The Real Housewives franchises have become a guilty pleasure for me and I've become intrigued by 'normal' people who would agree to put their lives on television for public display and scrutiny. What are their motives to divulge their daily routines for viewing audiences to approve, reprimand, berate, castigate, attack; basically abuse and judge? Oh, just forget about the above nonsense... the majority of these people are just stoo-pid.
Okay, regarding Kim and her dwelling situation; disclaimer here; I am not a realtor so a few questions. If you made the mansion your home and poured additional money into it; why not stay and in hopes the market would turn around? If you were going to pay between 2-3 Million for the current mansion; with this market isn’t there enough inventory to find another mansion for that amount of money? You could find a large enough place for 1.5 million. Why go back to the townhouse? Why didn’t you do the appraisal before you moved in knowing it could be a lease to own? Why did Sweetie really come back, where are the other assistants/nannies? Maybe I need see a few more episodes to understand better because right now it’s not making any sense?
I know! What, there are no other mansions for sale in the area? And she acts like she is having the baby that minute “I’m having a baby, I don’t have time, I’m tired.” What is she so tired from, adjusting her wig?
Don’t you just love how she KJ is fine as long as he is laughing but the second he gets fussy he is GONE. Another commical thing is Kim sitting at that huge Louis XIV knock off desk acting like she can actually read or write! lol
Kinda like the Scene where Camile is reading THE ART OF WAR and trying to look liek she is a deep thinker, IMO she just looked confused

Thank you, I guess I didn’t notice this back then. I still think it’s a weird situation; moving is such a stressful event; I would have thought Kim /Kroy would have done better research into all this and espcially claiming they put an additional 100K into the house they are leasing. I give up and will just watch the outcome.
Atlanta’s housing market is cheap. There’s some homes that are priced at $3-9 Million but people are buying homes that are $400,000 – $600,000 because that’s the easiest price, like at a clearance sale at a mall. Kim has an expensive taste and would rather get a home in Tuxedo Park (which there’s no way in hell she’ll get a house there) than to look for one in Sandy Springs or Dunwoody. I don’t see any issue with moving to a townhouse, she just gullible and clumsy.

As far as the question about Kim, she is just a pathological liar. She said at the reunion that they were one week from closing, in order for her to be one week from closing, the apraisal had to be approved, the loan documents approved and the inspectation approved. None of that would had happened if they didn’t have an agreement on the asking price.
Furthermore, Kendra is not the one who terminated the lease, Kroy did. Kroy sent an e-mail to Kendra at the end of April giving her notice that the lease was coming to an end and they were not renewing it, that was the notice that Kendra needed to put the house back in the market. Kroy probably understood based on the bank loan denial (I am assuming here) that they would not qualify to purchase a house that big but Kim will never admit that, she is trying to put this on Kendra and her husband, but the only reason why they didn’t allow them to extend the lease is because Kroy’s letter gave them the 30 days that they were required by law.
Kim as usual is pretending and doesn’t care if Kroy can afford something or not., she will have the palace she thinks she deserves with no regard if they can afford it or not. It is fine and dandy while she has the income from the show but when that dries up and Kroy’s career stalls or gets injured, they will deafult on the mortgage or just squad, it is obviously that she doesn’t care.
That is why Kendra was furious when she heard about the fire in the house, Kroy had given the notice that they were not renewing, Kim was having a fit and then calling Kendra names on tweeter and suddenly the fire happened, it was beyond suspicious. I do see Kim as the kind of hateful renter who would damage the property before leaving, she is the renter from hell.
I get the time frames confused. Was the fire after filming of Tardy for the wedding? Was Kim trying to lay the foundation for her story about why she is moving by all that stuff that was filmed?
It was after the wedding. If the fire took place during filming they would show it.
Kim is just UGH! She is an entitled whiner. When has anyone ever seen Kim do any genuine work? Please! She comes off as a lazy spoiled biotch . Run Kroy Run! You seem like a nice guy who doesn’t deserve this Trailer Park Diva.
Aint, I can’t figure out Kim and Kroy, either. He must be turned on by lazy, entitled woman and the drag queen look.
i can’t get over the transformation of ne ne…..she really does look fabulous…..drop dead gorg in the opening credits this year…..looks like she has been spending hours on the treadmill…those legs!
legs looks great – but those discolored knees need some dermablend or the b needs to put on a pair of pantyhose
One thing you can say for Ne Ne , like Bethany & Teresa , she has really made the RHW shows work in her favor. Good on ya’ , some of these other ladies try but don’t seem to be getting anywhere.

I don’t think Kroy realized what he was getting into. Hopefully he will wise up and set her straight or I see a divorce in the future.
why do you think she had those two babies so fast. to keep kroy, or child support if it does not work out. she is not the brightest light on the tree.
