Hi Sweethearts,
Like every Housewife in every city, I think filming the reunion is one of the worst parts of our job. It’s a long, long day, it always gets ugly, it’s hard to sit through and even harder to watch. At least this year I knew what I was walking into: I knew the other cast members, even my family, were going to band together to bash me. Last year was a total shock. This year was just sickening and sad.
I think one big difference between New Jersey and the other cities though is that most of the women on our show prepare for weeks for the ambush. They write little notes and look over every little thing I ever wrote. They’re so desperate to make me look bad.
Here’s the thing: I don’t care. I know who I am and I don’t need to prove it to any of them. And I’m certainly not going to waste my off-camera, family time looking up words in the dictionary and making obsessive lists about them. For one, I’m not obsessed with any of them. If none of them had showed up at the Borgata, I think me and Andy could have still filmed a good show.
For two, I’m not desperate to prove them all wrong, because they prove it all by themselves in every blog and every interview. I don’t have to dig all the way down to vocabulary words (and PS for the millionth time: spell check! It’s not hard!) because I’ve got nothing else. Their lies and contradictions are right there in black-and-white and there are far too many to list!
I do never know what crazy angle the other women are going to take at me, so my strategy is to sit there and be as calm and mature as I can. As calm and mature as anyone can filming all day with 10 people coming at you! I’m not an actress, I don’t practice in the mirror at night, so my reaction isn’t always perfect. But I’m not perfect. I’m just me.
I’m not proud of everything I said at the reunion, but I am proud of the things I DIDN’T say. As they were yelling at me, I kept reminding myself not to say this or that about their private lives, I kept thinking about Dina and her and Caroline’s mom, Nettie, and family stuff I did not want them to hear me say. It was a struggle because they attack me so viciously and yet they have their own skeletons, their own public scandals and newspaper articles and financial problems that don’t get discussed on the show, because I won’t discuss them. They do it to me, but I won’t do it back. So when Caroline fired at my appearance, yes I fired back. It wasn’t a great moment, but I can only be pushed so far.
Once we started going there with each other on our appearance, I guess it opened a can of worms for me that has really bothered me for a long time: Caroline’s hypocritical and crazy unhealthy view of herself and how her view upsets her daughter. First of all, I have no problem with Caroline’s body. Everybody is different and every size can be beautiful. But you have to own it, not lie about it. What I can’t stand is that Caroline has for years talked about how she loses weight naturally, she even did interviews on her “portion control,” meanwhile she’s hiding behind a secret surgery. I’m sorry, I don’t like that. It’s one thing to keep your private business private, but then don’t go being the poster child for natural weight loss and lying to everyone. And especially when you’re lying to the public, you’re helping create this body image lie that young girls are suffering from. Imagine if I told everyone I got bigger bubbies because I just took a certain vitamin. Guess what? It’s not true and that’s not fair to the public who really wanted to know how I did it.
Then you had her big storyline all season: hovering over Lauren’s shoulder and obsessing about her weight. I would NEVER allow that to be my storyline. Poor Lauren. When Caroline said in one of her on-camera interviews that she “couldn’t even relate” to Lauren’s struggle because she’d “been tiny her whole life,” I realized what the problem was: Caroline. You should embrace your children and how they look, not constantly remind them how miserable they are, making them even more miserable.
And let’s get this straight: Lauren was 185 pounds. Not 285. She’s 24. Do you think major surgery chopping up your stomach is the answer for that extra 30 pounds? I don’t. The ones who are sending out the bad message to kids in America are Lauren and Caroline for acting like Lauren was a prehistoric beast before and the lap band saved her life. The lap band surgery is a miracle for some people, for people who are extremely unhealthy, who have tried everything, who’ve had babies and are older with slow metabolisms. Look at Lisa Lampanelli. I know she tried everything, and the lap band worked wonders for her. She looks amazing! That’s the person who should get lap band, not a 24-year-old with a controlling mother. Sorry, but that’s my opinion.
DonCaro on WWHL AfterShow April, 2012… around the 5:00 mark, DonCaro starts her “weight loss advice” and says she’s a tiny size 4!
I do want to apologize to anyone watching and any of my friends and family if it seemed like I only think skinny is beautiful. That’s absolutely not true. My mother is the most beautiful woman I know and she’s not a toothpick. My husband isn’t super skinny and I call him “juicy and delicious.” He’s sexy to me. My friends are all different sizes and all beautiful. What your body looks like doesn’t matter to me at all (unless you’re a big public hypocrite about it!). I know the “blubber” comment was really random, so I want to explain where it came from…
I have a habit of remembering certain words when I hear them and using them later in a totally different way. Like when I heard about John Mayer saying Jessica Simpson was “sexual napalm” I thought that was a really good description of how something clings to you, and I used “napalm” in my blog.
Before the reunion my friend and I were talking about how I feel bad now about how everyone treated Danielle. I didn’t see it, how bad everyone was to her, until last year. And my friend was like: “It’s like your living in a Judy Blume novel! You’re in Blubber! You were friends with the mean girls and you didn’t realize how mean they were until they turned on you!” I guess I just had that in my head and “blubber” came out! I didn’t plan to say something so crazy, the word was just in my head. I was thinking about a book about mean girls, not trying to be a mean girl! Sorry!
There’s really not much more to say. Rosie shocked me, but then again, she really didn’t. I think you got to see a bit more of the Kathy that I know… And Melissa and Jacqueline… stay tuned because their crazy is just getting started!

