As you are well aware, Joe Giudice is still dealing with that drivers license boondoogle he got into when he got himself a New Jersey driver’s license using his brother Pete’s documents.
Here’s the perfect solution for Juicy’s license woes… MOVE yerself to Sarasota, FL!!

Habitual Traffic Offender Arrested as He Drove Away from Court
SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida [NMT] — On Tuesday, Dec. 4th, the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office arrested Lashay Alexander Smith, 45, of 2441 Central Avenue, Sarasota, for driving with a suspended or revoked license…for the SIXTH time.

Smith appeared before a judge on Tuesday on contempt charges for Driving With a Suspended License and was admonished not to drive.
Deputies watched as he left the courtroom and drove off in a white Mercury sedan. Smith was immediately taken into custody.
In all, this is Smith’s 50th arrest in Sarasota County for a variety of crimes including False Imprisonment, Battery and the Sale and Possession of Rock Cocaine. Half of those arrests were for Violation of Probation and Contempt of Court.
NOTE: Lashay is STILL not in jail… and Juicy’s lookin’ at TEN years??? There’s somethin’ definitely wrong here!!

Driving on a suspended license in most states is a misd. but usually they tack on 1 more year of suspension each time. I have heard of people not getting their license back for 10 or 20 years. Joe would have been better off just driving on the suspended but I really think there was way more to the reason he was attaching his picture to his brothers license. I think maybe he might have been moving money or something far more sinister. Juicy, smile so we can have a picture of you commiting a felony.
And I need to correct that because I forgot, Juicy was driving on a Revoked license because he was revoked for his DUI. The only difference there is that if caught, its a mandatory arrest and impound the car. The fines and jail time are much more, but hey its still a misd.
