Teresa Giudice was a guest on “Anderson” this morning.
This site is not on the “side” of any Housewife; however, after watching this “interview” have many questions NOT for Tree, but for Anderson!
It is simply amazing that the “experienced” hard “journalist” Anderson Cooper stooped to this level. AndyCoop took ONE part of the upcoming reunion show and blasted Tree for pointing out the physical appearance of DonCaro. To say that this interview was “one-sided” is an understatement!
AndyCoop also said that he did not watch Celebrity Apprentice… he sticks with his friend, MissAndy’s, shows over at Bravo!
Hmmmm…. MissAndy, AndyCoop and “Friend of the Andys” Kelly Ripa musta had one hell of a pow-wow over in Croatia! As for AndyCoop being a “journalist”… he, Carole Radziwill and Andy Cohen all went to the same softsoap school of “journalism!”

No I wasn’t; I was posting on a discussion board that focuses on a show we all watch. Like I said above, I didn’t mean to insult people with the rube comment; it was a reaction because I was shocked that people were defending Tre and attacking Anderson Cooper because he called her out on the calling Chucky fat comments. I don’t know what all you do or your levels of education, but I do know this: Tre is a 40-something mother four, who is famous for flipping a table, chasing women around calling them whores and pigs, is uneducated, inarticulate, lives beyond her means, and who, in next week episode, calls a 50-something Chucky fat. So, Anderson calls her out on it and says that if she doesn’t want to be known as mean then why does she say mean things. I am shocked that peoples’ reaction is to call Anderson Cooper names, say he is a d**k, make fun of his sexual orientation, call him Andy’s bottom etc. Should he ask her opinions about Syria? No, he is going to focus on her vile behavior, because this is what made her famous. If it wasn’t for the flipping the table and chasing Danielle, she wouldn’t be famous. This doesn’t excuse Chucky, Lapband, Katfish, Bubba, or Meho’s behavior – they are all vile and gross.
Perhaps Anderson Cooper, being the concerned serious journalist that he is, could have asked about her charity, her cookbooks, her hair products, her wine. I am certain she agreed to attend to promote her causes, not to talk about how fat Chuckie truly is.
But you only call out Teresa. You never mention the clip of Don saying FU , the prom dress. At least own it. Don’t try and use that piddly last sentence to justify your remarks about Teresa.

That is not a fair example, becuase (1) Chucky turned on Tre after Tre insulted her in her book. Yes, Chucky took it over the top and used it as an excuse to attack her, but Tre threw the first punch. (2) Tre was also a bully. She was friends with Danielle in season 1, she hooked her up with the bj guy, and let them stay at her summer house (i think?). She turned on her and teamed with the Manzoid sisters calling her a pig, slut, coke whore, throwing a table, and chasing her around in season 2. Tre would not be famous if it wasn’t for the table and attacking Danielle. Now, Danielle is no saint and caused all the fights in season 2. This is very diff than the gay guy vs Mitt Romney example. Tre was a bully in season 1 & 2, and now seems to be on the other end, but she, like Danielle, gives a lot of vile material.
Actually, Chuckie and her worthless children were bad-mouthing Teresa throughout Season 3 and the cookbook didn’t come out until the end of Season 3. I read the comments in the cookbook and IMO the comments were playful, not mean or vicious. Chuckie was already mad at Teresa for reasons that are often speculated about (Punta Cana, business opportunities, etc.) but never disclosed by Chuckie and those comments in the cookbook were Chuckie’s golden opportunity to have a reason to hate Teresa.
Ana, your right and Chuckie looks like a bafoon claiming that this is the reason she hates on T? I always wondered why no host ever calls out Chuckies kids and BGG for making fun of T. Chuckie had a tummy tuck but can make fun of lauren’s weight?
I think it is a fair analogy because I do not see Tre as a bully.
“Chucky turned on Tre after Tre insulted her in her book.” You cannot possibly be serious! Both of the references to Chucky in Teresa’s cookbook were previously discussed on national television — on the Rachel Ray show and on RHONJ — before they were ever printed in that cookbook.
And it was my impression that Tre seemed relatively disinterested in the entire Danielle thing UNTIL DANIELLE SUGGESTED TRE WAS STUPID (“Teresa, please TRY to keep up!”). That was when Tre flipped the table.
And Teresa only got into a fight with Danielle at the club after Danielle baited her by suggesting that her house was going into foreclosure (which, incidentally, it was not, although the family was experiencing financial difficulty and preparing to file for bankruptcy, which is emotionally difficult for most people to do).
It’s true that Danielle attacked with words while Tre responded physically, but personally I do not believe that emotional wounds are necessarily any less than damaging than physical injuries, and in many cases they are more damaging.
In my estimation, Tre was truly “the wacky friend” in Seasons 1 and 2. She did not bully Danielle, but she did defend herself. Teresa has consistently said that, when attacked, she will attack back, and she has generally done that, but she doesn’t start these things.
Real Mafia- isn’t it sad that those that defend themselves get called the bully, mean, vicious. Wow, truth is stranger than fiction. The media is cruel. They only use what they need to make a point and never mind the truth,

