I just heard this on the morning radio. They were saying that it will most likely be classified as a “hate crime” which is a felony. There have been similar cases the last few years in S. Florida where teens have beaten defenseless homeless men. That is why I think they are now classifying this as a hate crime. Poor Cuban Barbie, her kids always seem to have issues.

I love Alexis, but there’s a reason why she has the name Cocaine Barbie. She used to live it up with the biggets coke smugglers back in the day. She even looked better back then than she does now. What a mean evil thing to do. Hope there are serious consequences and a morality check for this family. It appears their life is all about money and appearances. I hope Peter goes to jail and his mother is kicked off the show immediately. Every time I look at her now I will be seeing that poor homeless man. And no, another benefit for the homeless is not goining to help. Sick of these veiled excuses for the rich to feel good about themselves. Forget the party, either give of your personal time or your personal money without all the pr hoopla and fanfare.

I agree jail time would do him good. What I see in that video is a mean man with a drug addiction. Two separate issues but I guarantee you one will be blamed on the other once some lawyer gets hold of it and request that a judge sentence him to some hoity toity drug rehab because the poor kid was traumatized by what his brother has gone through(Alexia did mention that he was having a “hard time” with it) Your honor, he was “lashing out” and “self medicating” blah blah blah. So even if he gets help for his drug addiction , it will not take because he is not initiating it. And even when it does take he is still a sociopath, he will just be a sober sociopath. That part needs to be addressed.

Now I agree that the kid did a horrible crime and should be punished, but why suggest he be deported b/c his mother is of Cuban decent? Why doesn’t everyone scream deportation on Juicy Joe for his crimes? Total double standard b/c he is hispanic. FYI – my husband is Cuban (immigrated here when he was 10), making my children 1/2 so that is why I’m a little annoyed at this statement, which is also not the first time you (Donewithbravo) have insulted Cubans on this blog.

I’m certainly not just picking on cubans (altho my DH was married to one and she was the biggest pain in the ass, so I’m sure that’s where my anger began). IMO, if anyone breaks the law, they should be accountable, but if they break the law AND they’re not a natural U.S. citizen, then ship them back. They have no right to live here. They chose to live here and they should try even harder to adhere to our rules here.
What’s a DH? Also, please don’t assume all Cubans are a big pain because of the one you know. That’s hurtful. There are many Americans that choose not to adhere to our rules as well. Where do we ship them?
DH=DearHusband (common terminology for the messageboard world). I’m not assuming that ALL Cubans are a PITA. Believe me. Where I lived in NJ (just in our high-rise), it was probably 90% Cuban, so I got to know many of them well. I’m not making generalizations about the whole lot of them b/c of some bad apples. Gosh, there are so many Italians that I can’t stand, and I’m 100% Italian! As to “where to we ship them?”, I’d love it if someone breaks the law and they’re not a natural U.S. citizen, then they get shipped back to the Country they came from originally. Their rights as a U.S. citizen should be stripped. That goes for Joe Gorga too (if he wasn’t born here). If they were born here and they break the law, I believe in very strict rules anyway.

She had so many oddities about her. I’m again not attributing it all to her culture (I think she has some mental issues), but I’m hurt and angered that she killed him and basically got away with it (she’s been in their home for 2.5 years, out on bail, awaiting trial). Well with that kind of thinking, someone who made a mistake when they were young and stupid but has now lived a great life for 40 years should now get deported. Well, guess what. That is exactly what is happening to a lot of people. Good people. People who worked hard and paid taxes all their life. But because of minor incidents (and I am in no way saying what this idiot did is minor) people’s whole lives and their loved ones can be torn apart. I know as this is happening in my family. What this kid did was horrible. But let him go to jail just like your son or daughter would get.

I don’t think a citizen can be deported. A foreign national who can’t adhere to our laws should be deported, but a citizen is a citizen whether they be naturalized or natural born.

Leah Black’s lawyer-husband wouldn’t be a good choice to defend Alexia’s screwed-up son. Mr. Black is not doing well in his current trial defending John Goodman who is charged with DUI vehicular manslaughter (and also adopted his 40+ yr old girlfriend to gain access to his children’s $300 mil trust.) Not good legal representation IMO.
It broke my heart to see Leah showing their son “daddy’s televised court case” saying that John Goodman is such a wonderful person.
I thought the same thing forblogs, when watching that scene. That “wonderful person” killed a young man, left the scene and didn’t call 911. And John Goodman didn’t come up w/ that brilliant idea to adopt his gf on his own. That was her classy husband’s idea.

Sick and sad. Her son changed a lot. He looks like a filthy drug addicted criminal, and I can’t believe he modeled anywhere. The kids of these housewives always get into trouble. Nene’s son gained so much weight and got arrested, pictures of Alexa and Rachel topless online, and many more kids with issues like Tamra’s Ryan and Laura’s kids.
But at least Danielle seemed to raise two nice daughters! lol. I saw them at a restaurant, Charthouse, having a family dinner, and they looked like a nice little family.
Yes, I don’t know much about them, but Danielle’s daughters are beautiful and didn’t appear to be trouble-makers.

Has anyone verified that this snipet is legitimate? The one who got attacked looked like an average 20 or 30 year old that happened to pass out. I got the impression that the idiot who made this video thought he’d be the next “Jackass” and that he was being amusing. I’m hoping it was all fake, otherwise he’s a real idiot.
