Paul Nassif, Adrienne Maloof… “The kid survived!!”
The much-adored Adrienne Maloof has made more claims in LA Family Court citing her soon-to-be-ex-husband Paul Nassif’s negligence toward their three children…
1) She cites an incident last month in which she claims Paul was drinking while operating a Kayak and one of the kids who was in the watercraft fell into the water.
2) She also claims 3 years ago he lost one of their kids for 45 minutes in the wilderness during a camping trip, because he failed to supervise him.
3) And recently there was a fire across the street and she claims he did nothing to help the kids evacuate.
4) Adrienne claims Paul has been violent with the kids. She claims he has thrown the kids onto the grass in a fit of rage, spanked them with their pants down, violently yanked their arms and hit them on the head.
NOTE: Seriously??? It sounds as if someone is taking their attorney’s advice and coming up with seriously inflated allegations!
Let’s take, for example, allegation #3: Paul failed to evacuate the kids while there was a fire raging “across the street.” This is laughable!
This photo shows just how far “across the street” is! The photo is Lisa Vanderpump’s old house, the one that had a fire in part of the house. To the left is the Nassif/Maloof home. Was there any danger to ANYONE, let alone children when the fire took place? As Lisa Vanderpump stated on season one of the RHOBH, while she and Adrienne are “next door neighbors”… they live a football field apart!
Let’s be realistic here… many of these allegations are based on actual incidents, but are attorney-driven and hyper-inflated to make the other side look as bad as possible.
This reporter says that the RHOBH were filming at Adrienne’s house when the fire broke out! Obviously, the children were safe…
Wow! She can lose her children for making false allegations.

When it gets to be 45 days, then it’s a problem.
When it gets to be 45 years, they end up in the Promised Land, aka Trust Fund.

I got forgotten in a church once my parents locked it up for the night and forgot i was sleeping in the front row Im sure by the next day they would have realized i was gone
My parents had friends with 6 kids and a new baby that came to visit. When they went to leave the set the baby carrier down and loaded everyone up. Both thought the other had the baby. They drove off leaving the baby in the driveway. My parents were laughing so hard, I thought they would rip a stitch. Took them 20 minutes to figure out what they left behind.
Yes, that’s a rookie mistake. You need to take them camping in the wilderness, then you quickly leave to go shopping. Remember, 44 days or less. On the 45th day, you’re going to have trouble.

dang, my mom dropped us off to ice skate when I was in 3rd grade…..I fell, got a concussion then 2 hours later she showed up to pick us up……So, when my hubby & I would go camping when the kids were little, we made them wear whistles and the family dog (a great pyrenees) went with them everywhere….who the hell loses their kid in the wilderness for 45 minutes? If its like evacuating them from the fire then that’s Adrienne speak for they went too far out in the back yard.

Can’t wait to see what Paul will come back with. If they said that they where cool with joint custody, why all of a sudden they are being nasty? What is Paul or Adrienne wanting that the other doesn’t want to give.
No child support if it’s 50/50 ?
I think its lower if you have joint custody The Main custodial parent still gets it
or if the kids spend 6 months with one parent 6 months the other they pay each other when they dont have the kids. There is some formula to figure it all out

I think you hit the nail. Interesting to see his comeback. He seemed so affable on the show…can’t picture him pounding on his kids….really? He doesn’t seem short tempered or the type to get out of control.
I like Adrian but as a wife… omg…. Paul appears to have the patience of a saint. He is so easy with her, I can’t picture him having a bad temper either, we would have seen SOMETHING when dealing with Adrian and her strong and hurtful ways she has with him.
I agree, she seems to be the Queen Bitch of the Universe kind. To me, she often humiliated Paul, attacked him, her allegations don’t really surprise me, she comes from money, she feels entitled, she’s arrogant. As Jill said, it could be a honey, it could also be that he’s failed over the years to kiss her ass in the way she’s accustomed, who knows….
Oh Wow!! Adrienne just hit the bottom of my least favorite housewives list. How cruel to do something like this to a man who obviously loves his children very much! SMH! People are psychotic I swear!