While I can say that Tre is not totally blameless in this whole fiasco, I can empathize with her. Being attacked at all sides like she was, I would have flown off and opened a can of whoop ass. Especially when Kathy disrespected her parents and when Rosie started running her mouth. It’s easy to run your mouth, but actions speak louder than words. Rosie is a few fries short of a happy meal and might need some serious medication. I didn’t see what was so bad about Tre saying that her dad stepped in with her cousins. I do think Tre was right on the money about her description of Lauren’s situation and the lack of thought for her getting that lapbad. Sorry but she is already putting the weight back on. Granted she lost some weight but that ugliness she is carrying around is outshining any external changes. By the way, couldn’t she have gotten a bigger dress, she might want to cut back on the booze as well, she has one hell of a beer gut. When she was fat her stomach didn’t look that big.

Lauren is totally trying to be this vamp that she is so not. Lauren reminded me of a little girl playing dressup in clothes too small and shoes too high. She should find a happy medium. She can wear more fitted items, but make it items that are comfortable and that don’t espose your lady bits once you attempt to sit down.

Weird that the weight is coming back…seeing as how she works out 3 hours a day and all.

Having Carowhine for a mom it maybe the first time in her life that she felt ok with her looks. That false , I think highly of myself -thing that Caro has going depends on downing other because it is false. Remember when Catfish Kathy went nuclear when Teresa made comment about her and Richie almost getting a divorce, that is when she started attacking Teresa’s mother and father. Buck, I don’t have much info on Kathy’s brother’s, but would like to say. instead of Kathy going at T when she made the comment about Kathys marriage, Kathy could of responed it a much more mature way. Caroline finally got called out for the total bs about her weight. Naturally thin. Size 2. Never had to diet. Never had to worry about her weight. Women come in all shapes and sizes and who we are should not be defined our bodies. Teresa has taken this crap for 2 years . Tome to start kicking azz and taking names Teresa. It isn’t going to be pretty but nothing about this 2 season long gang bang has been. Why was Lauren there? Why was Rosie there? 10 on 1 . No way to justify it Bravo Andy.
Andy is milking this franchise for all that it’s worth. I think at this point in time NJ is the top of the heap for them. By bringing everyone on they had the ability to prolong and drag out more dirt in the whole reunion. Carol is so full of herself…I wonder if she realizes that she looks like a complete and utter fool. She is always about being up front and honest, she has tons of lies. She was thinner younger like a lot of women are, but put on weight like most do after having children and stressing and living life. The biggest bullshit was that she hid the tummy tuck and god knows what other procedure she used to lose weight. Portion control my ass, guess she forgot portion control because she is back up to the same size she was when they started and maybe a bit more. The portion control is probably in reference to all the procedures that she has quietly doled out on the sly. A little nip and tuck here, a little lap band, a little tightening of said lap band or loosening. As a mother she really disgusts me, she has been going on an on about being tiny, knowing her daughter has been suffering from body self-image issues, yet it was all bullshit. So she literally made herself feel better at her daughter’s expense.
