Since I read, some months ago, about Kyle’s husband hiring that ghastly Heather Bilyeu from LA Million Dollar Listing to his “The Agency,” I knew he was a scumbag.
Thank you for telling me, I never did like that girl not one bit even though she is cute. I’ll post a link to her, on it she is already trying to take Madison’s success as her’s. She’s saying that she was “involved” with 100 million dollar in deals (remember Madison said he did 100 milllion dollars in deals one year.). I wonder if she broke up with her boyfriend and bigger and better dealed him to this agency.

I agree @Buck Henry. Her pretentious puff piece in your link could not be farther from the truth. She doesn’t have expertise; rather she’s a novice. Integrity and loyalty are nonexistent in her world. But then again she hooked up the arrogant obnoxious ass, its no surprise. Her treatment of Madison was unprofessional and made her look whorish.
Heather learned from the best and then screwed him literally. The last time I saw her she was washing the crap off the dog’s butt in Josh’s backyard. Look at her stuff for this year. Nothing. Be afraid Kyleeeeeeee be afraid. LOL
I cannot stand Heather. She is a manipulator and such trash. She threw Madison under the bus for the sleazebag.
Damn straight Kyle should be afraid. But then again Heather had better watch out too. I wouldn’t put anything past the Richards sisters if anyone encroaches on their man. The Hilton connection is the only reason Umansky minds his ps & qs imo. I think it is the reason he married Kyle.
Sorry but I think Heather looks like an ant-eater with her beady eyes and has about as much personality as my wallpaper. No sales personality, nothing. But I bet ol Maurice has had that. I see him as a big reality hoe like his wife and craves attention-like not wearing a shirt in 90% of scenes last season. Tge way they tiik that million $ commission from Lisa and threw her under tge bus last season spoke volumes to me – I do feel they took Kim’s portion of the Palm Springs home, as she was probably never too business savy or sober enough to realize it. I can’t stand Mauricio or Kyle. Interesting how Kathy Hilton keeps her distance from them. And the silly car he bought her last week – either a Bravo lease or he screwed someone for it. Jmo!
I totally believe that they took Kim’s portion also of the Palm Springs home. And as I commented before from the first season I still believe now. Remember when Kim had the meltdown in the Limo with Adrienne and her date. Kyle came barging into the limo and she had a look of not worry for Kim and her problems, but the look of someone scared of what Kim may have said with the camera running.
Could you please explain this John Torturro reference to me? I apologize for not understanding; I gather that John Torturro is a real estate guy in LA, as is Mauricio; what is the rest of the connection?

Mauricio may resemble John Turturro, but he can only dream of having the intelligence, talent, and creativity that Turturro has.
What is up w/ the host of A-List Listings? He reminds me of a Sean Penn’s stoned surfer character, Spicoli, from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. “Nooo way, that’s totally awesome the way the TV comes out of the ceiling! That just blows my mind!”
David Burtka is the significant other of Neil Patrick Harris. I too wondered how he was able to snag the gig. No doubt connections etc got him the gig, he comes off as quite amatuerish.
Madison did Heather wrong. Heather had been an agent before, she was overqualified to be an assistant and had done it long enough. Do you think Madison would stand for being Mauricio’s assistant?
Numbers talk. If Heather had been able to sell on her own, she would have done so. Apparently, she couldn’t cut it on her own. Selling in Las Vegas is much different from selling in Los Angeles. It appears that Madison took her under his wing.
Numbers? She never got the chance to. She worked under Madison to get familiar with the market and because the market was down. She felt she was ready and wanted the chance to prove herself, but whiny little Madison wouldn’t have it. He wanted to hold her back. He would rather have an overqualified assistant than an associate to expand his business. It was not only a juvenile decision by Madison it was bad business.
