From Bravo

In Part II… watch Kyle very closely when she mentions “surrogacy”… at the :15 mark.  Read her lips!

About Stoopid Housewives

The Real Housewives franchises have become a guilty pleasure for me and I've become intrigued by 'normal' people who would agree to put their lives on television for public display and scrutiny. What are their motives to divulge their daily routines for viewing audiences to approve, reprimand, berate, castigate, attack; basically abuse and judge? Oh, just forget about the above nonsense... the majority of these people are just stoo-pid.

  1. Malaika says:

I didn’t catch it in part two!! When exactly does she say that?

  2. Malaika says:

    Ok! Got it!!

  3. queenofallevil says:

First 35 or so seconds, when Yolanda says to Taylor in the beginning that she is talking nonsense – watch Kyle’s face and her lips. She says”… talking about the surrogacy”.

    • bsbfankaren says:

Oh….I gotta make sure I catch that!

    • bsbfankaren says:

She said…”it’s not…about…the surrogacy” and then repeats it. I’ll be darned, so they do all know it’s true, and Bravo found a way to get it on camera! Not bad!

  4. Stlrfan8 says:

GREAT catch SH!! Ok, without further ado… we now know. And how brilliant of Bravo to let that one slide in – it’s her dear friend Kyle saying it. Go ahead Adrienne…. sue the only people who still like you.

  5. Pinky says:

Gheeez I cannot stand this woman. Please make her and Morice go away.

  6. Lisa Lisa says:

Wow – I can’t believe Bravo would let that slip in. I guess it’s planned. Man – I feel like a dumb puppet to Bravo. Either they are the best dramatic masterminds or they are really bad at editing. It’s hard to believe the former. But in this case, I think we, as viewers, are being sucked into fabricated drama.

The reality is I don’t think many of us care if she used a surrogate or not. But boy have they successfully made a mountain out of mole hill with the edited-out infamous Brandi statement, the lawsuit threat, and the Faye Resnick and now Mauricio’s chastisements. It has been the focus of 4 shows over something so stupid. And we can’t stop talking about it.

Why do I watch this???? What’s wrong with me???

    • gessiewtf says:

That is what I keep asking myself.

    • bsbfankaren says:

O.K. so the thing I’ve noticed about Bravo and their editing is that they are really very good at throwing things in, sometimes things that are very small and not initially noticeable, and saying nothing about it. I’m trying to figure out if Kyle was asked to say it, or if it simply slipped out, but I think it’s funny that since it was a secondary conversation that most people would likely miss, it was allowed to stay in. Don’t get me wrong, much of the editing sucks, but there is a producer somewhere who sits in the editing room making sure subtle clues are left in for really astute bloggers like SH to find.

    • Lisa Lisa says:

Ok – now that I see this story on every HW blog out there, this is most definitely a Bravo plant. They wanted us to hear that. They must have done it with Adrienne’s blessing. My guess she is tired of the speculation and realized it’s not worth trying to hide so she’s in on the leak. It’s all fabrication of an issue that really doesn’t exist.

  7. Vogue says:

Adrienne can’t sue Brandi for making her secret public because Adreienne is a public figure and since she signed up for a reality show she has no case. If I understood correctly Brandi said that Adrienne’s lawyer contacted her and asked her to sign an agreement to not talk about Adrienne’s family in public anymore. So where did they all get the idea that Adienne is actually suing her? She can’t sue her even if she wanted to. So first we see everyone get mad at Brandi about something that Bravo decide not to reveal and now we should watch them fighting and crying about a lawsuit that can’t and will never take place??? !!! This show is getting ridiculous. And Kyle, you have to start doing something before u decide to quit doing it, when did u ever start being the peace maker?????!!!!!!

    • Kudzuqueen says:

One of the first things I learned in law school was that it is not about “the law”. It is about who has the most money and who can manipulate the law the best.