Yes, bizzy! And the truth is,if as a hands on mom, ( which Caro claims to be) you have a child that is significantly overweight, it’s YOUR FAULT MOM. DonCaro buys the food, prepares the food, and decides which restaurants she will take her kids too for their entire childhoods. She has veto power on virtually EVERYTHING they put in their mouths. The fact that Lauren was overweight most of her life, since she is only 24, it is HER MOTHER’S fault.
True Taco, at one time in my life, (and i was only about 14) i was getting pretty chunky. I spoke to my mother about how terrible i felt about myself. My wonderful mother (God Bless her in heaven) would cook dinner for my father and four older sibling, who didn’t have weight issues and would cook a special low calorie dinner for myself. I lost 20 pounds in about 4 months thanks to her going to all the extra work it took to prepare a seperate meal for just one person after preparing the meal for the rest of our family. This is how a loving, understanding mother should act towards their childern.

Remember that Ursula and Lauren lied about the diet. She claimed that she was on a special diet and pills from a doctor. They were directing everyone to a Dr’s website for his pills. It was only have someone at the lapband doctors office outed her that she finally made a public statement.
Lauren will never keep the weigh off if she continues to drink the way she does.
I loved how she said she use to look like Melissa. I don’t think Melissa appreciated it.

With another network, she could really shine. She is naturally entertaining as is her family. That goomba husband and hillarious kids would make great entertainment and she could include sidebars and trash the broads. I would love it and watch.
I would watch that in a heartbeat and would love nothing better than to see her and her fam on another network, maybe add in the Gorga Sr’s and Joe’s family plus Dina … with her businesses, kids and family life plus her butchering of words and phrases as she navigates life, it would be a riot – her kids are also gorgeous and funny as shit

Boy would I just really love to know all the things that she didn’t say..and sorry Jaqueline, just because you didn’t file personal bankruptcy, doesn’t mean you didn’t over spend and take all the companies money – leaving the company bankrupt – to live a lifestyle you can’t afford. You did the same thing as Theresa, and since you have spent two years bashing her for it, you are going to be challenged on it now.

Jac was listed as an employee and took money for a job she did not perform. Then she failed to pay taxes on her “salary.” That’s worse than just running up a credit card bill. They’re accused of setting up false bank accounts, false vendor accounts, and many Lauritas were involved, not just Chris and Jac.

Actually, what Chris and Jac did was much worse. Juicy and Teresa overspent and thought the good times would keep on rolling. Then the real estate market crashed and they were caught in deep debt with no way to sell their properties. I know many builders, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, construction workers, people in the home supply business and even real estate attorneys that lost every thing when the market crashed. I personally know 1 builder that had to give the keys back to 10 homes he had under contract and he will never be able to get a loan to build again. Since they withdrew their case all I see is Teresa busting her butt to pay everyone while Juicy is home with the kids and do his small businesses.
Jac, Chris and the rest of the corp officers directed the money from the corporation to their own pockets. Both Chris and Anthony started new businesses right after their filed bankruptcy. Then Jac and Chris lied in their sworn affidavits. Once the attorney found out the truth he was forced to appear before the courts to them know what Jac and Chris had done. Now in addition to the theft charges Jac and Chris are facing charges of lying to the courts and fraud. This may be a big reason for the timing of the release about Nick’s Autism.

