She is not actually going to be naked. They are referring to going without makeup. It’s a charity fundraiser with a catchy title to get peoples attention. I guess it worked.
I think that twitter that said she loved that MeGo wrote her own blogs is a paid for tweet. She also tweeted that she likes the VanKampens so what sealed it for me.
Melissa thinks she has the hottest body and it’s so not true. She is average, nothing special. Very interesting that the same week Caroline and Teresa are accused by of snubbing a charity and an anonymous source leaks the made up story, Melissa Gorga happens to have a big charity campaign suddenly. This girl does not do charity events so whats the truth….Melissa or one of the gross Marco sisters decided to take one more shot at Teresa and apparently Caroline must not be useful to Melissa anymore. I love Caroline and Teresa and honestly hate Melissa so perhaps I’m a teensy bit bias.

The same newspaper that carried the charity story, Ny Daily News, had a a small article the next day about Melissa saying the “On Display” not being about Melissa. Of course the man who was quoted the day before (Chaunce or whatever) is her friend. Annoys the hell out of me because I am a subscriber. But I actually pay for the subscription for an older relative so I can’t cancel, which is what I usually would do. Guess that’s just the future of newspapers. They have become gossip rags because it’s hard to compete with internet news. I know everything the day before the paper comes out. Hell, I knew about this from Stoopid Housewives before I looked in the paper that night.

Thats a serious Crime and you cant make that claim I have heard storys of CPS being called and even seen people post how they Hope someone will call CPS and take the kids away and you can bet some Dolt really does it to. IMO what she pulled with Ashlee was emotional Munchhausen by proxy, not sure thats even the correct term for it but intentionally painting her child in a harsh light so that people feel sorry for poor put-upon-long-suffering momma. Unfortunately CPS cant do jack about this type of emotional abuse but it happens a lot and it is more damaging than a hot iron upside the head. IMO. If you have even encountered a mom that engaged in this or her offspring that it was inflicted upon IRL you will know they are the huge PITAs of the world.

lisa..just to have you stay up on the latest jaq stuff. her husby stole computers for the federal prosecutors that he was supposed to turn in, and moved them so they could not be investigated. Jaq has not answered any requests from the fed prosecutors about showing up for her depositions until just recently and all of them are scheduled for depos in mid Nov. This should be good. They didn’t just over spend. They liquidated a company for their own gain and lied and have been lying to federal prosecutors. Can’t wait to see what happens in the depos. Pot meet Kettle..she is about to have her come up ins.
Also mego with the whole house thing..and them having to borrow money to stay afloat..can’t wait until all the people come out of the woodwork too about the personal loans they are taking out, and also evidently Mego used to give blow jobs in exchange for trips and clothes and those people are supposed to surface next season.

Well what i seen was way old, the stuff on Wakile was in the 90′s, 1990′s. The newest on on there was 2002. There was also som cut and pasted stuff.
What about the recent stuff about the Laurita lying about having the signature appeal computers…..to the court? multiple times?
We will see when the dust settles what is fact and what is fiction. When it closes all the documents will be open to the public. Everyone will see the ones that have been cut and pasted. There has been a ton of fabricated info out there, so we will see what happens. I think they will close the bankruptcy and no charges will be levied. Thats my opinion. Right now in US District Bankruptcy court there are hundreds of companies that have done far worse and they will walk too. Its not fair. To me, you lie in court (and that includes the Giudices) you should be in jail for perjury which is a FELONY. You lie and you go to jail, but it never happens does it.

So if a lie is a lie, Why is Teresa and Joe not in jail? They too lied in federal court. They filed false documents and got caught.
They lied but when they were called on it they withdrew the petition which shielded them from fraud. Unlike the Lauritas that continued to lie under oath and compounded the quicksand they are in by messing with evidence in a federal case.
US District Court had every right to prosecute them. They chose not to. Even if they evidentually withdrew the petition, they still filed false documents and lied to the court.
Actually it is amoot point when the filing is withdrawn. The Feds no longer had a basis to charge them.
They may have not been charged But the fact They lied dose not go away.
The US District Court did not have every right to prosecute the Guidices. Get the PACER information, get the facts…then give your legal opinion.

Someone in Chicago just got five years for lying to the BK courts about $350,000 in misappropriated business funds. So, to think that someone who misappropriated $8,000,000 is going to walk is naive.

Yes Joisey City is a world of it’s own. My grandparents immigrated there from Italy. Then they moved to Essex County were they raised a family of 11 children. Joisey City has their own accent. Now it’s a total melting pot.

CJ, I have never ever said a vile thing about any poster here. I don’t like Teresa, I will openly admit that. I don’t like Dina either. I haven’t called Teresa any vile names, I said it was my opinion that she has lied and not paid her bills. She hasn’t and there is proof out there all over she hasn’t. There are judgements filed in 2012 supporting that claim. I love to read the posts and the opinions and have said alot of what people say I agree with. I don’t think saying that Jacqueline has lied about the Autism or that FAS caused her child to be autistic is right. I have a nephew that is autistic and you think my sister hasn’t 2nd guessed everything she did when she was pregnant. For 4 years she has blamed herself for his autism and its not her fault. It happens. God only knows why. Stress, I am sure Jacqueline is going through that same guilt as my sister has. There is no reason some are born with it and some without. I was blessed to have healthy children. Some out there are just not as blessed or they are blessed in a different way. We are only given what we can handle. IMO I think Jax is neglectful. I think it is an issue her family needs to address. The discussion was about FAS and Munchausen by Proxy. It was an earnest discussion by intelligent thoughtful posters of varying opinions. I do not see the need to berate anyone for sharing their opinion and having a discussion. The bankruptcy judge sealed the court proceedings a couple of months ago, but all of the information prior to that time was available. The court calendar is still available. But, once again, don’t want to confuse anyone with the facts.

