Let’s start this Maloof/Nassif item off with the ridiculous.
According to ROL, Adrienne Maloof had her soon-to-be-ex-husband, Paul Nassif, BANNED from the festivities held Sunday night for the premiere of season three of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Even EXTRA guards were hired to keep ‘Superman’ ‘TheHulk’ AKA Paul Nassif from daring to enter the property! PUH-LEEEZE!
Some people will take any amount of money thrown their way to put PR items out.
NOTE: Paul seems like an intelligent man… a man who does not need to live his life thriving in the Bravo spotlight… a man who probably laughed as much as we did when reading this item from ROL!

Because of their divorce, the Maloof-Nassif’s put their Beverly Park home up for sale last month for $26 million.
They sold the property for $20 million.
Lisa Vanderpump sold her mansion directly across the street last September (2011) for $18,800,000.

Mauricio Umansky who had the listing at TheAgency, says the home sold quickly because inventory in the Beverly Park neighborhood has become scarce in the past two years. The home is located in north Beverly Park, where lots tend to be larger and homes are newer. Mauricio says the buyer is an L.A. businessman who was looking in the neighborhood for a long time and liked the French chateau-style of the nearly 20,000-square-foot home.
Built in 2000, Ms. Maloof and Mr. Nassif bought the home eight years ago for $12.7 million, according to public records.

Yikes, that’s the tackiest looking interior I’ve seen since getting a glimpse of Trump’s apartment in NY. That must be Adrienne’s doing.
Thank you… I was thinking the same. If I had a ton of money, I’d want my house to look like a home… not some sort of pretentious palace.

I was thinking the same thing! Sooo over the top and tacky. I just don’t get it. Could you imagine having 20,000 sq. ft??? That’s nuts. I think I could fit my whole family including some cousins I havn’t seen since we were kids! lol

I always kind of thought that Paul would easily start a dating life again. I am sure there are tons of ladies that would love to date him. He is cute, funny and a plastic surgeon those are pretty good assests no matter where you are from but I am sure in BH it looks great. I can’t imagine that he would try to crash a party just to see Adrienne.
Yes, he’s a very classy gentleman–a DOCTOR, I highly doubt he would be any where near that party, knowing how Russell had been tossed out of one, on camera.
With that kinda money, you’d think Adrienne coulda got her roots done, or better yet, go back to her real color so those black eyebrows don’t clash! How is it fair to ban Paul, if he was filmed for this season?

Apparently (not verbatum) it was in response to Brandi who was remarking about Adrienne, something on the lines of “who is she, she’s a nobody”. Paul then retaliated, backing up his wife.

Adrienne and Paul seemed to revel in their “Bickersons” marriage and enjoyed having the onscreen arguments. Calling in goons to keep Paul out of the premiere party seems a bit extreme. If they are splitsville, it’s doubtful that Paul would even want to go to the party. 20 million is a nice round number for them to split 50-50. They made a tidy profit. Good for them,