No, not so much . . . Juicy committed fraud repeatedly; he forged someone else’s signature on a legal contract, then applied for a NJ driver’s license using his brother’s credentials. To say the Giudices “overspent” is, well, a complete whitewashing of their misdeeds. Just because you know many people in the same situation does not make it right. In fact, they should all be ashamed of themselves–spending money like there’s no tomorrow, then declaring bankruptcy and letting everyone clean up their mess and bad debts. And please, everyone, stop glorifying Teresa and nominating her for sainthood because she’s “busting her butt to pay everyone.” That’s the LEAST she should do–it’s called paying your debts like a decent adult, and she is obligated to do that, legally and morally.
But I want to add that Jax and Chris are also grifters–all of these people think they are above the law.
She admits her mistakes here. What the other women don’t like is that she says what she needs to say and then moves on. She doesn’t dwell or obsess over things. That’s a quality most of us would like to have.

If Teresa ever went on a Revenge 2012 tour it could get ugly.

Perhaps this year was karma kicking tre in the teeth for her part in the Danielle Bashing. Other than that, I’m not going to fault her for anything she said on the reunion show after what she’s endured for the last 2 years with those over botoxed, melted faced hypocritical witches
the thing that i love about theresa in the reunion, is you can really tell she is just done with them. Her singing Melissa’s song was so funny. I think Tre has a big problem with her using her brother’s money to go out late at night clubs and try and make a name for herself as a slutty singer at her age with her nieces and nephews at home. News flash. Not one person has made it as a slutty singer, just starting their career in their mid thirties. Theresa’s parents must be mortified she dresses and sings so suggestively at clubs until all hours of the night – when she initially presented herself to the family as a Christian, school teacher. She has done a complete flip flop in her mid thirties, towards trampy. Her brother is footing the bill, and Theresa’s parents have to watch their daughter in law totally slut up and change completely from the nun school teacher – at this age. Also, to know that she came on to destroy their daughter…Anyway, I think that is Theresa’s biggest problem with Melissa singing – she isn’t very good and is tryign to pull off something that has never been pulled off in the history of entertainment…(putting yourself as a slutty dancer, somewhat talented night club singer performer in her thirties). She knows her brother will spend every last dime helping her. I know Joe Guidice’s parents probably weren’t happy before when they saw Theresa spending Joe’s money wildly either.

I was horrified to hear that Jenny McCarthy (who has done so much harm to autism awareness with her ignorant voodoo claims about vaccines, etc.) will be on WWHL. Wow–what a coincidence–NOT! I think it’s a publicity ploy and tie-in to Jax’s new “brand”–autism awareness. It’s clear to me that the only awareness Jax is pushing is the awareness of Jax herself–she’s a fame whore like most of the rest of them.

I love Tree. But she kinda disappointed me this reunion, she actually did have the moral highground coming into this but ruined it by being too tit-for-tatt-y. Has anyone read Teresa’s comments in her book about the Manzos? I did, and, I seriously, do not see what the issue was.
I read them and they were not malicious. The comments were made in a very playful manner and in context were not bad at all. There is some other reason that the Manzoids are mad at Teresa and they are just using those comments as an excuse or reason to hate her.
I didn’t read the books but I remember when Lauren read them out loud at the table, I didn’t find them to be insulting at all. Ana I totally agree that there is way more behind all of this mess.

T is fighting back her way (not the best way of course) but at least she doesn’t need sidekicks to help with her battle. They thought that as long as they band together, people will believe them. Carowhine and Jacko look like big jackasses (not that they couldn’t achieve this by themselves) for hating on T when clearly people see her family coming on the show to not only undermine her success but destroy her simply because they were not included. I have seen this many times before in High School and to think of it, they never won in the end, but they weren’t really reprimanded either. Bullies are in adult lives too.

