’t believe any of these women really care about her ‘wellness’ and she should get off this show and get herself some serious help.

Honestly, I havent thought she looked entirely coherent the entire season. She has also been up to her old habit of not showing up to events. When she called with the old “dog ate my nose” excuse she sounded very slurry.

Lisa is saying she found Kim to be the most lucid she has seen her; a complement.
Lisa said that Kim didn’t appear as lucid as she has been in previous months, i.e. Kim appears to be mentally unbalanced in Paris.

Those rotten Bravo bastards. Andy, Kyle and Morry are hurting Kim so badly. She’s so very fragile, no matter what sort of face Kim puts on it. I’ve gotten a whiff that some of cast will finally be done with their contracts this year. And the contracts allow Bravo to stink up the joint with all the fakery we’ve become accustomed to.
Yes, Kim’s a grown ass woman…whose supported her family as a youngster and teen, had marriages that went poof, had her house stolen and has to be piled on from Kyle. Every time Kyle rolls her eyes and looks away from Kim, I want to slap the snot outta her. I’d bet these last 3 years have been the worst in her life. Eff you, Bravo.
I totally agree with you. It’s so sad to see that ratings appear to be more important to these bozos than getting her the help she so obviously needs. Shame on Kyle for being such a bad sister. She tries to come off as a caring person but she’s almost as sick as her sister. I think she actually holds her up to the fire to make herself look better. Really sad.

I have difficulty trying to sort the “sober Kim” from the “not so sober Kim” to be honest. She slurs all the time and behaves “flighty” even when we are assured she is “clean”.
The sad part is that Bravo is still invested in keeping her on the show for those very same reasons. The booze just keeps flowing and people like Taylor and Brandi are each susceptible to the effects alcohol has on their behavior. And not in a “good way”.
But then this is Bravo where only the ratings count and if these 3 women appear like fools in front of the cameras all the better!
The sad part is that we are watching Kim implode and being on this useless show is not helping.

Its also possible that her alkihaul doctor is giving her stuff too under the false pretense that it will help her with her anxiety or shakes over not drinking. I think this is so dangerous for doctors to take the word of an an alcoholic that they will use them correctly and will not drink with them but I have seen this happen so I know it does.
This is a small irritation, but what drives me crazy about Kyle is that heavy hair she can’t keep her hands off.
Forever touching it, pushing it out of her eyes, whipping it back, and “playing” with it drives me to distraction.
If it is that much of a “burden” try cutting and styling it into a fashion where she is not constantly running her hands over it like some 15 yr old.
For me, she is the most annoying of all of them and this includes Taylor!!!
I agree with you about Kyle being the most annoying…with the exception of Faye. If Faye counts, which she shouldn’t. She keeps showing up though, much to my dismay.
Sadly one day we will turn on the news to hear Kim has died. This woman needs help and this show is not it. She wasn’t drunk but she was on something. She’ll go down the Amy Winehouse road. Sad.
We all knew she was still on something… Getting her nose done was just an easy way for her to get drugs… I never thought she has ever been clean on this show… And no one acts like a child all the time… I hate when she calls her grown children IES, it’s stupid.. If I call my son Mickie, actually I never call him Mike, it’s always Michael.. Well he would kill me..not really, but that’s just stupid… Plain and simple.
I think the same thing. Dim-Kim is in a perpetual fog and treats her children like play-mates. She can barely form a full sentence and her speech is still slurred and as slow as molasses. If she isn’t causing problems within the group, she’s at home re-dusting the furnishings. (I thought she had a maid to take care of the housework.) Two old sayings comes to mind: ‘if one doesn’t learn from history, they are destined to repeat it’. And, ‘when someone keeps doing the exact same thing but expects a different outcome, it’s a sign of insanity’. Kim really needs to leave the show and get healthy without cameras.
Lynda, we can’t forget about that chicken salad she made… My goodness all that salad for her kids prom? And they didn’t even stay… Her poor daughter couldn’t wait to leave, probably afraid of what her mother would do or say… She is always high, pathetically stoned forever…

