LeAnn Rimes had a chat with some has-been “journalist” chick and described her descent into hell and how she climbed outta that hell hole by checking herself into a 30-day “rehab” place… a very liberal rehab place where LeAnn could basically come and go as she wished.
“I had to get away from my fans… in rehab…”
The most striking thing about the following video was LeAnn looking more and more like Brandi Glanville!
“I got her husband and her kids… I gotta look like her, too…”
Brandi’s older son doesn’t look too happy in the “happy family” segment…
NOTE: Despite how anyone feels about LeAnn Rimes, her voice is simply incredible… and she sings without auto-tune!

Okay. Let’s just say she had a rough childhood. Grow up. You are now 30. You cannot change the past but you can change how it affected you. Many of us have gone through a read bad childhood and survived. Get over yourself.
Maybe she was trying to do the responsible thing by checking herself into a facility so she could “get over it.” Sometimes you need to “take a break” AWAY FROM EVERYBODY in order to sort things out without influence, guilt, and confusion…. sometimes, if you’re lucky, you can feel things spiraling in enough time to do something before you’re completely out of control…. maybe that was the case with her
Although, I think a simple “I had some issues to address, and I’m feeling much better, thank you for all your well wishes.” would have sufficed instead of an expose on her inner demons.
Exactly! And most of us don’t have the luxury of being multi-millionaires. Try having real problems like finding a good job or paying the bills. How is she going to handle it when Eddie leaves her?
I love LeAnn’s voice, her singing is beautiful. I love Brandi, her personality and attitude rocks IMO. Having said that, LeAnn needs to get her own kids and leave Brandi’s to Brandi and Eddie. And they both need to eat a couple of Big Macs, Large Fries, and milkshakes! Geez, a couple of pounds wouldn’t hurt either one of them.
Well at least Brandi is naturally thin. LeAnn is starving herself to look like Brandi.
I don’t think anyone is as naturally thin as Brandi looks in that photo, do you? Looks like they’re both trying.
I do think they are both trying. I think the common denominator is Eddie. He must be a real jerk and smooth-talker (read: self-centered butt). Brandi looks like she is on the “divorce diet”, stressed out, trying to find herself separate from him without alienating her children from their father (and his side piece). LeAnn looks like she is trying to be worthy of his attention and prove herself “good enough” as a wife and mother. And maybe a compliment to boost her self-esteem……
I hope they both come to realize he is not worth that much time.

It would be great if LeAnn could get a hold of herself long enough to make an album and everything that goes along with it, but she won’t. She’s not motivated enough nor can she handle the entertainment world right now. She’s a hot mess. It’s a shame. She’s talented.
Do you ever get the feeling that maybe LeAnn acts that way because of some of her childhood issues as mentioned. I think all of this trying sooo hard to look and be like Brandi comes from all the people in her life , including her own parents, who where not there because of her but because of who she was and what she could do for them. She mentioned buying her family a house at age 12 and I know that she ended up emancipating from her parents becuse they where scamming her. I think she really has no faith in herself and deep down she knows Eddie is one of those people that love her for her money. She won’t admit it out loud but she pulls all of that crap out of out of control insecurity.
LeAnn has been so caught up in all this stoopidity for so long when I hear her name this is what I think of. I had sort of forgotten how amazing her voice is until I heard it for the first time in years on the clip above. Unfortunately for LeAnn I think that is the case for lots of people. That is not a good thing if you’re in the singing buisness. I hope LeAnn will get her head on straight oneday and demand to be loved and respected because she’s LeAnn and not because she morphed herself into some beauty standard she belives her husband likes. Sad.
Did anyone else notice how pretty her eyes where? I wonder if they are contacts of that’s the real color?
In closing I think she should quit with the Brandi stuff. Brandi is quick on the draw when someone attacks her and turns it around on the person. When LeAnn tried it on a fan , remember that crazy phone call, she came off as a crazy mean girl. Just be yourself LeAnn.
I have to agree. LeAnn has come out of this whole thing looking really bad. LeAnn went out with a married man who’s wife was 8 months pregnant. Alot of her fans walked away and made her a villian. Her PR company has made her look even worse. Her interview on Katie didn’t really help either.. She went on and on about never having a childhood and that was the root of all her problems. Stand up, admit what you did wrong and move on.