Adrienne is attempting to coerce Brandi to sign a contract, which if signed, she can (Brandi) can be held to if breached. Lay people do not have a good understanding of the law, that is why they consult attorneys. If Brandi does not sign it, Adrienne threatens to sue. Adrienne will take it to a court of law, get her attorneys to drag it out for years with continuances, and Brandi will have to hire representation to defend her. Why? First, there is a reason high power attorneys are called such. They are smart, know the law, and know what they can get away with. A normal person defending themselves could not even grasp the language. Attorneys can file temporary motions which can restrict the person even before the full case is seen in front of the judge. They must be answered to the attorney by another attorney and filed properly or risk YOUR case. Second, a person (Adrienne) can take anyone to court she wishes. Then the judge decides whether it is frivolous or not warranted. The judge decides this, and it still goes in front of the judge and you still have to appear. Hence, representation.

Everyone has blind faith in the legal system until they get sued.

One more thing… Maurice said ” I have never been sued, and the two or three times I was sued, I made a phone all and it went away”. Really. This guy is an idiot and legal dealings with real estate does not qualify him to give advice which could in fact be detrimental to Brandi.

*I am not an attorney. I quit law school after my eyes were opened. I do however know what I am talking about.

      • madepiley says:

Thank you for breaking that down. I REALLY wish there were excessive penalties or people that fie bullcrap lawsuits.. Its horrendous that someone could essentially use a court of law to break someone financially, mentally and emotionally not even caring if they win in the end or not just doing it for the sport of it. What do we need to do to see that judges are given the leeway or whatever legal word to put people like that UNDER the jail and force them to pay through the nose for abusing the court systems? I am thinking if we did that then these “high powered” attorneys might need to start thinking long and hard before taking a case that has ZERO merit.

        • adioslunatic says:

@ Made I believe that if it makes it to court (that’s the caveat, it costs a lot of money to get there) that the judge can rule frivolous and award the costs to the defendant… I think… not sure…exactly…could be wrong…most likely am…I don’t know…

          • madepiley says:

There needs to be a way to get it to court faster and less costly for the defendant so that that determination can be made before the defendant is totally wiped out. Like that speedy trial thing for criminal trials.

            • bsbfankaren says:

And that is the rub, isn’t it? If a court can compel the case to be tried instead of allowing endless continuances, it would be easier for someone to get out from under unnecessary legal fees.

              • madepiley says:

I know. Its a shame that someone in real life can be done this everyday. I think the lawsuit thing on BH is just a storyline but to know that this is possible for someone to basically terrorize someone in this way just for chits n giggles is disturbing.

            • originalcyn1 says:

There needs to be fines imposed by the court for both Lawyers and clients on frivolous lawsuits. Too many lawyers take cases knowing the outcome and even if they loose they are still making money. Too Many Clients don’t listen to their attorneys. It would be great if there a review panel for these lawsuits that determined what will move forward and what will be thrown out to speed up the process.

              • madepiley says:

That would be great. But that panel would be in a very very powerful position. Breeds corruption. If there was a way to do it without it being a political appointment that would be great.

      • gessiewtf says:

        I got that impression.

      • donewithbravo says:

This whole threat of a lawsuit is ridulous. She’s claiming character assination?? Really, why? (First of all, I don’t even think this is real–this is another Bravo-induced, made-up story, much like the endless Teresa lies on NJ). If Brandi let it loose that Adrienne used a surrogate, I’d challenge A to prove that Brandi was the one who let that fact loose on the show first. ADRIENNE first let that slip, in the first season. C’mon. So, I doubt that’s it.

My second thought on this threat of a lawsuit is, “Yeah? Go ahead!!”. Brandi has NOTHING to attach. She appears to have nothing in her name. So, what could Adrienne get, even if she’s suing her for monitary damages? Sure, she could possibly attach Brandi’s future earnings, but I doubt it. And if Brandi’s smart, she’d change everything out of her name at this point and just screw Adrienne.

I don’t buy the whole thing. It’s just allowing Adrienne not to be seen this season while she works on her own lies, err, divorce. Honestly, there’s not one redeeming factor for anyone to ever watch this crap anymore!!!!!!!

