JACQUELINE LAURITA: BubbaJax’ BravoBlog…Explains Reasons For “Revealing Autism DX”… InTouch Not “Reputable Mag”…

August 27, 2012   12:45 pm  Bravo…

BubbaJax in DonCaro’s ear… Godfather parody by “HousewifeHoe”!!

The drama in Jersey never ends! I can’t even believe all the things I saw and heard during this episode. To be honest with you, at this point I just couldn’t take it anymore. I was about to shut down. I am going to be honest with you and tell you where my head was at this point.

Back it up to that make-up hug between Teresa and I,  (It’s “Teresa and ME” … not “Teresa and I”!!!  Will ANY of these idiotic Housewives EVER get this very basic English grammar rule correct???) where all seemed so sincere. It was on my end. I finally felt at peace with us. I needed to feel that at that point in time. There were some things that happened afterward that made me question her sincerity, but I’m not even going to bring it up now.

The trip was nearly over, and I had a lot going on in my head at the time. Most of you have already heard the news that my youngest son, Nicholas, has been diagnosed with autism. This trip came at a time where it was all coming to a head. The entire cast and crew knew at this point that we were dealing with some serious issues with my son, but we just didn’t have a label on it yet. The cast and crew, including Teresa (surprisingly), respected that until we got the diagnosis and a treatment plan in place for our son, we wanted to keep it private. At this point, it was a race to get him help and every step of the way was another waiting game. Waiting to get in to see different doctors, waiting for insurance, waiting for home therapy, putting a diet and supplement plan into place, researching and seeking out help, etc. It consumed me. The petty, redundant drama was like static in my ears or like nails on a chalkboard. I was SO OVER IT!

Caroline was not playing the game and may have come across a bit harsh at times. Caroline was being REAL while others were not. I, personally, couldn’t take the fighting anymore. None of it mattered to me anymore.

When everyone started fighting, I felt like I had already said what I wanted to say to Teresa’s  face. I had nothing left to say, so I chose to shut my eyes, stay out of it, and tune all the fighting out. I actually really did fall asleep in the end. I can sleep through just about anything. Apparently, Albert can too. LOL!

Caroline had been holding it all in for a while, so I think she needed to unload. I feel horrible that Caroline felt like she went to battle alone. She wasn’t alone.

I think after watching this season and reading my blogs, she has seen me speak up and tell the truth. I hope she found some peace in the end. Actually, I know she has. We are both doing great! NOTE:  ”Battle alone”????  These are grown, adult women who should have the capacity to “battle” on their own… if they choose to “battle”!

It amazes me how Teresa can look you in the face and lie the way she does. While Teresa was denying it all to the girls, her husband was about 10 feet away admitting the truth to the guys. The truth is Teresa DID have a relationship with In Touch, they DID pay her, she DID put out articles that weren’t always true, and she DID answer all the questions for the content of the article! FINALLY the truth was told ON CAMERA! FINALLY!

I don’t see why she just didn’t admit to this in the first place. It was ridiculous and totally unnecessary. A simple, “Yes, I put those articles out there because not only did I need the money, but I really didn’t like you guys at the time because of X,Y and Z!” Then everyone could have chosen to either accept it, forgive it, and move on or not! It was one thing for Teresa to fake these relationships on camera, but another to try to take the others down OFF camera. On top of that, she was publicly trying to put out there that we were involved with these articles that SHE was putting out there. Unbelievable! Caroline just wanted Teresa to be honest and to tell her how she really felt about her. We ALL knew the truth.

I can’t believe she’d think I’m jealous that she’s on the cover of those magazines. She KNOWS that I have always avoided them as much as possible. And WHY would I be jealous of Teresa’s headlines of her being in bankruptcy, afraid of being poor, her husband going to jail, her facing jail time, her friends and family bullying her (while being posed strategically with a prop dog), something about her baby boy that didn’t exist, her staged wedding renewal, her husband cheating and calling her a “c”… I could go on and on! No thank you!

Honestly, I would never want that for me or my family. That’s the truth! There is no jealousy here. I, personally, have always said that I would only want to be on the cover of a reputable magazine with an article that could make a difference in this world, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I’ve been asked to do covers before, but they were about my rocky relationship with my daughter, Ashlee. No thank you!

I said it once and I will say it again. If Teresa chose to put articles out there about her personal life in a national magazine, she shouldn’t get insulted when family or friends ask her about these articles on a national TV show. Their issues were clearly no secret.

I never faulted Teresa for putting out articles for money. She could put out whatever lies about herself she wanted to earn money that she desperately needed, but I just thought she should have warned or clued in her family and friends first about what was real or fake so we didn’t have to worry. I also thought she should have just kept the articles about herself. It crossed the line when Teresa talked negatively about her family and friends in there or tried to blame others for putting it out there. Her hit and runs were the reason why everyone was having problems with her. (Besides the things she said that we were hearing in the industry and from mutual friends.)

I found it interesting when Teresa told everyone that there would be no more bashing them in the tabloids ever again unless someone said something about her. How did she know that? How? Because she controlled them! That episode was filmed exactly a year ago. It was on Caroline’s birthday. It is Caroline’s birthday today as I write this. How many more articles has Teresa put out since then? They haven’t ended have they?

Look, I’m not saying that Teresa never had any right to be mad at her family or friends for anything, because everyone has their own perception of how they were treated. What I do know is that at one point, I saw her family sincerely making an effort to try to resolve things, and I felt that Teresa couldn’t let go of anything to be able to move forward and wasn’t making sincere steps to resolving it.