Honey, I do not care for Tree at all and post here all the time. I don’t think the problem is with your feelings about Teresa but that you put down Tree supporters in order to get your point across. It’s all in the delivery. I have to say that some of my biggest supporters when I have been attacked for my opinion have been Tree supporters on here. It’s called respecting each other.

I think a cooking show owuld be a good venue for Tre much better then a Watch tre and her family show. With a cooking show her family drama would not be there, people seem to like her recipes and she could have guest come one. I read a very interesting article about how fickle the networks can be when it comes to programming and most shows are lucky if they make into development.

Please…please…please, go back and look at the scene from the Poshe Fashion Show, when the four asses…Caroline, Lauren, Jax, and Kathy are at the table (Tre and Mel are still in the ladies room). Those buffoons at the table (minus Kathy) are all tweeting like crazy, apparently saying “something” was about to happen. Caroline elbows Lapband to show her the tweet, and Chuckie CANNOT contain her glee. She does FAR MORE than grin smuggly…she outright smiles, a big teeth-bearing smile, before she quickly tries to compose herself. There is NO WAY she would have reacted that way if she thought Melissa was about to get outed. She had to have known that Mel was in on it, and Teresa would be the fall-guy. Their perfect plan was about to unfold, and Caroline was beside herself with excitement.
I still think of Jax saying a year ago that “Someone was set-up, and Teresa will LOOK innocent, but she isn’t.” Well, I say, Teresa looks innocent because she IS.

I just can’t help but wonder if this is all a brilliant ruse by Bravo (and the cast) to garner sympathy for Tre to help her product sales (which also boosts Bravo’s bottom line) and keep the show relevant since no one on it has any sort of story line of their own outside of hating Tre.
I thought of that, too, and actually mentioned in another post that the bullying of Tre would rally her troops to support a spinoff show.
Of course, that would be a motivation of Bravo, not the other cast members.

Who would treat a guest like that? I feel as if even if he did not like her, you are a journalist. You treat her her with dignity and respect. He was attacking her. All I can say is …wow!! I have loved AC for years……now I feel yucky just thinking about him. What a bummer!!

Anderson Cooper has really gone downhill since he started hanging out with Andy. He is turning into a bitter old hag just like Andy. Sad. I used to like Anderson. Everyone knew Anderson was gay even though he never came out til recently. But, nobody cared. Anderson was respected and had integrity and his being gay had nothing to do with him as a person.
Since he’s been hanging with Andy, it’s like he is turning into the gay stereotypes that Andy likes to exploit. I don’t get it. Why is Andy Cohen giving the gay community a bad name?
Just from watching the clips of Anderson’s interview with Teresa, it made me very annoyed because I hate when people try to act like someone shouldn’t defend him or herself or even use mirroring behavior sometimes, if someone else is being a bully. From what I saw, Teresa used mirroring behavior on Caroline, otherwise known as giving someone a dose of their own medicine. Caroline is the biggest bully and always talks as though she is the authority in the room, so why can’t Teresa come back at her with anything. And just because someone might seem to always be defending themselves, doesn’t mean that person is the one with the problem. I don’t like watching Anderson Cooper because whenever I do, he comes across so naive and gullible. I’m happy that Teresa spoke her piece though, and didn’t let him run over her. Yeah, he was judgmental but I am happy that Teresa spoke up for herself and didn’t allow his judgment to introvert her.

So today was the day. My son was in the talent show at school. The only freshman invited to preform. Huge honor. I apologize that the video picture is horrid but that not the important part. The important part is to hear his music. I do regret that we couldn’t zoom in on his finger when he was shredding it and finger tapping but listen to the crowd reaction and you will know that they defiantly saw it. Watch what happens when the crowd calls for an encore. I cant lie, I was standing there the entire time with tears of pride rolling down both cheeks. Too speechless to even utter one “YOOOHOOOO!” Seeing my son entertain his peers so thoroughly was the best birthday present I have ever had. EVER! It was a great day for my boy.

