Andy Cohen, Sonja Morgan, Cat Ommanney…. “Yeah, I still talk with Mary and Lynda… Messy Who?”
Sonja Morgan had much more to say about the goings-on at the Real Housewives of New York… in particular her interactions with Ramona Singer and PT Housewife.
Real Housewives of DC’s Cat Ommanney was also a guest in the clubhouse. Kinda forgot about Cat, but do recall her slap down of “Countess” LuAnnie last year when LuAnnie and Cat were on WWHL during royal wedding week. Cat refused to comment on MissAndy’s questions about Cat’s ex-cast mate, Messy Salami. Cat was also outspoken when it came to LuAnnie’s tryst with the JohnnyDeppLookALike… doubtful that it happened and that LuAnnie has no story line! Well, who didn’t know that!! Good for Cat!!
NOTE: It is guests like Sonja and Cat that makes one think about the early days of WWHL… when MissAndy had a difficult time getting guests and there was only ONE guest per show! Sonja should have been the solo guest… as should have Cat!!

She was married to that DC photographer, but he dumped her after their season ended. (Allegedly because of the show.) Haven’t seen Cat in anything for awhile, but she always gave me that judge-y Caroline Manzo “sour all the time” vibe. Missed last night’s WWHL, though, so maybe she was a ball of fun and I missed it!

First, you have a blog here that is loaded with tons of information so I apologize in advance if my comment here already was covered. I just started reading blogs a couple months ago more often. I always read blogs but not as much as now because I couldn’t.
Has anyone wondered this;
Remember last season on RHNJ reunion as we all know the Posche show was the night before, at one point, Teresa said, “we can’t talk about that because we are filming season 4 and that is next season” I believe I read else where that they were in the middle of filming. So, I don’t understand how or why they would end Season 4 at the show. Why not show what they filmed afterwards? They knew we knew that the time line was chopped up.
Another thing.
I believe it was here I read that Joe and Melissa lived, built and got a construction loan illegally and they had plans on moving for a while now.
So why would they put at the end, where they put example;
“Thanks to the lap-band, Lauren has lost 35 pounds”

That Melissa and Joe are selling their house to get away from Teresa.

I wonder if MzAndee is going to continue the time lie fraud at the reunion. We know that whole “tia Melissa took all the kids for a mannie-peddie so Teresa could go to the Fabulicious opening” story was BS. That happened weeks after the PFS. This whole season has been rewritten and patched together so much……. I don’t know if I can even stand to watch the reunion. And the fact that PFS is happening at the Brownstone next month makes it even more ridiculous.

I have a gut feeling that Mr. Morgan settled with SonJa years ago. They had a prenup which he paid out, he takes care of his daughter, and SonJa got several several properties worth plenty of moohlah. I think the blew that money making bad choices and is trying to go back to the well for more. Just my opinion.

Woohoo!! Cat tells it like it is, regarding the RHONJ show. Did you see Andy squirm?? He was so defensive too. Loved it. She kept right on bringing up the fact that the shows are all dark now, and not fun or happy, and she couldn’t tell the difference between the NJ show and the MSNBC lockdown show about women in jail! LOL! Loved it!!!!!!!!!!!! She also spoke about the horrible language in the NJ show. Andy just wanted to gloss over it and pretend that this ONE past episode was “touch”. Umm, sure Andy!! Normally the NJ show is fun and uplifting and the women are stellar examples of sweetness. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, cat was soo good, surprised miss Andy brought her back, maybe not after last night.
done: Think Cat meant “Lockup”… but just the same! They should all be put in “Lockdown”!! It’s the same old same old on NJ and the formula is boring. No one was surprised at all at the long-awaited RHONJ finale. TFC!! SH
The only thing that surprised me about the finale was that it went nowhere, nothing was answered, nothing was explained and it was MUCH more vile than I had expected.
Cat needs to be the one doing all the interviews on the NJ ladies. She would be perfect. I think she was irritating Andy a bit when she said the HW were not so fun anymore. Love a girl that stands her ground.
I agree!! She meant that ALL the HW shows are now tough to watch. Andy didn’t know what to say. He didn’t want anyone bursting his fake bubble. LOVED IT.
My favorite part was when Mandy said “Sonja’s servants, I mean interns.” The look on Sonja’s face was priceless!
As sad as Sonja’s story is, she’s still full of herself. Bleh! And, what school would really give a student credit for being an “intern” with a middle aged lady who really doesn’t have any businesses???? I’m confused.
Exactly, dwb! When Sonja is on WWHL, I always get the idea that she is hoping to be “discovered” by a Hollyworld producer. Sorry, Sonja, it’s just NOT going to happen!
It’s always when I’m JUST beginning to feel sorry for her that she acts like a self-centered moron and makes me despise her all over again.
I think they just intern so they can stay free at Sonja’s townhouse in Manhattan.