        • bsbfankaren says:

I wouldn’t assume Brandi has “nothing”, she doesn’t have anywhere near the resources of most of the women on this show, but could be forced into bankruptcy. which could lead to child custody issues for her. It sure appears to be real from all I’ve read on the internet, but since the action has not yet been filed, it isn’t up for public inspection as of yet. By the way, if there is a judgement, they can go after future earnings.

          • donewithbravo says:

It won’t be filed because it’s not even real. And, that’s what I said-the worst that could happen would be for a Judgment against her for future earnings. A woman claiming bankruptcy wouldn’t affect her ability to have custody. That’s just silly.

          • bs: There is nothing real in the ‘Adrienne suing Brandi’ story line. There will be no actual lawsuit; Brandi will not be sued; Brandi does not have to be concerned about any of her future earnings. It is a story line from a producer’s limited brain cells. ALL the Housewives franchises use the “threatening a lawsuit” story line. Brandi is just fine… and, she’s far from the “poor” Brandi as she’s now being portrayed! TFC!! SH

      • beverlyhillswhatathrill says:

1000% true. I worked for an incredibly litigious man who sued our IT guy in a small claims court over a $1000 bill for not knowing MAC as well as PC, and a national restaurant chain to pay dental bills because his elderly father cracked a tooth on a crouton or hard piece of food in his salad, as well as an upscale seafood restaurant for serving him shell fish. Since he is a lawyer, he finds any and all reasons to sue anybody he feels personally hurt by. I could tell he was trying to build a case with me for not arriving on time each morning sketchily calculating how many minutes late I was in a week and trying to claim I was “stealing” from him. Pathetic.

      • Where Doris Eats Her Oats says:

I posted this very idea last week re: Adrienne wants Brandi to sign this agreement so she has legal grounds when next Brandi opens her mouth and says the name “Adrienne.” Thank you for confirming my theory!

    • Brandy was threatened with a lawsuit if she didn’t agree to meet and sign a paper saying she wouldn’t discuss the Maloof’s. You are very wrong you can be sued for anything. It may be thrown out later or you may win but you can be sued. It still costs money to defend yourself even if it gets thrown out later. Money Brandi doesn’t have and let’s face it I’m sure the Maloof’s have attorney’s on retainer. It doesn’t cost Adrianne a penny to sue Brandy.

      • adioslunatic says:

@ Cyn Exactly, that is where the intimidation lies, not being able to afford to keep up with the lawsuit money wise.

Okay, is it just me or is Ad’s attorney’s saying sign this or we do this, well, isn’t that extortion?

        • madepiley says:

Sounds like it to me. And this was exactly what Ken was talking about when he said “Brandi doesnt have a spouse…” Meaning she isnt married into family money the way Dr Paul was so she doesn’t just have an attorney on retainer at her beck and call.

          • adioslunatic says:

@ Made Nail on head, she doesn’t have the direct emotional nor financial resources Ad has and I think what Ken meant, (being that he was speaking directly to Mooooooriiiice) that she was dependent on her husbands income and support and is as vulnerable as Kyle would be if Mooooriiiice wasn’t in the picture, that he should cut her some freakin’ slack!

            • madepiley says:

Oh yes. And more pointedly Brandi doesn’t have the luxuries of a team of lawyers that Dr Paul the “you’re a bich” guy had when he married into his resources.

              • adioslunatic says:

@ Made Around here we say, “don’t know if he/she is a saint or a fool” when a husband or wife seem to take far too much nonsense from their spouse.

Let’s just say I use to think Paul was a saint…

      • dsuea says:

Well they can file against you but if what you said is true, they will never get it even close to court. Discovery is a wonderful thing.

    • dsuea says:

And if its true what Brandi said, hold on Adrienne, you could be buying Brandi a new house.

