Yeah I dont expect alot of agreement on that one but I just feel like when you invite someone to your home, there is a certain amount of risk assumed. And I also dont allow other people to help me with the dinner dishes either. A guest is a guest. So unless you came over and intentionally took a knife to my leather couches, its all good. Which reminds me of when my daughter was six and went to a bday party with about fifteen other girls at a home. A childrens lamp got broken and this mother called all sixteen of the girls parnets to let them know. I guess she wanted paid for it? And my kids think I’M embarrassing!
I agree with you. I would never tell someone that their spray tan turned my furniture all orange. Rather, I’d just make a note to self to use the non-white furniture or throw on a chair cover that I really didn’t care about. My last couches were fair in color and I ended up putting on covers. I told everyone it was for a “new look” but in reality, it was just a pain in the arse to clean the couches when things spilled.
I really like Lisa but her comment was a little outta line. Maybe it was the rose talking or perhaps it was a joke.

Not proper to wear make up, parfume, lotions you know will leave a trace of any kind. I remember eating at a restaurant and the waitress had on some cheap parfume and when she brought us the utensils and napkins you could smell it on the items, not good! As for Lisa, Lisa doesn’t seem to let go of anything, she is becoming naggy!
Lisa brought it up cuz it’s the SECOND time and Adrienne needs to know to stop putting that stuff on or learn to stay away from white furniture when she’s wearing it!

Ad brought it up, Lisa just confimed Ad’s tan stains everything she comes into contact with. I think it was just an opportune moment to let Ad know she ruined her sofa…
Yes, it’s perfectly fair to say something about that. If Adrienne is responsible for leaving Lisa’s furniture messed up, Lisa can mention it. It’s tantamount to someone who burns a hole in a couch due to cigarettes. He/she would be expected to make reparations. Why should Lisa (or anyone else) have to alter her interior decor due to Adrienne’s vanity problems?
I suppose in this world of lawsuits and gossip, she should be expected to make it right. But not in my world.
While she doesn’t have to make it right in any world, she should be made aware of it, although I can’t believe she isn’t already since she too has white furniture in her home. A nice apology when she stood up and saw the transfer would have been sufficient. Perhaps I’d just odd, but I actually look back at the place I’ve been seated to make sure I’ve not left anything behind, and therefore would have noticed and said something to my host.
It’s not tacky to me. What is tacky is allowing your spray tan to ruin the furnishings of those that you visit. That’s gross.

Of course its disgusting to ruin other peoples things. That goes without saying. But 18 months later? Bringing in up in a social situation? Would you do that to a “frined”? My point is…if Lisa was speaking out of concern or to make her aware, she was already aware, she should have said it 18 months ago in a more considerate, private manner. She didnt say it because of any other reason than she is pissed at her and wanted her to feel embarrassed. Whether you like someone or not, its not a nice thing to do.
Would I do it to a friend? No. Would I do it to a frienemy that has gone out of her way to attempt to disparage my reputation along with allow her employee to do the same? You bet I would! LOL! I wouldn’t say it if it were not true, and if I was wearing white and standing next to someone I know is likely to be wearing far too much spray tanner? You bet I’d say something, so that I’m not walking around with that persons marks on me for the evening.

Why does Lisa wear all her tops with most of the buttons not buttoned? She had on a pink bra underneath her white shirt when talking to Kyle as well as carrying her handbag around like she was on her way out.That seems so inapproprate for a woman of her age to dress like that.
I notice that her blouses are unbuttoned, and yet nothing is showing except the pink bra under the white shirt, and the nice statement jewelry she favors. I think she looks beautiful without being showy, and on most shows has less cleavage on display than either Kyle or Brandi.

I don’t use the stuff for a very obvious reason, but my daughter talks about seeing her friends with the stuff on their clothes, and I know I’ve seen it too.
I use Jergens Natural Glow daily moisturizer it looks very natural or Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs let it dry I have not had it rub off if it dries well
I’ve tried them all under $15. My favorite is from Bath and Body Works Tru Blu spa line. It smells the best and streaks the least. I wait for buy one get one sales. In a distant second is Jergens Gradual tan.

A couple of weeks ago my son had a friend over. I was down in the garage which is directly underneath the back deck. I knew they were hanging out up there all the sudden I hear someone pouring a drink off the side of the deck… then another drink being poured simultaneously off the other side of the deck… then the drink got waaaay too long to be just drink and it dawned on my… them fools is pissin off my back deck!!. I like in the cove of a lake so there are homes on all sides facing directly into my backyard. So..whats a Made ta do? Well I had my daughter call the house so I could pretend that it was the neighbors calling to complain and do you know them kids didnt even have the decency to act embarrassed? Boys!

when we first bought our house, it was a cabin, and it had a long and tree-lined driveway, that just popped right out into our yard. our neighbors came by to introduce themselves, and surprised my husband, who was peeing NEXT to the old outhouse. My husband was so embarrassed. It didn’t stop him from peeing outside though. He just goes around the corner of the garage.

It amazes me that women this wealthy would use the type of spray tan that rubs off. You can get Neutrogena or Banana Boat self tanners at Walgreens that are cheap and look better, then just use a little bronze powder on your face. I will never understand why women schellack this fake looking stuff all over, trying to look like they are almost a different ethnicity. To me that is sooo 1987. No one believes that a middled aged white lady is also a Brazillian bikini model…just sayin.

Yep there is such a thing. My cousin’s fiance uses them, when she was first introduced to the family there was a huge gasp in the room when she announced her ethnicity was white! I’ve just googled it and it’s called melanotan 2, however, it’s unregulated and illegal and some have died from using it! That’ll be why it’s never been mentioned then, I guess I’ve answered my own question lol. On a side note, upon the 2nd time I met my cousins fiance (2011), she came across as a bit of a dick so told her as much and havn’t spoken since, just goes to show!
