November 9, 2012 NOTE: This started out as a SH “Hit and Run”… but, all that usual Housewives stuff got scratched! Well, maybe a better word would be “delayed”! What developed from the beginnings of a “Hit and Run” turned out to be an homage to our friend over at TVGasm!
Our beloved website colleague… the very talented and VERY creative… flipit/Ronnie from TVGasm has been workin’ like ca-ra-zy!

Not only did he provide the laughs with his RHOBH ReDub… which is a MUST see…
…but he also provided MORE laughs with his ‘reviewing-pop-culture-video’ …
…and THEN he continued with his thought-provoking-laugh-filled “WatchWhatCrappens” podcast… with, of course, his partners who make up the trifecta of funny, Ben Mandelker (B-SideBlog) and Matt Whitfield (YahooTV!).
To top off this week, Ronnie is reviewing ProjectRunway!
How DOES he do it all???
On top of being a part of a fantastic musical improv group in his “spare time” (Improv is not as easy as it looks… and MUSICAL improv takes 1000 times more skill!), Ronnie Karam is a delightful and charming person… otherwise, I wouldn’t be set out to be marryin’ him next month!
That aside, can only say the best about “flipit”… Ronnie is one of the most talented and utterly creative human beings, ever. Most importantly, Ronnie is a very kind person. How could we all be so lucky as to have ‘flipit/Ronnie’ as a ‘friend of SH’??
If you’re wondering what’s goin’ on with the SH/Ronnie wedding… the wedding of the universe/century/millennium…
We had a bit of a bump in the road on the way to marital bliss. While watching the last episode of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we were shocked to see Adrienne Maloof’s floral arrangement being delivered to Lisa Vanderpump’s par-tay. NOTE: We were NOT watching the RHOBH together. Just wanna make that clear! Both Ronnie and I have agreed to keep this wedding a purely “online” affair. We are looking forward to seeing each other the day of the wedding… NIKE!!
Adrienne’s arrangement was the exact same arrangement which SH was to walk down the aisle holding!
All because of Adrienne Maloof, we now have to select new color combinations for our wedding. Each detail must be redone… everything from the toothpicks to the 80-ft banners… as the orange/yellow/dark beige color combination was to be used for our wedding, even the wedding dress!
This all has to be trashed!!!
Along with the dress!!
To make matters worse, all 573 bridesmaids are scramblin’ to find new bridesmaids dresses!
Just somma the bridesmaids at a pre-pre-pre wedding rehearsal…
Ronnie and I are now in discussions to select brand new color combos.
This is a potential substitute for the ruined-by-Adrienne-Maloof orangey dress…
Purple and puce, ‘PURPUCE, is a front-runner, but a final decision has yet to be made… we’re open to suggestions!
How could Adrienne have been so selfish? Adrienne Maloof = wedding wrecker!
NOTE: This mess caused by Adrienne Maloof may be a blessing in disguise. Throwing that log bouquet at the wedding reception may have resulted in extreme discomfort or a bit of pain or possibly death for one of the many singles who were lined up to catch it…
Imagine THOUSANDS of bridesmaids swathed in purpuce… anticipating their dreams of singlehood being over if they’re the lucky bridesmaid who would be directly in the path of that airborne symbol of lonely-no-more serenity! Or, being the bridesmaid possessing extra long limbs…thinking of being the first to pounce on that bridal bouquet. It could result in something like this… only 10,000 times WORSE!

Ronnie/TVGasm is a comedic treasure….I love this guy! The ReDub of RHOBH was OFF the chart funny! Heck no–Improv–is no easy gig. Did I catch that he studied at Groundlings, or did I just assume? Anyway, a cyber space wedding with Ronnie & SH is a match made in…..Reality Heaven! Please sir, may I have some more….

You WERE there… unfortunately, you suffered a concussion when one of your fellow bridesmaids slipped a brick in the pre-pre-pre bridal bouquet right before it was tossed. The bouquet was let loose and you got smacked right between the eyes… really bad. It’s a good thing that you don’t remember any of it! As it turns out, the “friendly bridesmaid” turned out to be a rotten rogue bridesmaid! This chick wanders around inserting herself into any wedding reception she hears about… known by LEOs as a “traveling pretend member of any wedding party she can find!” She slipped outta town right before she was to appear at a hearing for the assault… and is still on the loose. She’s #1 on DogTheBountyHunter’s list of offenders to catch! Dog will git her! So, no more tears… let’s par-tay!!! TFC!! SH
Well if anyone knows how to throw a party – SH certainly does! Wish I could remember it cuz it sounds like a DOOZY!

Oh, and my husband and his son (my wonderful step) use to do the Weird Science, Robert Downey Jr. hand thing from the mall scene ALL the time…super cute. That was quite enjoyable, to say the least!!! I miss those old days…thanks for makin me feel teenish/twentyish again, even if just for 5 min, 17 sec. Loved it!
Hi cleangirl…kt here. Nobody and I mean Nobody pulls up clips like made!!! I was a huge fan of “Real Genius”… fell in love with Val Kilmer watching that movie. Also loved Weird science with Robert Downey Jr. and who could forget Bill Paxton in the role of the “prick” brother lol!
