Joanna Krupa said to watch tonight’s WWHL as she would be responding to Joe Francis’ claims of sleeping with both Joanna and her younger sister, Marta. Joanna’s big threat? A lawsuit against Joe, because according to her calculations, Joe Francis slept with an UNDERAGE Marta.
First, this was a phony caller. A total set up for Joanna to say what she had to say about Joe Francis.
Second, there is NO WAY any lawsuit is going to be filed.
It would be extremely difficult to prove that 1) Joe and Marta did anything in bed besides actually sleeping and if something did take place, WHEN it actually occurred and 2) Joe Francis has Roy Black in his back pocket!
Joanna obviously forgot these two very important points before she spouted her big mouth off! No wonder her own countrymen think she’s a total airhead.

I haven’t watched the entire episode yet. He aint alleging that he had them both at the same time is he? But she has done at least a lil homework on it. The statute of limitation IS 10 years for rape of a minor and I do believe that is 10 years AFTER the minor turns 18 too. I could be wrong on that. But I remember hearing about that at one time and thinking 10 years is too short because some child rape victims do not come to terms with the act until years later and get to a place mentally an emotionally where they are able to deal with pressing charges. I think it had been false, he would have come to her defense, but as it was probably true and he knew she was lying for the cameras, he just didn’t know what to do , and he tried to mitigate that situation by jumping in between her and Adriana. Which really made him look like an idiot getting in a fight between two women, that broke ALL the man rules.

It also made me really angry her attitude toward Adrianna who obviously learned to speak English later in life. In the south children of immigrants who are hispanic have a deep southern drawl when they speak in English and also have fluency in their native tongue if taught, their accents are perfect for both their country of origin and their adopted region. Adriana trying to argue in a language that is not her own is very difficult because even when calm she is translating in her head, which is doubly hard to do when emotional and using slang. It is a definite handicap in the heat of a moment for a non-native. Joanna’s lack of Polish accent shows she learned English at a very early age and does not have this handicap, it doesn’t mean the person is speaking ‘spanglish’ (sic), it means her brain is working in two languages at once.

Just want to let you all know I am still here power here is still on but it’s been flickering. The winds are horrible way out of sight. I have a lot of pics posted on my facebook page. Joanna’s rabid behavior needs to be contained, if it wasn’t Adriana doing the slapping it would have been someone else eventually, she has no self control or limits. I wonder if her fiancé ever thought about her hateful comments regarding some celebrity’s, those celebrity’s could possibly be a customer of his or potentially one. Does anyone else notice Marta acting… oddly? Like she is on drugs or something? Or perhaps prescription drugs (mixed with a little alcohol). I have mixed feelings about Marta.
