Agree or disagree, laugh or cry, hate or love… right is right and wrong is wrong. When a person deliberately maligns your reputation by starting vicious rumors about you to anyone who will listen, they are the one who has a problem.
Undoubtedly with malice, Phaedra repeatedly and intentionally slanders and defames me with unfounded and untrue statements. All as punitive action when she learned of my intentions to make my own fitness video. I have never been drunk a day in my life. Yet Phaedra wants everyone to believe I “drink like a fish.” Phaedra asserts that she believes I am bipolar or have a chemical imbalance. The only thing that makes me “crazy” is that I ever believed this woman was my friend. She is a malicious, despicable human being, who intentionally sought to malign my reputation and harm my future business with her debasing lies.
As a former psychology and communications major in college, if there is anyone capable of identifying mental illness or defect in others, it would be myself. Mental health has always been a passion of mine when I sought answers from my mother’s behavior toward me growing up. I once desired to become a child psychologist in order to help children who suffer from mental disorders or need therapy and or emotional support.
There are millions of people trapped in a prison in their own minds who are tortured daily and never seek or get professional help. There are those who harm others or who are a threat to themselves, or, in extreme cases, are a detriment to society and themselves and need to be institutionalized. They are often incapable of working or living a normal life. We have seen them. The unnamed, unidentified homeless people who roam the streets and talk to themselves. We have seen them speak to imaginary voices in their heads and we have felt their pain and often look on wondering what can cure them, help them, or put them out of their misery. There are people who greatly suffer from mental illness and this is no laughing matter and certainly not one to be made a mockery of with terms like “bipolar” thrown around simply to humiliate or smear an individual for revenge.
MENTAL DISEASE IS NOT A JOKE
Being bipolar is a lifelong disorder marked by great suffering from extensive depressive states that often are accompanied by suicidal thoughts most often successively followed by manic states presenting over two weeks or more. These symptoms are crippling and render the patient often unproductive or functional in daily life. I am none of the above. People have real and actual mental health issues, and I have seen the possibility of this from my own mother. I feel Phaedra’s atrocious mischaracterizations were especially cruel considering she was the only woman on the show I confided in regarding my lifelong struggles with my family regarding this. My mother literally tried to destroy me. But I’m still here and I’m thriving. And I’m not easily broken. Being emotional at times, reactionary, or angered does not make you are chemically imbalanced. It makes you human.
DON’T GET STUPID AND I WON’T GET CRAZY
I believe I have seen Phaedra’s cold black heart. From her actions alone, this is a woman who will say anything and tell any lie in order to achieve a favorable outcome for herself. This must end. I believe people can see who she really is. With me, I don’t try to hide. I keep it real. It is what it is. That being said, when people show you who they are, believe them. Phaedra is a walking, talking hypocrite. She wants to say I’m unstable, however, in actuality, she is the one who looks shady and duplicitous obviously lying to hurt me because we had a business falling out.
Yes, I am dramatic and I wanted to make a point. STOP SPREADING YOUR VINDICTIVE LIES. Business is business. I never attacked Phaedra personally. For her to go to extremes to hurt me was uncalled for. Therefore, in rare form, I let her have it plain and simple and spoke the truth, which she nor anyone else can deny. On another note, I told Nene beforehand that I was going to come to the event with a dramatic entrance and outfit, and as shocking as it was, NeNe could only laugh. Got to love a girl who can laugh. I’m done with this. Whether people agree with my methods or not, you cannot disagree with the validity of my truth and the facts.
MENTAL HEALTH HELP
I encourage anyone who has symptoms of depression, feelings of hopelessness, inability to focus, not taking pleasure in any activity or rarely feeling happy, extreme mood swings, violent behavior, loss of control, please do not feel afraid to seek professional help. You do not have to suffer alone. There is help for you. Additionally, most health insurance providers pay for counseling and medical treatment and there are non profits organizations who offer free counseling as well.