Lacey I am not pro anyone, I am anti-assholeness, but I am curious to know why you feel so strongly that the Lauritas should/will get a walk on their case. I work for a huge law firm that handles corporate bankruptcies, fraud and all that good stuff and in no way can I see that happening. Especially if these most recent fraud allegations regarding the use and destruction of the company pc’s, hard drives and server.
If you work for a lawfirm then you are perfectly aware of all the accusations that are levied when a company files bankruptcy. You are also aware of how many bilk those companies and walk away everyday. An accusation and fact are two different things. Its my opinion they will walk with nothing happening. There are companies that have walked for doing far worse and there was tons of evidence. To me, the bankruptcy courts are a joke. Why would Teresa and Joe walk after they perjured themselves multiple times. The court had the evidence to prosecute and did not as long as they pay the debt. So if they do not pay up, can the US District Court still file the perjury charges? Just my opinion
One of the biggest saving graces for them is the ability to afford/hire the big guns to fight their case. Not sure if the Lauritas can do this. I presume not because of the way that Chris was acting about being really serious about needing the blk company to succeed. I think the Guidices get a pass, even though they perjured themselves because it is a win win situation for the bankruptcy court that they are going to pay off their debt. Scamming anyone is bad no matter what scale you do it on, it hurts the economy no matter how you look at it.
I agree. Look at all the people that are still waiting to be paid from Joe and Teresa. My personal opinion is that bankruptcys should never be granted. I think those who over spend should have to pay every dime back. I pay my bills. I have to do without the 4700.oo to spend on the kids clothes or the 2700.00 kids 4 wheeler that our 10 yr old would love. People have to learn to buy what they can afford.
Bankruptcy laws have changed drastically. They no longer protect those that charge up credit cards to a point of not being able to pay them. Most are put on some kind of pay schedule. However, there are times when bankruptcy are a must for people… sorry to disagree with you. Most are due to high medical bills that are simply impossible to pay back completely without being homeless and hungry. Unfortunately this country doesn’t have a better way of dealing with people that can’t afford medical insurance.
In 2010, sixty percent of personal bankruptcies included a high percentage of medical bills but for the over 2 million that filed in 2011, the percentage of those filing due to excessive medical bills dropped below 50 percent. Now it appears that overspending is now the chief reason for bankruptcy.
Stuff happens, I did a Bankruptcy in 2009 It was my fault I have paid dearly for my choice since then and working hard to reestablish my credit. Not everyone who declares spend money nilly willy and then run to federal court for relief. When I was in court everyone looked ashamed and defeated no one looked proud or relieved. People lost homes,cars and personal property not to mention their self respect. I was lucky I had a job other sin court with me that day didnt. One lady was homeless because she had lost her home. I am thankful I had Bankruptcy to help me out had I not I would be on the streets today. My lawyer and the trustee were both Kind and understanding men who made me feel comfortable. (and believe me when you take that oath you are afraid to sneeze on the record).
Overspending yes is one factor but people are losing jobs in record numbers and when it happens to you suddenly you can be living within your means then suddenly you have no income and a stack of bills with no prospect of future income.
and before anyone says it I have no issues with the Guidice bankruptcy, its the lying they did had they not I wouldnt have a issue.
Lisa, don’t feel badly. There are a myrisd of reasons for bankruptcy. So many people found themselves under water with 3 years arms on their mortgages or ballopn payments, etc. The last four years have been a challenge for many people
Our bankruptcy laws are there for a reason, we no longer have debtor prisons. Most of our laws are based on British Common Law, but the BK laws are straight out of Jewish Law. If God can mandates forgiveness of debt every seven years, man surely can too.

Sorry Lisa. Our economy has not helped families stay afloat. There are tons of foreclosures, no jobs and absolutely no way for many to pay their bills. All of us go through tough times, I guess I have been really lucky and have never had to claim bankruptcy. We have always managed to have jobs and the ability to pay our way. I guess I need to be more thankful for what I have and more compassionate for those who dont

They withdrew their bankruptcy petition. We had a lovely attorney posting who explained that their is often miscommunication and misunderstandings in filings. The Judge withdrew the charges when they withdrew their petition.
Considering Both Guidices are Dumb as a bx of rocks I would believe the misCommunication and misunderstanding story.

I would say that they managed to come out of it better than their counterparts by ‘fessing up. Plenty people file bankruptcy and it does not mean they are dumb or shady. Teresa had a contract for a book and has been explained to all of us multiple times, that was not finalized. I think it’s plenty dumb when you call people out for the same thing you have done.
As the Lauritas have done so many times. I have very dear friends who have filed bankruptcy and it is indeed complicated if you have multiple businesses and trusts.

Wonder if that will be introduced in the latest forgery trial. “Your Honor, I did commit forgery by signing my partners signature on the sale of some buildings and took the money, but I didn’t obtain a drivers license with MY PICTURE on my brothers license. I didn’t commit forgery for that.” The nice thing about not paying off Mastropole is he is earning interest on that judgement. I believe 9 percent is the going rate.