Oh, fify, Yes! Great idea! I would love to watch Cat do the reunion and ask the questions! (too bad the reunion is already filmed!)…..and it is highly unlikely that Andy would give up his “Thrown!” The fact is that Andy is too involved with these HW’s, many of them over several seasons. It is impossible for Andy to be effective and impartial during the reunions.
True. He needs to go. Bringing back Wendy Williams (watch A-List NY & Dallas for how she did) or a previous Housewife with no stirrer in the pot…

Cat’s annoying.
Cat needs some catnip. She doesn’t purr, but she does claw. Cat’s kitten has a great role model: having another kitten out of wedlock. Cat’s fur goes up with a high and mighty attitude. Yet, she lacks a true moral compass.
I think people that judge others for having children out of wedlock are pretty audacious. That comment probably insulted a more than a few people. I don’t have any children but know plenty born out of wedlock and wouldn’t call their parents immoral.
I liked the way Cat scratched at the Salami’s on RHODC. IMO, that was the only thing that made that entire franchise worth watching.
I’m sorry but I really can’t stand Cat. What a bitch! Her hair looks awful too. I never saw the WWHL where she tore Luann a new azzhole but from what I can see, Luann handled it well.
I agree with you. Cat looked like a hairball that was coughed up. She was extremely rude and annoying to LuAnn at that time. I actually thought Cat was drunk because she couldn’t sit up and slurred her words. Of course, I don’t know the woman (nor had I ever watched her fateful show prior to her appearance on WWHL.) She’s just a Negative Nell.

Oh I wish Cat would host reunions because unlike Miss Andy she is a real bitch. Watching him squirm was glorious when she talked about how boring RHONY was at the beginning of the season and theorizing that Lu’s pirate was just an atttempt at having a storyline. I wonder why he didn’t ask her what her opinion was on RHONJ? If she was ever present at a RHONJ reunion I can see her shredding Carowhine, asking Jax how she manages to stand up despite not having a spine, ripping apart Missy’s inability to even lip synch well, giving JoGo such a complex little Tarzan would never rise again, then verbally abusing Joe Giudice so he could get a taste of his own medicine. this comment is obviously late – but when Cat was speaking about Luann and her decision to try IVF her and Andy were having an exchange and you could clearly hear Sonja say something to the effect of “Oh…but it’s on the menu!” Insinuating that Bravo has a ‘library’ of story lines for the girls to choose from to stay relevant. Sonja was in a way defending Luann for her crazy choice. Sonja still feels entitled from her failed marriage and just can’t get over it. Although, I do like Sonja and I am happy that she didn’t let Avivia get away with half ‘done’ apology at the restaurant. I used to like Carole but from watching how she is basically ‘team avivia’ dislike her now. She needs to speak up to their faces and not behind the scenes. I wonder if her views will change after she sees everything play out. It is clear that Ramona (although crazy to a degree) did NOT deserve the treatment she got from Avivia. The next time I plan a girlfriends trip I will be sure to plan a party for the late arriver…as well as get a huge banner printed on a tiny island. please!