      • ds: UH… that isn’t how it works. Also, keep in mind that Evolution/producers/Bravo have final editing on every word/situation they present to viewers via these phony HWs shows. Adrienne knew she was getting the “bad edit” this season. TFC!! SH

        • dsuea says:

LOL. I am sure they do. If Adrienne used a surrogate and Brandi voiced it, I say oh well. Apparently everyone knew any way. I just don’t have sympathy for Adrienne. Thanks SH

  8. SandraP says:

Kyle slipped up and referred to “Mauricio” as Maurice. Just waiting for her to call him Morris or Morrie next.

Andy’s dinner parties are so predictable. Everyone is nice for the first five minutes. After six minutes, a heated discussion starts and then at minute seven, a verbal fight takes place. Brandi runs away. Taylor becomes a victim and makes everything about her. Kyle then says she will not have a party again and tries to act concerned.

Morris is a self-centered, will do anything for a commission ass.

    • glaughy says:

I noticed that she slipped up re:Morris’ name! If they really did add an extra ‘flare’ onto his actual name, just for a stint on reality television… that’s downright embarassing.

  9. glaughy says:

in part one you can hear Shana drunkenly slurring in the background hahaha.

Kyle’s whining she will no longer be ‘making an effort’ to mend friendships is the biggest joke coming from this shit-flinging, jealous, backstabbing, gossip queen.

  10. Malaika says:

About the editing, the jury is still out for me… the first time I watched it I was focused on Yolanda talking to Swine telling her her ramble “doesn’t make any sense” so maybe they focused on that too, it sometimes goes fast in the editing room… Then again I know how manipulative they can be, so not quite sure yet

  11. adioslunatic says:

Ya got that right, Kyle, your husabnd ain’t like no other man… ’cause he menstruates…now, go run and get him that box of super-size Tampax he asked you to pick up, chop-chop!

    • housewife hoe says:

LOL That’s exactly what I was thinking. Hike up yer skirt Mauricio, ya pansy.

      • adioslunatic says:

@ HH Can he not HEAR himself and how shrill he sounds? I mean, I like Brandy, I do, she needs a lot of growing up and polishing around the edges but LORDY! STFU, Mooooriiiiice, you big ole heifer! This is women’s work, back off!

  12. gessiewtf says:

Once again, Poor wittle Brandi is the victim because she is a “single mother” and it’s all about her kids (???) When in fact, I see no apology to Mauricio for her foul mouth, I am just so sick of her. I’m glad Adrienne slapped her with a cease and desist letter, however I believe that is just what she wanted to happen because her plan going in to this season was to align herself with Lisa and become a focal point of the show to ensure her status as a full time housewife worthy of a front burner storyline. Well done. I’m really loving this poor single mother crap, too. Ken, your boner is showing.

  13. madepiley says:

The lawsuit storyline is horsepuckey. I said this before but will say it again. I think one of the producers has an attorney father who never gave him any attention/acceptance/love and this is a cry for help. “Daddy, please notice me, love me daddy, love me daddy!!” Its been going on since OC’s cyst and deceased letters. Poor feller.

  14. mesocrazy says:

Wow! TY SH! I would of never even of noticed but I clearly heard Kyle say it 2x. It’s ridiculous @ how Kyle acts. I no longer like her and find her obnoxious .

    • adioslunatic says:

@ mesocrazy I thought she was saying “just shut up” I really didn’t get the word surrogate or surrogacy out of it, but that’s me…

      • msacanada says:

If Kyle did say “the surrogacy” when referring to Ad, will Kyle now be sued like Brandi? Bravo did not air what Brandi said, they have been dancing around it, but Kyle just did. She outed it, will Maurice now give his wife a lecture? Will he now pick up the telephone and smooth this out? Let’s not forget, Kyle started this, gossiped about this to others and Kim chose Maurice’s party to tell Paul and Ad.
How come these pot stirring Richards sisters get a pass?
Brandi has no filter, but I think she is learning from her mistakes. Notice how she leaves the room, to get control of herself. She is not running away, like some have suggested. Maybe she feels overwhelmed by the situation.
I keep asking myself, why do the Richards sisters get a pass?

