About Stoopid Housewives

The Real Housewives franchises have become a guilty pleasure for me and I've become intrigued by 'normal' people who would agree to put their lives on television for public display and scrutiny. What are their motives to divulge their daily routines for viewing audiences to approve, reprimand, berate, castigate, attack; basically abuse and judge? Oh, just forget about the above nonsense... the majority of these people are just stoo-pid.

    Tyler Perry looked at his phone book and said “bloop”. ;

  2. NEUTRAL says:

That is freaking HILARIOUS! Thx for the laugh, Ms SH! Ryan thinks its just as funny & he is laughing at Nene’s expense, too! She was so embarassed! No! TP would never change his number & Not give it to Nene..No way, no how! LOL

  3. Vicky says:

Real Actors never look at reality whatever’s or even take them seriously! Just because she is in Glee doesn’t make her an actress, she is and always will be a nobody reality whatever!

  4. Buck Henry says:

That is funny, he made sure to disconnect if she even had a number to TP.

  5. moonshine says:

oh Miss NeNe very ladylike heah, her accent has become so refined now she moves in the upper echelon of thespian universe. so, was she ‘acting’ when she was ghetto or acting lah di dah now? tuff ghetto was the more convincing performance.

  6. justso says:

I wouldn’t trust that heifer for two seconds. She has definitely learned that no one like Ghetto Nene. Cannot possibly see what Ryan sees in her. He and MissSandy must share some kind of gay fetish for this thing that has crawled out from under a rock and ruined Glee!

  7. Hers says:

I never watched Glee, and I see Nene for what she is — a loud-mouthed moose, I think someone called her — but I like her on RHOA because she brings the funny faces and the entertainment factor. She also doesn’t go for the gutter sex talk like all the other HW on that show seem to like to do.

    • laceys says:

I have to agree. She is a housewife from Atlanta. I don’t care what she says, she is not an actress and she is not rich. She does need to learn to buy clothes and shoes that FIT her thou. I am sorry, she is alittle too old to wear dresses up to the top of the legs and she needs to realize that women who wear shoes 2 sizes to small look rediculous with their toes hanging over one end and the heel hanging over the other end. On Atlanta she is entertaining but I think I do like Kandi the best. She is what she is, she is not fake and doesn’t flaunt her money or talent

      • Hers says:

Kandi seems like a nice, decent person. As for shoes, I agreed about the toes hanging over the front. Also can’t stand seeing a 1/2″ of shoe behind the heel.

  8. soccermom says:

Love Nene! She is very natural and likable in this video with Ryan. She sincerely thanks him for giving her the acting opportunities. Nene is often loud, but she is herself – always. She’s always had a softer side – even after her rants. And I like that she tells Ryan she is trying with Greg, rather than discuss the kind of guys she thinks are hot. At the reunion I really thought that when she kept repeating to Sheree “I could help you” or “I could have helped you”, that she meant it (Sheree was too ignorant and preoccupied with posing) She’s real.

  9. NEUTRAL says:

I totally forgot…There are a few select cell phones out there that u can actually hit a certain button & it will say the numbers been disconnected. Idk if its an app for an I-Phone or what but even on some cheap phones (that dont have apps) theres a button u can hit & ur phone will start ringing & show its call coming in…U can set up whoevers name u want to, to show as the person calling. Anyway, thats probably what TP did to Nene…gave her the msg that his # was no longer in service LOL

  10. Nene is Nene. She can be funny and then she can be boistrous, you either love her or hate her. I’m on the cusp right now. I didn’t like her in CA but I do like her in Atlanta and I’m looking forward to seeing her as the series begins. I do not watch Glee so I can’t critique her on there.

    • Aint Pittypat says:

ITA Barb. I am neutral at this point. I was a huge fan until last season. Nene seemed arrogant ,IMO, and I was not buying the showmance with the Italian guy.

      • Hers says:

I’m a Nene fan. She brings the funny faces and the entertainment. She can be a loud-mouth ghetto moose, but she seems pretty real to me, warts and all. I respected that she didn’t immediately bail her son out of jail, but let him sit there and stew for awhile. I wouldn’t necessarily want to be friends with her in real life, but she’s my favorite on the show.

  11. beverlyhillswhatathrill says:

I might change my opinion if Nene gets back to her old antics but I found this scene really endearing. I want to be friends with Ryan Murphy! Such a sweet, funny man.

  12. Stacy says:

I just don’t understand the appeal of Nene. I think she’s terribly unattractive–she looks so unfeminine and clunky. And when she opens her mouth her awful voice and primitive manner of speaking seal the deal. I see no talent or anything appealing about her whatsoever.

  13. madepiley says:

She actually handled that pretty well. Last season’s NeNe would have been more like….

    • madepiley says:

      Nene,
You should have ponied up the dough for Tyler Perry’s dinner. He dont play around. You no come, He no answer. I bet Lea Black has a list on her phone of serial decliners too. Sends them straight to ignore with a dash of wrong number for good measure. Oh well, there is always next time. Be there. Think of it as an investment.
      Love,
      Made