I didn’t know Brandi was pregnant when he started seeing LeAnn. Brandi said Eddie slept with that waitress from Sur while she was pregnant too. Poor gal!
That behavior proves that Eddie was/is a cad. A cheating husband is more to blame than the “other woman” (IMHO).

During that interview, LeeAnn said she’s living with her choices. Never a word about them being good choices or “I fell in love with this man”.
I got the impression the ‘honeymoon’ has long been over. Marriage was a mistake.

Me too. That was the impression I got with the interview too. I think she is scared to death he is going to leave her for someone else.
With his track record, he probably will.

I dont feel sorry for her. If she live the rest of her life in emotional agony it will just be barely enough to atone for what she has done. She is a ho. Maybe a ho with hurt feelings but a just a ho none the less.
I kind of have to agree. She and Eddie destroyed 2 families and hurt 2 children I don’t have any sympathy for a cheating spouse.
And her intentionally antagonistic twittering was just salt in the wound. Childish and hobaggary at its finest for sure.

We pretty much keep each other advised of the twitter goings on here. I dont have a twitter either but the juicy stuff happens on twitter. You can tell a lot about someone’s character by the things they twit and the things they choose to retweet.

ITA. She is smart to use it to communicate with fans and hype her product. Tre always keeps it positive. I think CA is like charm school and an MBA for celebrities if one chooses to learn the lessons.

Im a sucker for when people cry, and as soon as the tears starts rolling , I feel a strong urge to forgive them, but with Leann , I just cant help but think about, how she recently treated another human being.
Brandi is maybe not perfect, but I feel much sympathy for her. I think Its normal if shes not over it yet. It was her husband and the father of her children. She was pregnant and didnt expect or want her life and future to change like that.
But what is wrong with Leann? What in the world does she have to be so sad about if she is soooo happy with Eddie?
Based on interviews ive seen with her, I do think she worked trough the difficulties of her childhood a long time ago and is using it as an excuse, bc she feel sorry for herself and bc she do not want to tell the public the truth. She is feeling the backlash for what she did and at the same time, she and Eddie have problems. Big problems!
The way I see it, her album is fixin to be released and she needs a rehab story to plump up her sales. The music community has moved on from her and she knows it.
Remember when celebs actually went to rehab to fight their demons and addictions not as a PR stunt? Now it seems almost mandatory before a movie premier, a cd release, an autobiography. Oh how I long for the days when private stuff was private back when dinosaurs roamed the earth.LOL.

I was a huge Leann fan. When I heard her sing “Blue” the first time acapella I had chills. She has the voice of an angel. Her voice was compared to icons like Barbra Streisand and Patsy Cline. Like MS. SH said, she still has an absolutely incredible voice.
**Note to MeGo… THIS is an “artist” (as you called yourself) and singer. You are not. Ask Leann if she uses autotune. lol
It’s sad to see what Leanne’s done to her life for a broke D-List actor who’s using her for money. How ironic that she emancipated herself from her Dad for using her for her money and Eddie’s doing the same thing. If she wasn’t a multimillionaire, would he have given her the time of day? She can’t see that??? I was sad watching the interview with Katie Couric. She’s very confused, naive and childlike imo.
When she says she missed her childhood, she’s telling the truth. Leann is another sad example of a young, gifted woman with little or no education, which is the sad saga of most actors and entertainers in Hollywood. They’re uneducated. Leann didn’t go to school after she became a popular singer before she was a teenager. Having a tutor isn’t the same as being in school. She’s very limited in knowledge and social skills because she missed the teen years that are so vital for kids. Her biggest mistake was moving to Hollywood as a teen. At the time she did it I thought to myself, “what the hell is she thinking?” She’s been confused and made bad decisions since then. She’s not equipped for the cutthroat world that is Hollywood imo.
I’d love to see Leann stop obsessing about being like Brandi and concentrate on being Leann Rimes with her singing and songwriting. Leann has a rare gift that Brandi and 99% of the population will never have and should use it. I wish her well. I hope she grows up, wakes up and learns to live her life for Leann, not others. All her time and energy should be going into her happiness and career, not obsessing about Eddie and Brandi’s drama.
Hi Lisbeth. You make many excellent points. I saw an 11 year old country singer at a Monro County Fair in the early 70′s. Gorgeous voice and went on to win a bundle of CMAs. It was 10 o’clock at night and this poor child was up on stage half scare but singing so perfectly. Her dad was drunk and passed out beside the stage. It registered with me how vulnerable she was and how easily she could be taken advantage of.
After an illustrious career the singer had a blistering melt down and became involved in drugs and alcohol that wrecked her career. IMO, not making excuses but I wonder if they ever really mature?
Ain’t Pittypat, Leann’s parents drug her all over Texas from the age of about 5 or 6. By the age of 12 or 13 she was an experienced singer with a voice that people just couldn’t believe but she had no life other than being on the road and singing for people. What kind of life is that for a child? Yes, she made more money than she’ll ever spend and was successful but at what cost to Leann? What we’re seeing now is the result of that imo. Emotionally, I think Leann is still a child being used by people.
I don’t think all the blame for Eddie’s divorce should fall on Leann either. It takes two to tango. What kind of sorry man with a pregnant wife initiates an affair with another woman? He’s trash in my opinion. He was a father and husband and should not have started the affair. The blame is 50/50. Neither one of them should have strayed but especially not a father and husband with a pregnant wife.