        • romoshedint says:

Wasn’t there a clip shown of Brandi saying to Adrienne and Paul, “Wait, so you aren’t suing me?” maybe bc of the clip of Kyle getting caught saying it on camera is the reason why.

  15. Jo says:

I wasn’t a fan Mauricio… He did the right thing for sticking up for his friends. Brandy is a troublemaker she seeks drama and she cries her babies or babies she’s just Does what she has to do to support them. She started it good for Adrian For suing her. Brandy is old enough to know how to keep her fat mouth shut, Yet she doesn’t. We all know why her husband left her. She is classless think for one person and that’s yourself.

    • gessiewtf says:

Thank You!!!!! Please stop feeling sorry for Brandi!!! She loves being the center of attention!!! She loves all this drama. She knew exactly what she was doing when she made that statement on international television. I also feel like she must have said something in addition to the surrogacy to get Adrienne so riled up. I think she must have said something along the lines of, “Everybody knows that Adrienne had her kids via a surrogate and she doesn’t even take care of them herself.” Because Adrienne’s reaction only makes sense if Brandi threw in a pot shot against her parenting skills.
Her response, she is just saying that because she doesn’t even take care of her own kids, she sleeps til’ three, takes drugs, ie: only makes sense if Brandi threw an arrow at what kind of mother Adrienne is as well. Brandi is not a nice person. In case you haven’t noticed.

      • originalcyn1 says:

I think she said something on the lines of “Everybody knows Adrianne bought and paid for her kids with Maloof money !”

        • madepiley says:

So does this mean that Camille’s children were purchased with Cheers residuals? bahahahah.

        • romoshedint says:

While that is none of Brandi’s business to spread around I hardly think it’s character assassination. I’m curious whyTH Adrienne went on and on about some made up birthing story like the one she told in Ojai. What was that about?! I call that wtfination!

      • linda lastra aciz says:

I noticed very early on.Anywhere else (or in the real world) she would’ve been bitch-slapped for her little “slips” of comments.

  16. romoshedint says:

If it’s not about the surrogacy then wtf IS it about?! Ugh, here we go again…
Also, I just love how Ken and Lisa call MoResse “Mauritzio”! :-D

    • DebbieD says:

I like that too. “Mauritizio” needs to keep his girly mouth shut and stop getting into the chick arguments.

      • madepiley says:

I know!!! Grrrrrrr. So frustrating. We have a joke around the house if I pipe in when my husband is talking and he will pat me on the head and say “hush, men are talking” At which point I apologize and some back to SH where I am appreciated to make my comments. Just kidding. He and I know he is just joking but I never have need to return the jab to him cause him stays out my business… just like a good man should.

        • adioslunatic says:

@ Made YES, exactly. My hubs and I both own businesses which are completely different. He has rarely ( and only if asked) given his opinion on something. I, admittedly, will poke my nose into his business unsolicited and he will tell me not to worry my pretty little head about it and, you know what? He’s right, his biz is his and mine is mine and only if opinion is requested should it be given.

          • madepiley says:

I know exactly where you are coming from. I prefer to not have to “worry my pretty lil head” about his stuff. I fear the dang thing would explode. Not that I aint smart cause I know I am and he knows I am but men approach things in business WAAAAY different. Even the quote un quote ball bustin gals still have very different approach. One is no better than the other. But for me I would much prefer to let him handle it and that way I have no culpability if chit goes south. And I cant say “I told ya so” which I half suspect that that is what he is most skird of. I’m a bit of a butthole when it comes to that. I have a shirt that says “I am right 97% of the time, who cares about the other 4%” Gag gift from my loving family that knows me sooo well. :)

            • madepiley says:

I realize my feminist friends reading this are prolly chewing nails right now at my philosophy but trust me I am actually being very shrewd when it comes down to it. So its all good. I got this. winky face.

            • adioslunatic says:

@ Made Preach it, sista soldier! I completely agree with every word!