Um….let me see. My daughter is bi-polar, and SHE thinks Kenya is bi-polar, although I’m not sure that’s not some sociopathology thrown in for good measure. This woman is indeed “cray-cray” whether or not it’s been diagnosed, said nothing when her “boyfriend” asked if she had taken her “medication”, behaves as if she has no sense of how she is being perceived, and seems to have forgotten that she has and continues to defame Phaedra to everyone she talks to. Claiming that Phaedra refused to pay her, which was clearly not the case, is in fact defamatory. Unfortunately there are people believing everything that comes out of her mouth, as I’ve seen in the responses she gets on your Bravo blog, so I guess perhaps Kenya does know what she’s doing.
Now, I’m waiting to see how this all wraps up and somehow Kenya admits to having feelings for Apollo as was seen in the season sneak peek Bravo showed.
She obviously isn’t watching the same show we are……those were some awesome bunion pads she had on her butt. If I didn’t think she was loony before, I do now.
BSB, I’m bipolar since my early 20′s but didn’t get diagnosed until I had a severe manic episode around 30 – was just labeled clinically depressed before that. Previous manics were just periods of great “productivity and good mood.” Got on the right meds (after many trials) and finally functioned ok. Kenyuk looks and acts bipolar to me also. I have noticed that when she does her talking heads with the gold bustier (and I know they do them over many days or months and make them up so they look the same) there is one set of interviews where she is fairly calm and one set where she seems to have heavier highlighter or white eyeshadow at the inner corner of her eyelid. In the set with the heavier white eyeshadow she appears to be having a manic episode. It even appears she may have been drinking or crying before hand. Just watch! I believe the ones with the messier white eyeshadow were filmed after Bravo busted her for paying that poor chump to be her man.

Justso, there are studies that link high intelligence to insanity. The more intelligent/smart/inventive/creative you are, the closer you are to insanity, like Van Ghogh and Mozart. I agree she is really working my nerves lately with the shit stirring. I am all for her standing up for herself, but that golf outing was just bullshit and a way to try to glom on to be relevant any which way she can. If we look at the seasons objectively, Phaedra hasn’t really done anything to her to cause her to go acting like a little snitch. Granted there was that little bs with them over the voicemail but they never really had any conflict to speak of. Now if you look at the drama she had with Kenya I would have to say that was serious. Phaedra and Cynthia are not real friends, they are sociable due to filming requirements and nothing more. So what Phaedra said shouldn’t phase her, she was only an invite to that family event because of filming. I don’t agree that Phaedra tried to back peddle, I think she should have been straight up and owned up to what she said ASAP. There wouldn’t have been any harm done. I applaud her for manning up and apologizing. Now the situation with Kenya, although she discussed it, that to me was total blatant and disrespectful behavior. Kenya is carrying the show. I actually love her. She does not give a damn! She is in her own show and she’s having fun with it. Love her having fun with her song and doing crazy impersonations. For Kenya its all one big theatrical improvisation and it’s interesting to me. She’s in on the joke and she’s doing a good job at keeping the show afloat. What else would everyone write about?
As for Phaedra, I was once a fan but now I see that she is shady and fake and the more she lets loose with the cameras, the more we see how nasty she can be. It’s not cute. And she does not strike me as a professional or a good lawyer. She was outplayed by an athlete, her last big case was in 92 and her contradictory comments such as “money is no object” point towards her being a fraud and giving mixed messages.
Kenya did her best on that case. She did more than she needed to and i believe she is more angry at herself for doing extra work to help out a phake such as Phaedra than Phaedra.

Its soo obvious that Kenya is playing a role but she got called out by Walter soo now everyone hate her because she’s a fraud(Well Bravo is a fraud cause im sure they hired her for that) but I think she funny I havent had laugh that hard in a while from that scene at the charity event.
Bravo didn’t hire her because she was dating Walter, plenty of the women don’t have bf’s on the show and are single. Kenya was hired because of Nene. I’ve never held Walter against her, only her crazy actions of desperately trying to make him marry her….he has nothing to do with her reputation, and we’ve all known for a long time that Bravo instigates stuff to cause trouble.Kenya was called out on her actions long before Walter said a word. I’ve decided that the fibroids are fake, too! After all she has done that has finally started making people mad, she will do the pity party routine to try to woo the viewers over with sympathy.

I guess I’m not like everyone else because didn’t she say the reason why she was doing the video was because of the way her body changed after having the baby? She said her butt lost it’s shape, and she wanted to get it back the way it was. I’d rather attend a work out session with people who don’t have perfect bodies, than to go to a work out place where everyone looks perfect but me. lol…I think it’s fine that she’s not already firmed up, we’ll get a chance to see if her video works or not. As for Kenya, she’s naturally skinny(like me), and the parts that are filled out are fake. If u are naturally skinny and go get fake boobs and a fake butt…it’s easy to have a nice shape. I’d take Phaedra’s natural body over Kenya’s fake one any day of the week. And those booty pads was hiding something because it’s clear she didn’t need to add extra padding to that two basketball looking buttocks in that outfit she had on.
I think you hit it right on the head. Kenya’s butt looked very off. I was looking at a side shot and it looks weird, like when women have implants that are silicone and just a big glob under the muscle. I don’t think she put on butt pads to emphasize anything or to be a bit more modest in the way she looked. I think she might have used them to cover up something. If it was about modesty she didn’t have to wear a thong bathing suit to get her point across.