I love that song! She has a gorgeous voice. ITA Eddy deserves 50 percent of the blame and yet somehow LeeAnn bears the brunt of it. She needs a friend to drag her off twitter and to turn the other cheek. She needs a DNR order, do not respond. The damage is done and she could accomplish so much more by moving forward. I don’t think the marriage will last because the trust is not there. I am not fan of Brandi either but do not think she deserved to be cheated on.I’m sure she was devastated by her husband and LeeAnn. How many years later and its still a hot mess with two beautiful boys in the middle.
You have any idea how many children are robbed of childhoods? I had to take care of a coked up alcoholic, wasnt allowed to talk about what happened at home b/c ‘mommy would go to jail’ couldnt see any friends on weekends b/c I had to take care of my hung-over strung out mother on the weekends…by the age of 7 I had flushed several grams of coke, had given an ultimatum that if she didnt stop Id move in with my grandparents…and no father in the picture b/c he beat my mother so badly she gave birth to me one month earlier…I dont blame her for being sick, never sued her, and never broken up families b/c of my own selfish childish needs…
Maybe it’s a requirement for the hubby that all his wives are blond, lithe yet busty. Maybe, they both used the same plastic surgeon. hahaha! Isn’t the husband-in-common a C-list actor of lesser fame?
Once the divorce is announced and the dust settles I think Brandy could end up being a good friend to her.
Don’t forget the damage being a child star supporting the family did to Kim Richards. I can’t imagine what kind of damage that could do to you.
LeAnn Rimes May Be in Rehab for ‘Bulimarexia’ – OMG, this is just p!ssing me off b/c she’s insulting all people who’re struggling with eating disorders! No one is cut and dry this or that- the symptoms almost always cross into other disorders and the fact that she’s trying to make herself a martyr for this is more nauseating than her in a bathing suit. I do not lack empathy for people with ED’s as I have one I’ve struggled with- but this BS about her battling ‘both’ is BS- its one disorder and she’s using MANY symptoms- and it is a choice. Not an easy one but once you’re cognitively mindful of your issues, you have tools to avoid symptoms but she’s using this issue to gain sympathy for being a husband stealing delusional child-snatching professional BS artist. Sickening
I hope Brandi is never friends with this gutter-snipe who is performing very close to where I’m living right now- I just wish she’d go AWAY!!!
P.S. Over half of my own family dont even know where I went or why b/c its such a personal issue, not one that someone splashes across media outlets. Anyone who publicly anounces that they’re going into a facility for anything is doing it for the wrong reasons. There’s a reason confidentiality is a HUGE factor built into Residental Treatment…I’ve never wanted to b!tch slap someone other than my mother than this sorry excuse for a ‘woman’…