Agree. His attorney will just come back with the fact nothing changed after the alleged abuse, so why is it a problem now that your divorcing, it was fine for him to care and live with the kids before she filed. When one parent suddenly become a psycho, or abuser when divorce papers are filed, you have to ask why the parent did not remove the child immediately and deal with it legally at that exact moment you knew your kids were in danger. It is not like she had no resources.
Me too…Ad was pretty tense at the last reunion. She came off so bitchy….something than just Lisa was eating at her.
I agree! Maloof was really set aflame over some pretty petty things. I can barely remember what her arguments at the reunion were about, it seemed liked she was grasping at straws for something to get pissed over. When BH started, my friends I thought she was one of the most likable housewives, even with her creepy surgeryface. Her true colours are showing now.
Does Adrienne smoke? Her voice sounds like she smokes six packs a day.

If I had to choose based on what we’ve seen on the show…. I would say it is Adrian who has the short temper. She has NO patience with Paul in any way what-so-ever. I don’t understand why they want to drag themselves through the dirt and make the divorce complicated. They should just agree on shared custody. This is just selfish. Unless someone has real problems a parent shouldn’t want to take their child’s family away from them. Adrian should be thrilled that the father of her children actually cares about them and WANTS them…. many men just walk away. I don’t think either of these people would be affected by receiving child support or not.
Wow. She is such a bitch. I never really liked her and now I really don’t like her. All of those accusations don’t seem like him, at least from the nice guy personality he shows on the episodes. Her, she seems like a cold witch from hell. I feel bad for him.
I hope Paul wins custody and she has to pay him alimony and child support.

We were at a gas station in FL when a family drove off and left their 12 year old son. We were all laughing at how long it would take them to realize they had definitely left something important behind. Took them an hour to get back and needless to say they were mortified. Sometimes there are big “oops” in life, learn to laugh about it.

Well this is unfortunate. I hope the Nassif kids are going to be ok. It sucks to hear they are being used as pawns.
She was a pig to him on the show–she was contemptuous and disrespectful to him. If he had been “violent” with the kids, then why is she waiting until the divorce to make such a claim? If he had been violent, she should have alerted the police that her children were being abused. Since she didn’t do so, she is an unfit mother. I think she just shot herself in the foot with that statement–she took no protective measures to safeguard her children, so she is to blame as well (for the imaginary, made-up “violence”).
That’s the point I was going to make too. If he did something horrible, why didn’t she leave at that moment? It isn’t like she was financially trapped into staying.
Sounds too fishy, she asked SHAFT all those kind of questions. There is film to document his broken nose and trying to hold her hand. He tried to make peace with the Russell and Shana crapfest. Bravo was there. Bravo was also there when she and Shana were “training”. (and she asked, “who were you thinking of?” while Shana was punching.) Hmmmmmm
I’m not sure where my thinking is going yet but it is all too fishy sounding. Adrienne/Paul. SHAFT/Russell. (Sorry for mentioning “her”, SH.) I’m problem wrong but it really does sound very odd, to me.
“Imaginary” is the key word here. IMO, many times the kids seemed to be an afterthought for her, like the times she leaves Bernie to decide how/what to feed them… or the time she was supervising them riding their little cars … she seemed so detached emotionally. I would like to rename her “A drain.” (emotionally)

If they are doing this just for the show(story-line) then obviously number 3 had to be included I this leak since the film crew was actually filming at Adrienne’s house the night of the fire…. the same production company that is responsible for ALL of last seasons events and aftermaths.Wouldn’t put it past them to set the place ablaze they dang selves.
So I suppose we will get to actually witness Paul not “evacuating” his kids. And um Adrienne was sitting for a talking head? How comes its just Paul’s responsibility to get his kids out even if it was necessary which it wasn’t.
Maybe Paul will act like George C. did on Seinfeld at the children’s party, when he pushed all the kids out of the way to get himself out! Haha. I can see Paul doing that.
I wonder how long it will be until Shana involves herself in this situation since she thinks she is the patron saint of domestic violence.

I thought that too. I thought the boys were young and close in age but Adrienne and Dr Paul look about 15 years younger. However I find that older parents age quickly. Being a parent is very taxing and ages you, however you obviously bounce back a little better at 23 than 43
Do you age quickly if you have nannies, cooks, chaffeurs and a cosmetic surgery spa in your house? I would have thought Adrienne was exempt from most of the challenges we mere mortals face- but I guess not.

I think Adrienne is going through menopause. She is in her early 50′s and her emotions are all over the place.