In Kim’s defense and the reason why I truly wish she would show some empathy for the possibly alcoholic Taylor, Kim’s….issues caused her to lose two of her kids to their father, although I don’t think it was official. Now that most of her kids are grown, she’s trying to make up for lost parenting time with them, which is why I suspect she did not invite Kyle to Vegas.
Vile used the hook of Kim, former childhood star, to get on the BH franchise. If you notice Maurice is in the middle of every damn dram plot that Vile is in. The both of them are using Kim to advance their own pocketbooks. Just this morning I received a tweet from GMA and Kyle and Maurico were the subject. WTF! Those two are nobodies in BH.
Yeah, Mo is making longer appearances. Whenever he asks, “What’s going on?” he looks confused (as though “did I just say that and why do I care?”). Pretty soon, he’ll be the BH version of Simon vanKrappen. Doesn’t he have a new business to run?
Maybe he needs to move over to Million Dollar Listing, so he can preen and brag about how much he’s sold all he wants to. He already knows that Josh guy since they used to work at the same agency, so it should be an easy fit.
Kim you should leave the show and get an acting job. She’s an actress. Acting as herself is awkward to see. She’s not comfortable around people or in social events. She should stop taking whatever pills the doctor has her on. Most of the side effects are worse then what your ailment is. Her sister is a piece of work. That woman cares only for herself. I don’t know why Cathy hasn’t step in and taken Kim away from the horrible environment of the RHOBH.
Kim is a 50 year old woman ! It is way past time for her and her alone to be accountable for her actions. Blaming Kyle or expecting Kathy to coddle her is ridiculous.Kim made her choices and after her 4th rehab knows what she needs to do to stay sober.
I agree with you. It’s ridiculous that siblings are taking care of Kim. She’s been married, had kids, and apparently received spousal and child support when the marriages ended.

I understand that positive support is needed when Kim shows positive lifestyle choices. I’m talking about emotional support not financial. Kim has burned through millions of dollars in her adulthood. Kim needs a reason to be sober, like not being homeless. Kim has been to 4 rehabs and knows exactly what to do for her sobriety! She chooses not to.
If anything i seriously think kim should stay away from Kyle. I believe the biggest culprit is that vyle snake and her greasy slimey skanky looking husband of hers.Kim get rid of that trash
I’ve said that myself. Kyle requires that Kim follow her lead when it comes to the other ladies and likely in other situations, and that can be detrimental to someone in recovery and trying to find their own way in life.
Like I said before Kim has bee through rehab 4 times. She is an adult and knows what she needs to do to remain sober. If it is backing away from family than so be it. Kim can’t continue to blame Kyle for what she won’t do. This is a 50 year old woman not an teenager.
Oh my, yes it was me who blogged last week on how I thought Kim was doing so well! Well that lasted 2 seconds. I think and again I think underneath her problems; I bet Kim is a desent person I don’t see a lot of malice in her, like I see in her sister. I think Kim has had some rough patches and Kyle had played the control and take advantage of her game for a long time. I think Kim never learned how to stand up to her sister and hence some of her issues.
Ann, I too think she is genuinely a good person. I think she has a kind heart(with the one exception being finger-pointing-gate) and I believe Kyle continues to exploit her. She may never recover from her sister’s part in ripping that home out from under her. Something I read between the lines of the house situation, was that her mom, knowing that Kim had some serious problems, wanted her to end up with that home for her own security. On the other hand it’s possible that Kyle thought that by taking ownership of the house she was able to prevent Kim from losing it because of her alcoholism and possible drug use. But likely Kyle was just being greedy.
You make some good points here, I have read that between the lines as well. Kyle has rode shotgun on Kim it appears from a young age, didn’t she brag on one of the episodes how she took Kims car and had a fender bender on Rodeo Drive?
I’m not sure Kim is sugar coated. She has shown tons of malice toward Traylor-Park (in S-1) and Brandi (the first second they were introduced and prior to the “meth head” comment). Kim has never, ever admitted her error to Brandi. That’s not very mature or kindly.
They do not deserve a free trip to Paris!!!!!