I’m not a Teresa fan but saw from day one how she was being railroaded by her sil and cousin and then the Manzos. She can not defend her self very well. She needs to practice her comebacks and explaining herself before she does these interviews. She should have said, “Did you hear her pick on my dress again? I was just giving her a taste of her own medicine.” She gets so flustered that it makes her sound guilty. His pathetic “I stick to Bravo because of my good friend, Andy” made me puke. What a loser. Andy must have bashed Teresa to him. The only thing I can think of as to why Andy hates Teresa is that her and Joe have said disparaging things about homosexuals. In order to be successful as a chat show host you have to interview people. Doesn’t that require researching your subject and then asking questions? Then listening to the answers carefully. Even if said host disagrees shouldn’t he allow the guest to give their side of the issue if not for enlightenment at least for purposes of perspective. Shall we agree their should be a respectful give and take? Anderson is supposedly an intelligent person . Today Panderson was a bully who ambushed a guest. He wasn’t just patronizing, he dismissed the charity she works for as well. Yet we are supposed to be respectful? Aim higher Panderson, aim higher.

Anderson was born into money. Without the Vanderbilt name, he would have been any of a dime a dozen wannabe journalists. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Bravo needs Tre more than she needs them. Hopefully she will look elsewhere before signing on for season 5.
I would watch a cooking show with Tre! I can understand why she won’t do her own spin off show about her family. I bet it would really bug Caroline to no end if Teresa signed with HGTV!
Actually, AC has quite the impressive resume and education . He could have sat back as a spoiled trust fund kid but chose not to and for that I have always respected him.
That having been said, his decline into daytime TV and his attack on Tre have all but diminished all of the respect I had for him
I think MzAndy has an agenda – he wants Tre off the show but he will not out-right fire her b/c he will get the backlash from losing the most popular housewife of NJ. I think that he is trying to make her quit by intentionally making life miserable for her. He has obviously recruited his lap dog Andy Coop and his other sidekicks – kelly and her husband (who cares what his name is).
Andy Coop was a dirty dog chastising Tre like that. I guess for Coop it is okay that everyone else calls Tre names like garbage, pee-brain, idiot, bitch, f’n bitch, etc., but its not okay for Tre to say “Blubber”.
I will never-ever-ever watch anything with Andy Coop – EVER! He acted uninformed, unprofessional, biased, judgemental and the biggest bully ever. He should be on Fox News not CNN.

Agreed Entree, he wants her off but he wants everyone to agree with him first, so he is doing all he can to make sure the viewers hate her or she gives up, whichever comes first. I just watched the interview. I’m so disgusted with Anderson Cooper. His point is well taken, it’s a reality show and these are real lives, however, he’s talking to the wrong person/people. Again they’re sugar coating the other ladies and Teresa’s taking the heat. When I saw the reunion clip with Teresa saying Caroline had 3 rolls, I knew she’d catch SH$t for that. I was sorry she said that!!
I’m glad she hit DonCaro HARD. She basically said you are lazy. When Andy asked DonCaro about a tummy tuck, he was wide eyed and couldn’t believe she had surgery. Not too many hit the Vicious Don hard, but Tre did. DonCaro is jealous of the younger attractive women. OBVIOUS.
Yes, I loved that. It made her look like such a jack a$$ for saying “I’ve always been tiny and Lauren is fat because of her dad.” I have a feeling Teresa’s got a lot more beans she could spill to make them look bad.

I am amazed that you are considered a journalist/ reporter/talk show host , real journalis/reporters/talk show hosts do research before doing an interview or reporting a story, they certainly are not biased in their opinion of a guest based on a “friendship” they have with another self proclaimed talk show host that “runs” the Bravo Housewives franchise (Andy Cohen) who is just as unprofessional as you are. Whatever you and Andy’s reason is to totally humiliate and degrade this woman Teresa Giudice and to personally attack her needs to be addressed by a real reporter/talk show host that is fair and balanced, maybe Fox would consider inviting you all on to get an unbiased, professional story.

I watched the clip on Anderson’s website. He just attacked her. When Tre said that Jax kept sending her texts and it was getting to the point Tre would have to call the cops, Anderson finally backed off. BIAS? No kidding. Anderson is an asshole – just like Miss Andy.

Tre really looked beautiful on Andersons show! Whoever it was that styled her and the MUA at the reunion should be sued as clearly they weren’t on her side making her appear fifteen years older.