              • Girlfriend says:

Adios and mp you’re both correct, you’re actually wearing the pants and beeing wise about your marriages. It’s the way its suppose to be, if everyone chose their mates properly and behaved shrewdly in their marriages we wouldn’t have a 50% divorce rate

            • adioslunatic says:

@ gess If I were a lesbian I would feel the same way about my mate. Here is a shock for you, women can be too nosy! Ground-breaking, I know! but true! And you know what else? We can be bitches and we are not always right, how dare I!

I am a feminist from the first string of feminists and this man bashing is not what we set out to do, we just wanted equal opportunities. Period.

            • madepiley says:

You cant quit Guessie. I do understand that Brandi is not clean in all this I just don’t think she said the “she doesn’t even take care of them part” Think about the people she was talking to when she said that. NONE of them take 100% care of their own kids. Farm them out to nannies every last one of them. even the “ladysitter” having Kyle. even the surgoagte hainf Camille. All of them Brandi might be devious but she knows her audience.

            • lindak7 says:

Truly enjoy it when ya leave the board for a few hours and come back to a full board to read! But Gessiewtf I hope you’re just kiddin’ with us about quittin’. If you’re not, I don’t know if it was the Brandi thing or the seemingly non-feminist thing or both (neither even?). Not my business either I guess, except you’re a part of this board, have been for awhile, and your voice is important and would be sorely missed! So, I’m gonna butt in and try anyway. I don’t think you’re gonna adopt my opinion or anything lol, Not the point! Just joining in with another way of looking at things, with the hope you’ll see through your frustration (if that’s what you’re feeling–and not just me making another dang assume & @ss thang!) & find your own way of looking at things that allows you to have your own opinion without feeling like you need to leave the board. For instance, Made & her hub’s way is not my hub’s and my way (just like ours is not hers :-) Sorry for using your name etc. in this Made, and will quietly take my lumps like a grown-ass woman if needed! Anyway, was saying our ways may be different but I don’t take it anymore seriously than preferring the color blue over purple, or blonde hair over dark etc. even though it may seem more serious due to the heavier subject of feminism/women’s rights. Because it works for them. They’ve been together for years and seem more than happy and still in love. Something to be treasured and celebrated especially in this day and age, no matter how any of us go about it making it happen! And that’s also why I said “seemingly” non-feminist earlier. The fights I was part of back in the day were for women to have choices, real choices, and without unknowingly forcing ourselves into new kinda boxes. And it happens that we do try sometimes without even realizing, maybe because we had to fight so hard and long and against (mainly) men who were truly patronizing and more. And it seems we transferred some of that over to other women, once the men started dealing with it. Like the real fights so many women still have over working or stay-at-home moms, instead of getting the choice thing. Not the way it was supposed to happen, lol!!! Looks to me though like what was spoken of here is just one of the ways families choose to bond, tease and enjoy each other. We all have our ways, and some of our ways look just as different to others. As they say, the world would be boring otherwise, and it would truly suck if we all wanted the same things/people :-) And LOL, if this had nothing to do with your leaving , yes, PLEASE TRY HARD TO IGNORE!!! If it was about Brandi, well, like Made said, we get that Brandi isn’t clean in all this and has room for improvement in other ways as well. And from reading previous posts all/most here get that it’s not full-on reality to say the least. But for me anyway, it’s really hard to put much time in a show with no one likeable (to me) at all, and on some franchises I truly like no one, others I sometimes choose the lesser of the evils. Not much fun. And sometimes I actually do find someone to like ;-0 But we’re not all gonna go for the same peeps either way. Imo, not so much fun if we did, back to the boring thang. And it really is about fun isn’t it? Especially being here? Fun and friends and laughs and a place to rant and release some of our frustrations! I hope that was all you were doing, and you’ll be back Gessie. And I also apologize that as usual I ended up dragging out into pages what anybody else here would’ve had to ability to say in a short paragraph or two. So much to learn from so many people, and you’re one of them. So I really do hope you don’t leave.

