Also from TMZ: Ben Vereen is getting divorced. So what? Who cares? Well you should care! There is a RHOBH connection to Ben Vereen!
Back in 1992, while taking a walk along the PCH during the twilight hours; Tony, Emmy winner and godfather of Usher Raymond, Ben Vereen was struck by a SUV. Had it not been for the driver of the SUV stopping and calling 911, Ben Vereen would have died. Yes, Ben Vereen was really messed up after the SUV ran him over.
The driver of the SUV was David Foster… who was married at the time to Linda Thompson…. “We are an evolved species…”
David Foster is now married to new Beverly Hills Housewife, Yolanda Foster… “YoFo.”
Paul looks so good all cleaned up. I don’t believe any of that stank about him. I’m sure his lawyer will fight to the end.
Sounds like David Foster should have been watching the road instead of writing his next megahit song while driving! Wonder if the hounds at Bravo will bring this up on the show?

I remember this incident. As I recall, the accident was late at night. Ben Vareen was allegedly in the middle of the dark highway and after he was struck, the driver called 911 immediately to report this. The driver didn’t know who he hit, and told the 911 operator that he thought that he had hit “a homeless person.”
The important question is was he wearing a dress and heels? I’m still trying to figure out the blind items. LOL.
As I recall the 911 call that was broadcast on the news, the driver was sober and distraught at what had happened. I can’t say the same for the pedestrian.
I still would like to know why Ben was out on that Highway walking. And your righrt about the heels and stuff, I heard that rumor also.

Adrienne was off him like a loaf of bread gone off last week from season 2!

I used to like Adrienne but not anymore.She changed from season to season.The husbands usually take a hit too when the wife’s head gets too big.She was too much in competition with Lisa on who had more $$.They all value their life by how much $$ they have.Forget being a good honest person that did stuff for people for no reasons.

This is really sad. I’m confused about the part where Paul and his attorney were unaware of the hearing, is that legal? I know I’m just a rubbernecker, but some of these developments over the past month just don’t pass the “sniff” test.
I am not well versed in legalize but I know that when my husband divorced his ex something similar happened. Now his divorce was in a European country and there are some VERY differnt particulars but the big picture is similar. My Husband was actually working in the middle east at the time and not easily accessable to. She had her lawyer scheduled this hearing and no one even knew about it but them. Judges do not like no shows in custody and support hearings so she was actually awarded everything she asked for, which was, (Ready for this?) alimony AND child support for life!!! As soon as he and his lawyer found out they filed something with the court got another hearing. When the judge found out what happened and that they had purposely waited until he was gone and that all of his mailed notices were going to their shared residence which he no longer lived at and she new what they were and never bothered to forwarded the notices to him, the judge was not at all happy. He ended up throwing out the original decree and rehearing the custody/support hearing. The end result was was fair and resonable. I don’t know if this situation was similar but it sounds like it and if Paul didn’t know and they re-hear it she might not have 100%custody.
So, what this tells me is that Bernie’s paycheck is signed by Adirenne.

Also explains why Paul could never find any food to eat. Bernie wuz cookin’ 4 Mrs. Maloof since she can’t cook for herself!
Remember when Paul bought that beautiful German Shepherd for A? Then later they said that the dog didn’t “work out” and they got another one? If it’s true that Paul hurts dogs, I will be so pissed.
I thought Adrienne gave that dog the boot because of how it behaved?
My kids went to school with thompsons-Jenner kids and I went to a party at their house in Malibu around this time. House was huge with lots of acreage. Linda pointed out that he also ran over their dog too. Dont worry dog was not hurt.
It lkooks like A is taking a page out of the Shanna book of smear your spouse in divoce and finding a “witness” to back you up Just Like Shanna did except A’s is on her payroll.
Adrienne was a super bitch to him on camera. Imagine what she must be like when the cameras aren’t rolling? kh
Totally, I know she’s queen b*tch of the universe without the cameras she could barely contain herself with the cameras rolling. What she is doing is taking every bit of aggression that Paul may and may not have done and blow it up into a mountain. Now when he put his hands around his kids neck was he jocking or was he literally trying to choke the child. Also as one person put it if he did all these things why didn’t Adrienne call child services or divorce him or call the cops etc. etc.. I mean she can’t use the excuse that she didn’t have money and had no where to go. I’m willing to bet there are alot of stuff that Adrienne did to and around those kids that Paul didn’t say.
Paul never figured it would even get this crazy. She came out swinging first and going for blood pure and simple. And usually the one attacking second is looked at as someone possibly making up stories. Why the animosity and why doesn’t she want the kids with him at all. Something about this sounds like he did have an affair with a very young woman and Adrienne went ballistic and hateful. Because in her analysis, he’s her mule to beat and abuse and by him throwing her aside for something younger he got the best of her in some ways. So now she is going nuts and using everything she can remember and more to paint is character in a bad light.
the son is eight years old. I hope a court advocate and psychologist sits down with the eight year old and gets the scoop on what is going on. An eight year old is pretty astute and can give an accurate accounting of events away from the overbearing influence of Adrienne.
Oh no I just read on RADARONLINE DR NO SOX SOPONEY is there Therapist and is innterviewing the kids aboutthe allegations so nope no hope of a fair deal here or the truth
Oh, NO! I wonder if Bravo set them up with Phoney Sophoney, so they can film this. Actually, it is the production company, but either way, this is horrible!
Just my opinion, but this is a marriage ending with small children involved and this should all be taken care of privately. These people can afford the best Dr’s that money can buy, they should be looking out for the best for their children right now!

The only injuries I’ve seen were Paul’s twice broken nose…Never liked Adrienne, always thought she was a snake in the grass…and dumb as dirt.