Enjoyed her blog. Did anyone watch her spot on Wendy Williams? First, she looked great! She had a buttoned-up but still sexy outfit on, and her hair/makeup was on POINT. It was actually the most articulate interview I’ve seen her give, but I really wish she’d work with a coach to be more eloquent and stop saying “you know” every other word. No, Teresa, we DON’T know, tell us!!
She brought up a couple of great points. Like why would Melissa come on the show if Teresa had been torturing her for the past 8 years. Wendy seems to just stir the pot all around, because she said it was because Melissa had her own agenda.
Didn’t like Wendy’s dig at Dina, it was unnecessary. Agreed that Kathy brings nothing to the table and Jac needs to be “sent home” because she’s dealing with an autistic child and all she does is tweet.
Wendy asked her if she would get off the show to save her family, and she said she never signed up to be on a show with her family. Fact. I don’t think Teresa would admit it because she has other products and deals out there, but she needs the Bravo check.
Good for T for saying “no comment” when Wendy was going over Kathy’s “new look” (the one she refers to herself as a “drag queen” in during the reunion), you can tell she’s really over her.
Wendy kept saying Teresa has “changed” and needs to “pull herself together” all while saying it jokingly, but she was getting digs in. Teresa handled herself well. Kind of reminded me of how she shot down that Just Jared guy talking about the Twitter wars which she has no part in.

The pictures of the food in Tre’s cookbooks are done by professionals a couple of seasons ago Teresa visited the photo shoot. I think that was the first time she said ingredientses.
I also think Tre was shocked when Lauren started yelling at her. I know I would if someone’s kid did that to me.
This is standard for even professional chefs. There are people who train and dedicate themselves to doing food photography because of lighting and other factors, food only “looks” good for such a short time. Sometimes chefs/cooks give input on set, but really they are there as a model, while the team takes care of food.

After the bankruptcy was brought against Signature Apparel, the bankruptcy trustee found that corporate funds were misued and diverted by the Lauritas (Chris / Jax / Joseph / Adeline / Anthony and the late Frankie Laurita) for their personal use. The trustee then filed a related Adversary Proceeding against the 5 Lauritas for fraud, larceny, etc. to the tune of $7.8 million. MUCH MORE SERIOUS. This can be a criminal case with prison time. Signature Apparel was controlled by Chris and Joseph Laurita – the only 2 directors.
Jac and Chris lied in their sworn affidavits. That has lead to more charges of fraud.

Lauritas (all 5 of ‘em) converted company assets and funds to their personal use. THEY HAVE TO PAY BACK. And pay back will be the sale of the McMansion, autos, jewelry, etc. This is not a Chapter 13 or 7 (Chapter 13 – the debtor goes on a payment plan for all or some of the debt and Chapter 7 – all is forgiven). This is an involuntary bankruptcy. The company stopped paying its bills and the creditors had a bankruptcy action brought against it. The bankruptcy trustee found that the Lauritas stole from the company. That’s a big problem. It can lead to criminal action with prison terms. At the very least, the 5 Lauritas have to repay their share of the $7.8 million looting. Chris and Jax are finished. Chris will never get a managerial job. Maybe Big Al can have them wash the pots and pans (and check to see if any silver is missing before they leave).

Some people are horrible public speakers, but that does not mean they do not have an understanding of the language they using. Here’s an example, one should never end a sentence with a preposition, especially when writing. When I speak, I always forget this rule. Am I illiterate, too?

hi lisa..thanks for asking. last year I was looking for my birth mother, but it was just last year…ended the search abruptly when I learned that she lives with her son, who has a terrible violent rap sheet a mile long..I fled from an abusive husband, don’t need to go back to having that sort in my life. I have a wonderful loving mom and there was somethign that prompted me to look..I have never wanted to in my whole life, but I thought I would take a chance..some people should just leave pandora’s box alone ..ha ha.