    • Slaen says:

Yeah, if it’s not about the surrogacy, then WTF is it? This “male child” Adrienne is hanging out with, well, something about this relationship isn’t ringing true. I’m not buying that they are hooking up the way the press would have us believe.

Maybe Adrienne is a switch hitter?

  17. MaRiley says:

The shite that tumbled outta Trailor’s big lippy yap comparing Yolanda’s marriage and life with hers was stunning…beginning with setting the scene of David Foster being found hanging, bankruptsy etc etc. Evil piece of work. I wish Camille had slapped her right in the gob. Trailor’s got a big ol’ tidal wave of Karma coming her way.

That was disgusting. Why do they still hang out with her? It just blows my mind!

    • burger says:

yep old traliar needs to start drinking water too. jealousmuch?

    • shelagh5 says:

Shana just seems jealous of everyone… She wants what they have… Does she ever say anything nice about anyone.. She wants the spotlight, so she tries to throw herself into every conversation… She looks like a stupid, drunk, have to have attention… And she’s not getting it anymore..Camille, she needs to learn to speak up to people… This nodding the head, saying nothing to their face is not working for me…Kyle, Maurice and Kim, are the three stooges, wait, I liked the three stooges, I dislike them more and more, every time they open their mouths… I do believe I am on my last leg with all these housewives shows….when you watch and just feel like you witnessed a huge fight, I am tired of this fighting… They are not entertaining anymore… Just painful..

    • AZ Fan says:

I agree. And the part about Yolanda in her “multi-million dollar home” as if Camille could relate to not having one as well. Or preclude Yolanda from telling her to chill.

No one told her how to feel, they basically told her to……here it comes….

      STFU!!!!
      :)

      I like Yolanda!

Wish Camiille had said something directly to Trailor and not in the side interview only. Come on, Camille, you are not even “on the show” – just tell her to pound sand!

  18. Kudzuqueen says:

You are welcome! But, it will never change. There is a law against frivolous lawsuits but it is rarely enforced and are difficult to prove.

Also remember that judges are former attorneys…
This is what pays their bills.

  19. Don'tkidakidder says:

When big drama starts, I always watch for the reaction of the bystanders – their body language, the things they say to each other as the main action unfolds. Kyle couldn’t help herself because she has to be the one who knows everything. I was surprised when Brandi first told everyone she had to go to a lawyer that Kyle even chimed in about it being intimidation. It will be very interesting to see how Bravo, the cast, the blogs, the tabloids and internet outlets handle this little gem.

  20. deb says:

got bored with the show, turned off the TV, rolled over, and went to sleep.

  21. If Brandi has to sign tht letter then its time for Adrienne to go. She went on this show and it dint seem like a secret and Kyle hs had a field day telling everyone wht Brandi said so I feel the whole cast should sign it and Adrienne should go. Adrienne has no storyline and she is shady selling drugs and prostitutes at the palms and now sueing ppl. Jut go away and I don’t for one minute believe its the surgo thing. Why would Paul apologize if he was tht mad. He wouldn’t. I think she was having an affair and didn’t want her name dragged thru the mud. The whole surgo thing is not slander or defam of character being a cheater can be. If Adrienn is reading these her character is not someone I want to watch. She is a manipulating hag.

  22. Idagal says:

I can’t believe the crap that comes out of SWINE’s mouth. She is definitely a see you next Tuesday.

    • Debra says:

I was under the impression that she and Russell had a “shotgun” wedding–wasn’t she about 3 months pregnant at the time? When she was blabbering about having to give up her precious 10ct Diamond ring and fake Hermes bags, she mentioned the person asking for them (Bob Lorsch) was such a dear, close friend at one time. Who supposedly was the first, that she and Russell told about her pregnancy, as though it was some highly anticipated event and not part of her manipulative scheme to get married.

      • Idagal says:

I had heard she got pregnant to trap him because she thought he was her next meal ticket. I think that’s what she is looking for with this already married boyfriend.

