I usually take a pass on the Atlanta housewives, mostly I can’t stand Kim or NeNe. If this is one of the new housewives, I might just turn in. I have cut down on the housewives shows down to three, looks like I am getting sucked back into them all again, except for OC. I can’t stand any of those broads and I want to smack each and everyone of them. Not good, besides I dvr all the programs, and OC and Atlantic got booted because I much rather watch masterpiece theater or mystery shows they have. I think it was between the Sherlock Holmes or OC, PBS won. The old man had the fishing guy from England on at the same time slot.

I completely agree with you. The Jet “Beauty of the Week” is a pin-up. So, why all the nasty comments about the girls auditioning in bikinis? What was she expecting — evening gowns?She was rude just for the sake of getting extra camera time. How pathetic!

The other one to that is married to the ex-football player. That whole birthday thing where he gives her a check for $200k..really, that is how you know they are new money. Real rich people don’t need to count their money in front of other people. It also says a lot about her and what her own earning potential is if she is star struck over that check. I am not discounting that it is a lot of money but a person of means won’t be acting so tacky.

Even though I think Kenya tone was a bit harsh these young ladies but they need to hear was she is saying. These young ladies dress like they are auditioning for a rap video or a men’s magazine. That type of look is not really respected in traditional modeling. With Kenya being a woman of a certain age with a background in pageantry I can understand why she is an annoyed with what was presented. If those young ladies had visited a top modeling agency in NY their critic would have been harsher. I will admit that I am a bit partial because Kenya is a home girl from my city but I have a feeling that my “feelings” for her will change from good to bad before the season ends. LOL.
There is criticism and constructive criticism. Sorry but she just showed her ass and acted like a stuck up hater. She could have told the young lady what she wanted in a classier way.

That to me is hating. Granted the young ladies could have looked more whatever, but the way she went about things was an attack on their self-esteem. I would have through that Kenya’s background in pageantry — etiquette classes — would have pulled her somewhat from the ghetto mentality and ghetto mouth, but apparently not. Can’t wait for Nene to take her down a notch or ten.
One of those girls should have shown her what it’s all about. What did they have to lose anyways. She was ridiculous and should be ashamed of herself. There is only room for one bitch on the show and nene is not going to give up her spot, even though she might tone it down a bit more now being as she is trying to go and stay mainstream and have a real career.
Btw, IMO Cynthia’s Model agency is a scam because she charges all candidates hundreds of dollars for modeling classes even though they may not be model material. I’m sure Peter (Cynthia’s husband/con artist) will not appreciate Kenya scaring of the potential victim/models off. Kenya is a hood chick that made it out the hood. She like myself and others can see straight through these cons and will call them out on their BS. The Wig better stay away because will go harder than Mugshot Marlo ever did and I can’t wait.

K wont be posing 4 JET anytime soon…She burnt that bridge when she started acting ghetto. Being a former Miss USA, she is supposed 2set an example for all women & girls. I definitely wouldnt want my daughters thinking of her as a role model. She thinks she’s the stuff. She may be a beautiful woman OUTSIDE but she’s ugly to the bone INSIDE!