Yes, agree Jacqueline has to go for her own good. I have started to feel very sorry for Jacqueline, I have to admit. I get the sense that she has little sense of self and is very malleable. She’s been tugged back and forth by Teresa and Caroline. I think somewhere deep down she feels bad for how she’s betrayed her old friend Teresa by allowing Bravo to manipulate her so powerfully. She’s a person that needs to stand with a group; she’s incapable of standing alone against a group, unlike Teresa. She’s also dealing with a bankruptcy caused by her crook husband looting his company to pay for luxuries like a new SUV for Ashley, while giving the middle finger to creditors (who have now “forced” the company into bankruptcy, in her words), in addition to her child’s diagnosis. I could be totally wrong, but just got that sense watching the reunion.
Okay, it’s clear Teresa didn’t write this blog…or any in recent history. The woman can’t put a complete sentence together to save her life. I am SO over these people! On another note, while watching Caroline w/Khloe K it sparked, I truly think Caroline thought she was going to be the next Kris Kardashian Jenner, Ya know the next “housewife turned family business mogul”, but Tre is squashing her at every turn and that bitch cant take it cause Carolines kids cant seem to get a grip on any business venture they put their hands on!!! Its just a thought, but makes sense to me and I heard that Kims Dad, when he was alive made Kim work for the money he gave her, unlike the Manzo kids who are handed it.

The Manzo Clan do not have a dot of charisma. The adult children always appear apathetic and listless especially Lauren. Lauren really makes me mad…she doesn’t know what a weight problem is.
When I was 21, I had a gastric bypass because I was 200 pounds overweight. I was well on my way to having diabetes, high blood pressure, and many other weight related problems. GB surgery was not a quick fix…I still watch my weight and still have struggles with eating the right things. It’s work to lose weight and keep it off, and it’s work you must do everyday.
Lauren is a disgrace. She couldn’t make some simple changes in her life to lose a few pounds. I find that sad but completely in line with the way she normally behaves. She does not work hard, and she blames her circumstances on others. I cannot stand that…at all. She makes people who have real weight struggles look bad.
If Lauren had to pay for the lapband herself,it wouldn’t have happened. The Manzo kids are very lucky to have such generous parents.I wish Caroline would just say,my kids are spoiled,so what. Hearing her say how hard they work is just bs. If you have it and want to spoil your kids,not anyones business.Be honest. Hard work and a dream,doesn’t always mean your going to make it. Sometimes money makes things happen.
I won’t judge anyone who has had either however, gb/lb won’t accomplish anything that proper exercise and nutrition won’t with respect to health . but, without all of the associated health risks of undergoing surgery. It just makes me sad that so many people feel that is their only option. In the end, it’s about health not looks or dress size
And, that’s what bothers me. She wasn’t doing this for her health. Do you realize that people who have GB surgery must have a psych evaluation prior to the surgery just to make sure that person has the proper attitude? I doubt she was evaluated.
Being overweight sucks…I totally understand that…but Lauren could have tackled this problem herself and actually achieved something. At this point, she still is unhealthy and she’ll gain the weight back, and she’ll likely gain it back quickly.