  23. donewithbravo says:

Maurice says, “Bottom line is I’ve never been sued in my life, and the 3 or 4 times I *have* been sued, I pick up the phone and………………………..” WHICH IS IT?? Were you sued or weren’t you sued? Dude, you have absolutely no cred now. Jerkoff.

    • shelagh5 says:

Exactly Done, that bothered me… He said two different things in the same sentence… He annoys me as much as Kyle does, if not more… Simply because he got in a girls disagreement. I bet if you look real close, he is still wearing those heels from the race!

  24. daisymay says:

Knowing NOTHING about law, it does seem weird to me that anyone who signs a bravo contract wouldn’t be protected from blurting out some DRAMA that Bravo so desperately requires!

Is there a lawyer in the crowd that can comment on this? why does brandi have to foot this bill?

    • madepiley says:

BINGO!!!!! I aint a lawyer either but I would bet PT’s swim leg that all of them are prohibited from suing in contract.

    • Katherine says:

Bravo/NBC’s contract would only protect their own interest.

The Hoof had no cause of action, however, she always lawyers up. She likes to intimidate people with her bank account.

It would indeed cost 2k to meet with an attorney to respond to her unethical letter.

  25. Susie says:

Brandi never spent $2000 on a lawyer like Ken said.Bravo can say and do whatever they want to you once you are under contract. If anythnig personal creeps out the better for the show.Bravo is hoping with all the drinking that loose lips willl sink ships. And it works!!!

  26. daisymay says:

true – however certainly these ladies had counsel before they signed and certainly their lawyers would have made sure they were protected from such nonsense – knowing that wouldsurely happen!

  27. OCwoman says:

Mauricio has his boxers in a bunch cuz his little cocktail party, which was supposed to highlight his business on national TV, was ruined by the shouting match between Brandi and Paul. He should really be upset with Kim who couldn’t wait to tattle on Brandi at the event. Also, his wife needs to take some responsibility for bringing up the whole mess when she asked Brandi what really happened between her and Adrienne in front of everyone at SUR. Finally, Brandi has to wise up and control her temper so she isn’t put in the same position every time someone pisses her off.

  28. Debra says:

I can’t remember where I read it, but somewhere in the comments section, somebody mentioned that Adrienne had sued the crap out of a former nanny or housekeeper, who had accused her of not paying the proper wages. The person said that it cost more to sue, than to just pay, but Adrienne wouldn’t back down. After reading that, plus her behavior on the reunion show, lies about Paul assaulting her (when she had a bodyguard), I don’t think she’s a very decent person. Maybe that’s why her world is unravelling.

  29. Katherine says:

    Sooooo….”chick with a dick” No. 2. ???!!!!

  30. adioslunatic says:

I heard it!!!! Second video…clear as a bell. Wow.

  31. AZ Fan says:

I hope Yolanda kicks Trailor’s a**. Verbally, of course (I’ll just fantasize about a Dutch-style a**-whooping; probably way more interesting than the “Oklahoma-on-your-a**” that Trailor threatened Kim with.

I don’t care if she uses wooden clogs and windmills, I like to see Yolanda call out Trailor Trout Mouth.

Yolanda knows a lot about horses, so I guess it’s natural she calls out Trailor when Trailor is a horse’s a**.

    • adioslunatic says:

@ AZ Did you notice Lisa start to laugh and smack Yolonda on the thigh when YoFo called “that person” out? It was great!

      • AZ Fan says:

I hit the wrong link, my comment below.

I am old too, and work keeps getting in the way of my posting on the site. :)

  32. AZ Fan says:

I thought I saw something like that! I need to go back and look at it again!

Bout time the ole gals show the young ones a thing or two. :)

  33. ChicagoItalian says:

The real “winner” of the fame whore game is Adrienne getting with Sean Stewart. ewww Winner, winner–what the heck is wrong with Adrienne? She has no friends and Paul was her only gateway to having any.

And didn’t Paul out Adrienne for having a surrogate?