Kenya has the body of a woman that has no children. If I want to see a tape, I want to see and work out with a woman that has had those changes to her body, and can relate to woman to woman/mother to mother. Kenya’s fake shit was bought and paid for, granted she works out but her physique is not all natural. Yesterday I saw Phaedra on a morning talk show with Apollo talking about their dvd and giving a preview of the workout. Phaedra looked fab both in her street clothes and her workout gear. She is a woman that is comfortable in her skin, she is not skinny and has ample assets. I appreciate that she embraces it and works with what she has. She has admitted that her body was not up to snuff after she had Aiden and has to work at it. I appreciate that. I hate seeing these “celebrities” that are hideout after they have their babies (and secret lipo and tummy tucks) then want to come out and floss like they are metabolically gifted and special and look so fab. I took serious offense to Kenya telling her she doesn’t have the body to make a video. Please, the every day woman has cellulite, has saddle bags, a tummy pooch, etc. A real woman is what we want to work out with. It is empowering to see another person in your same situation work towards a mutual goal. It sure isn’t fun or motivational to see a woman that has had her body touched by a surgeon and never been a mother come tell you how your body should look. Obviously Phaedra’s not so perfect body and the remainder of the package attracted a man as she is married and for all purposes living a successful life. Kenya should take note of that and realize why her 40 something ass is unattached and she had to literally bribe a boyfriend. If she was as beautiful and successful as she purports to be I am sure there would be men beating down her door.
Kenya please Be Gone with the wind or any other method it takes. When someone tells you (repeatedly) what and who they are they aren’t. Often they are nothing like what they want the world to believe. I feel sorry for any child unlucky enough to have Kendra for a mother. She needs serious help and I do think it stems from low self esteem.
The last thing Kenya needs is a baby….I wouldn’t even trust my favorite doll with Kenya! I’m not gonna blame her craziness on low self esteem, I’ve always had low self esteem, too…but it has never made me crazy and tell lies on other people the way she does. There is no excuse for her actions, even she should know by now, that she needs medication for her illness. I know my son knew something was wrong with him, when he was rational…and even though he’s bipolar, he had days when he was ashamed of his actions, even though it wouldn’t be long before he repeated the behavior.
Maybe Kenya is crazy but she made me laugh showing up in that outfit
I didn’t laugh, I was absolutely shocked to see someone go to an event like that.I hope Phaedra had a talk with shoedazzle after the event was over to see if they knew that was going to happen. If they did, and let it happen, then shame on them.
I thought her appearance at a charity event was a disgrace. She could have shown her ass both literally and figuratively at the Moroccan dinner than night. I think it’s a disgrace that she disrupted an event that was for charity. Just makes me shake my head at Bravo, I guess they will do anything for ratings. There is a time and place for everything and that was not it. I am also uber tired of Kenya talking all that shit about Phaedra slandering her around. Umm pot meet kettle. She started her lies by saying that Phaedra wanted her to work for free..umm no heffa. Your payment would have come from the production budget. I could understand if she was doing something at a discounted rate or if she put a stake up in the production that she wanted a back end. She should get sued for talking her smack. I read somewhere, cant’ remember where at this point since I am exhausted, that the production company that did produce Phaedra’s DVD produced that first as well as an upcoming follow-up DVD for the production price that Kenya quoted for the one video.
I didn’t laugh either, she looked disgusting.. She should have been embarrassed… But how could she, she doesn’t think she was in the wrong… She was, it was inappropriate.. She looked like a clown…at a charity.
Of course she wasn’t wrong in what she did and how she appeared. In Kenya’s world it’s always everyone else to blame.

At this point, I’d gladly trade Kenya off for Sheree, and I don’t get the making fun of her for all she has lost. Even though she was a phony, she didn’t manage her money worth a flip, and she had her faults…but she’s lost her job, so I kinda feel for her and her kids. Several of these ladies on these shows don’t know how to manage money, but I have sympathy for anyone who doesn’t have a job and wasn’t smart enough to handle her money when she was making money.

Kenya somehow you have become one of my favorites this season. I never would of believed it. I think your saying of Gone with The Wind Fabulous will be one for the books. But my advice to you is that with the next boyfriend don’t say the word marriage, until he does. And don’t stick with him if he hasn’t said it within one year.