As someone who lost 40 pounds 25 years ago (and kept it off) and who comes from a grossly overweight family, one of my biggest pet peeves is when people blame their weight on their “genetics” .. with the exception of .01% of the population who actually have thyroid issues .. weight is a symptom of lifestyle .. nothing more, nothing less
What has always bothered me about Caroline’s comments about Lauren’s weight is that she doesn’t stop to think where Lauren learned her eating habits. Caroline: She learned how to eat from you. You apparenty did not cook healthy or teach healthy choices. Most likely dinner was take home from the Brownstone. Lauren’s food habits were learned at an early age.
Was it my imagination or as Lauren came walking out onto the stage did she not say “I don’t want my chucky to show”. Pretty sure she said something like that, but i haven’t read it anywhere yet. Such a lady.
Incidentally, she did look better than ever, IMO. Then she started talking and somehow didn’t look so good anymore….She and Caroline looked uncomfortable and a little bit panicky when Andy was calling them out on being being bullies and especially how badly Caroline treated Lauren about the weight issue. And not for nuthin’, but when Lauren was going off on Teresa, and being so shrill and embarrassing, by the look on Caroline’s face, it was not a mother’s proudest moment. But on the other hand, when Andy talked about her calling Lauren an A-hole on TV, and instead of saying that she was sorry, she said she didn’t say it to her face, she said it when she wasn’t around (YEAH, ON INTERNATIONAL TV), that for me was a WTF moment, and i think it spoke volumes about what things must be like between them when the cameras aren’t on.
Unless they are victims of the harshest editing in the world, I think they both are really sucky people.

Oh God, I hate those non-apology apologies. That’s what politicians usually do when they’ve been caught doing something wrong. Instead of “I did a bad thing” or “I was wrong” or “I regret what I did,” it’s always “I apologize if I offended anyone because of what I’ve done.” That’s not owning up to your mistakes–it’s just making it sound as if some people are overly sensitive because they were offended by you.

The reunion was just awful. People say they want Teresa to “own up” to her past discretions. but it looks like she has. Even in the blog she acknowledged her participation in bullying Danielle. Thats very humbling. The Bravo site moderators are so d*mn skewed against Teresa that it wont even let you respond favorably to Teresa’s blog. Andy sux! This reunion was a circus and I think Andy enjoys being the ringleader. Teresa should say Buh-bye to those small fries and move on to bigger and better endeavors. A Tyler Perry movie about “Melania meets Madea” or an italian version of “Here comes Honey Boo Boo” with Melanie and Juicy, would be ratings GOLD!!!! I acutally, I find her whole family enjoyable and entertaining. Even the little we see of her parents is fun. Her father seems like a riot, in an Archie Bunker kind of way. Her kids have strong and different personalities and that makes for a good show. They also are adorable especially that lil Audriana. Shes a doll baby! I really wish T could get her own show.

Rosie’s outburst was disgusting, isn’t that considered terroristic threats? Kids in school get suspended and more if they said that in school, why is Rosie getting a free pass on it? I never cared for her from the beginning and it has nothing to do with her sexual orientation, she just struck me as a very troubled person with a serious drinking problem. That episode with the hot tub scene was disgraceful, everyone sat around laughing but I think it was more of an uncomfortable laugh, I mean she was sitting there biting her finger like she was going to rape that woman. It’s laughable how many people think that just because Teresa can’t put two sentences together when she speaks, that must mean she doesn’t know how to write either. FYI, there are plenty of people who can’t speak well, but can write well. Try googling to see that Teresa not being able to express herself verbally doesn’t mean she’s a completely moron who doesn’t know how to write. Albert Einstein had difficulty putting words together verbally and the man was a freaking genius. So all this “Teresa has a ghostwriter because she can’t speak eloquently or speak proper english” is completely invalid and doesn’t prove anything.

i completely agree with you, i’m currently in Calculus II earning my degree in chemistry but i will be completely honest, I cant spell worth a damn and am always mispronouncing words, my cousins make fun of me yet they had to be “placed” in grades and I had to tutor them, I really think its just a way for them to feel superior to me, it was hard when i was younger but now as an adult i can see what is going on. I would never want them to feel dumber or try to act better than them and i do feel bad especially when my aunts or mom brag about how “smart” Iam. I have always felt that you are as smart as you want to be, some have to try harder than others and some are smarter in different things. seems to me that alot of the cast want to knock teresa down to make themselves feel better and superior whether they realize it or not. this is what i see when I watch and read about this show. FYI, my grammar ect is horrible in the comments section, but I have actually been accused of “cheating” in high school because supposedly no on “my age” would write or phrase things the way i did! it helped that i had did my paper while doing some other work in my other teacher’s office and they saw me working on it and i would ask them how something sounded….spell check IS MY FRIEND! lol