Kim is very damaged but I don’t give her a pass on some of her Mean Girl crap, sober or not. SH ran excerpts from “House of Hilton” (http://stoopidhousewives.com/2011/02/13/rhobh-it-all-started-with-big-kathy/) that detailed what a stage hosebeast their (Cathy/Kim/Kyle) Mom was…think that Kim bears the brunt of those dysfunctional scars. I’m not sure what caused Kim’s behavior in the clip…but agree that RHWoBH is not helping whatever her situ is (social anxiety/cameras present/recovering addict etc.) And I’m not sure a regular acting career is in the cards for her – as I think middle aged actresses with sterling reputations have a difficult time finding roles?
Maybe the best thing would be that Kyle and Morris give her the Mom’s house back (she certainly earned it as a child actor – funding the Mom and siblings lifestyle!) with Cathy financing? Hopefully, they could have a REAL life coach/sobriety monitor and care for her?
I don’t think that Kim is a nice person… She is a spoiled brat, at 50.. I read that book also, she is sneaky… Put you big girl panties on, and grow the hell up… I don’t like her, and not for one minute have I ever thought she was sober… She never shows up, she has an excuse for everything… The whole family is twisted, thanks to a mother that was evil..

Yes @maythel, he is really not very bright. Not only that, but he really isn’t particularly manly. I’m sure I’m the only who caught this, but when Kyle’s clothing rack was falling why did he not help he?. I was truly put off by this. He acts so almighty and yet doesn’t do the obviously courteous act of helping his wife.

I think Vile and Mo set up those little scenes becuz they want their own spin off….same thing Tree wants….it was Mo’s job to stand there like the DA and laugh and her to say what she thinks is cute and funny like “see what u made me do”….they show too many scenes with those two with Front Portia in the background. Vile just didn’t count on all the ‘hate’ she was gonna get this season! Vile is too scared to even blog anymore! Vile and Mo both are getting torn a new booty on those blogs!

Kim is dealing with demons that will end up taking her life.She seems to be moving from place to place each season.That costs money with tranferring utilites/deposits and movers.She could not hold a full time job to save her life.She is always late or a no show.She must be living off some residuals for past movies .Her Bravo check she is wasting on her daily fixes whatever they are.The nose job as was comped by Bravo for her storyline.The trip to Paris is way over the top and cost Bravo or was severely comped by places/vendors there.We are watching a trainwreck that will end badly in time.Trailor too will end of in a bad place too.Way too much drinking.Bravo needs to pull the life support on Kim too.Adrienne and Trailor will be gone next season I hope too.The show has gone to the dark side.Need to cancel or recast all the way around.
I don’t know why they even keep Kim around, she only films when she feels like it, which ain’t very often…rarely blogs. I’ve never thought she was staying clean, maybe from alcohol, but then I never believed alcohol was her problem anyway. Her speech seems to be slurred a tad too much too often for me to believe she’s sober. I think Kim would be nice if she wasn’t around Vile, too, but Vile puts her up to some of that ‘mean girl’ crap….Vile tries to get others to do the dirty work, while she eggs it on and gets camera time.
At this point, I’m pretty tired of Kim and her addictions. I’m tired of watching the do-gooders swarm around looking for the tell tale signs of her addictions. I’m tired of Kyle with her resigned looks of disappointment and deep heavy breaths directed at Kim. I’ve always been a Kim fan, but I’m seeing she needs to go. It’s become increasingly painful for me to watch her life continue to go down the tubes for the Bravo viewing audience. It’s not even entertaining, it’s sickening.
I really don’t think Kim would be so bad on the show if it wasn’t for Vile! Kim said in the beginning how calming Yolanda was to be around, and she hasn’t been back since…..Vile showed up in her place to do the Cleanse with Yo, I have a feeling Vile is scared Kim will spill the beans about their part in going after Lisa if she’s not around to shut her up. Kim does seem nice.
I’ve often thought that if Kyle would accept Kim, even with her addictions, Kim might actually get better. Who knows? I’m pretty sure if I was an substance abuser, all the pressure from having to “perform” would cause me to sink further into the bottle or pills or whatever. Just a thought.

Exploitation. That’s the word I think of when I see Kim. She was exploited by her mother, exploited by Kyle as child ( Kyle has said it herself, how growing up she expected Kim to buy her things), exploited by Kyle again as an adult ( the house situation). I suspect, as others have said, that Kyle’s and Kim’s inclusion on the show hinged on Kim agreeing to it. I don’t think Kyle would have been chosen without Kim. So there you go- more exploitation. Wish Kim would leave the show and distance herself from Kyle.
I just watched the clip. Maybe, Kim has jet lag. (Paris is about 10 hours ahead of L.A. time.) Some people get punch drunk (pardon the pun) when they fly far distances and don’t have a nap to take the edge off.

Yeah, I know there’s a direct flight from Seattle to France, and probably from LA to France as well, leaving her plenty of time to get a sloshed as she wanted.