I completely agree with your statements. I graduated from college with a degree in English Literature. I have a solid command of the language and I write very well. On paper, I usually express myself very well and do so in a clear manner. When I speak, however, I sometimes have trouble articulating what I want to say. I also, sometimes, mispronounce things. To be honest, while I know what “naplam” is and could use it in a sentence, I do not think I could give a dictionary definition on demand as Lauren did on the show. I could maybe give a vague description of it, but not a “websteresque” definition.
Also, I have such an issue with some of these other women having a stroke about Teresa and a “ghostwriter.” I think it’s ridiculous. I also think someone with a teaching degree who pronounces “admit” as “egg-mit” is an atrocity. Thank goodness she’s not teaching my child English skills.
Also, if Teresa has a ghostwriter, why is that so bad? If the written word IS an issue for her, why would anyone fault her for doing the intelligent thing by having someone help her? Dumb. These women just want to bitch about something.
How funny was it when Katfish argued with Tre that Liver Lips could get more woman than Juicy?!! Not saying Juicy’s for me, but old Liver Lips is about as repulsive as a man can be.

I have resisted from commenting all season. However, what I see in Teresa is complete pathological behavior. Anyone who never takes any responsibility for anything and screeches over everyone trying to state anything to him/her certainly has some psychiatric issues. Oh wait, now she feels bad about how Danielle was treated. I wonder how her good buddy Dina feels about that.
I read some of these blogs and comments and I wonder if I have seen the show some of the rest have.
Firstly, many of you are chastising Kathy for calling Teresa’s mother a liar. Please review, Teresa says out of the blue that Kathy is getting a divorce. When Kathy demurs, Teresa then screams out even her mother says that. It is at that point, Kathy called her mother a liar.
Based on some of the statements here, it seems you would only accept Kathy saying, “Teresa, my dear cousin, I am so sorry, but your mother is incorrect”. Neither I nor any of you know the history between these families. It may have been the last straw for Kathy.
I am totally befuddled how so many say Teresa has taken so much from the rest of these ladies, how could she possible not fight back.
Please inform me of any time Teresa did not only fight back but fight forward. All this talk about the horrible things others have said about Teresa and her family seems to totally, conveniently forget all the horrendous things Teresa has said about them and their families to their faces, behind their backs, in talking heads and in writing. Why are so many of you giving her a bly on this?
Honestly, I think they have all behaved badly at times, but to give Teresa a skate in this is mind boggling.
Last thought, I have found it disturbing the amount of positive statements about Milania – how cute she is and the things she says are so adorable.

She can’t even leave 3 adult kids (all 18 or over when it happened) alone without coming home to a “ham fight” in her kitchen. At 12 I would get that , in your 20′s not so much.

The blubber comment didn’t phase me. It came out of a moment of passion of Caroline referring to her dress (which I loved, I vote her best dressed). I get that all they time as I’m underweight — are you anorexic and people shoving food in my face. I just let it roll as I’m ok with me.
The comment about Carline’s kids was semi true but Teresa didn’t articulate it correctly (not surprised). Caroline’s kids have never had real jobs other than stuff that mom/dad and family give them rather than earning their own way.
I agree with the comment on Lauren taking the easy way out with the lapband (please note I used to be 200 pounds but have health issues now that cause me to be “tiny”). My daughter is 21 and about the same size Lauren was and she is not happy with her weight and knows she needs to work on it and is trying. The bottom line lapband is a last resort and I think Tre had valid points. There is also no way on God’s green earth that I believe Lauren works out 3 hours a day, she doesn’t have the muscle tone. I think Lauren is sending out a poor message as she was borderline obese only but that’s my opinion