As far as Caroline not moving forward… That is because she felt too burned by Teresa to do that and Teresa never took accountability for what she did. The one thing I will say about Caroline is that she was not being fake about how she really felt. She put it out there that she was done with Teresa and that she had no interest in being her friend.   She wasn’t acting on camera. She wasn’t pretending to love, love, love or pretending to want to mend a relationship that she didn’t want to have just to please the viewers. You have to respect her for that.

Teresa’s real feelings came out when she told Caroline how much she loved her and her family, but when she walked away, she called her an f’ing “C” and that she can go ‘F” herself while Caroline broke down in the other room and cried. Those were everyone’s true feelings. Sad huh?

Melissa and Joe stood by Teresa whether they thought she was right or wrong. I commend them for that. I’m not sure where that left Kathy. What a mess! I couldn’t wait to get home! Let’s see what happens next week.

Our reasons for coming forward with our son’s diagnosis in People magazine was because we now have a diagnosis and a treatment plan in place.   NOTE:  This was all known to cast and crew a year ago… and only within the last week BubbaJax has a treatment plan???

We didn’t have that while filming, and we weren’t willing to put it out there until we did. The more people that we reached out to for help, the more people knew about out son’s issues. My husband and I didn’t want to risk his diagnosis coming out in a way that was not controlled by us.   NOTE:  Huh?? How could a child’s DX be controlled by anyone other than the child’s parents???

We felt that by coming forward with this, it could not only help our child, which it already has, but also bring awareness to autism and possibly help other families who can relate to our situation. There is an enormous support system in the autism community along with resources and connections to be shared.  I think that others should be aware of this. I want us all to connect. I believe that while one treatment may work for one child, it may not necessarily work for another. But by sharing the options that are out there, we may just find the missing pieces that help our children to recover.  NOTE:  Who EVER woulda known all this about autism if not for BubbaJax??  Wonder if she’s into the “black liquid is good for autism” story?

We chose to tell our story to People magazine because of their outstanding reputation and outreach. We knew they would be sensitive to our story and not get it twisted. Did you know that People magazine reaches over 43 million viewers? That blew my mind.  To put that in perspective, In Touch magazine, who you are also familiar with, only reaches around  680,000.

I think we made the right choice of magazine and did the article for the right reasons AND without pay. We were very pleased with the article. I can’t thank People magazine enough for doing the article right and giving us part of their cover as well as giving us their exclusive feature story. We were thrilled!

I also thank my team ENV consulting and my autism expert consultant, Lauren Underwood, PhD who stood by my side and guided me through it every step of the way. My family and friends have been a HUGE support system for us, and so have all of my social media friends! Thank you, thank you, thank you for your understanding, compassion, resources, connections, and support! We are very grateful and we are optimistic for Nick’s recovery!  XOXO!

About Stoopid Housewives

The Real Housewives franchises have become a guilty pleasure for me and I've become intrigued by 'normal' people who would agree to put their lives on television for public display and scrutiny. What are their motives to divulge their daily routines for viewing audiences to approve, reprimand, berate, castigate, attack; basically abuse and judge? Oh, just forget about the above nonsense... the majority of these people are just stoo-pid.

Apparently, disparaging Teresa is still first and foremost in her life – even now. Why did I imagine, even for a moment, that this would be the one week where she would write something like “This week, I’d like to talk about something that is of utmost importance to me – my son” and leave the Teresa-bashing to the others.
This blog makes her look unbelievably petty and like she doesn’t have her head screwed on straight when it comes to prioritizing things in her life. I feel so bad for her son. Hope her husband at least can make sure the son remains a top priority and gets proper amounts of attention and help, because from the looks of things, Jacqueline isn’t going to be the one to do it.

    • RichmondVA says:

Mag, you seem like too nice of a person :) I stopped expecting her to show an ounce of class weeks ago.

    • gessiewtf says:

Excellent post. I worry for the child. Just as I suspected, she is beginning to plant the seed that Teresa is insensitive to autism. Because that is just how low class she and Caroline are. It doesn’t make sense (her timeline) about getting Nicholas the help and treatment he needs. And if it doesn’t make sense it probably isn’t true.

I certainly hope she is not going to get a life coach or a fortune teller to help her like she did with poor Asslee. It is a crime the bullshit that she fills her head with rather than becoming the kind of mother she needs to be. I couldn’t even read her whole blog, more Teresa b.s. She needs serious help if her son is going to thrive. I would hope that either Chris or Caroline would see that she gets it. However I think Caroline is stupid and lives in a whirlwind of cliches. Hopefully Chris will put his foot down and get her off this show.

      • Deborah D says:

Eight months waiting for insurance coverage??? Her plastic surgeon takes cash because cosmetic surgery isn’t a covered benefit so why didn’t they put the cash out immediately and worry about the coverage later. She stated that early intervention is of the utmost importance yet she chose to put her son on the back burner while she was running around putting her nose in everyone else’s business. I would have quit the show immediately and given all of my time to my special needs child. Having cameras, lights, noises and stranger around him is tantamount to abuse. Someone should look into that household.

  2. Chris says:

Wacko Is insulting the viewing audience intelligence by justifying her article with the amount of consumers People reach versus InTouch. Okay idiot.

    • Ana Cephaly says:

I think that little comment made by BubbaJax about the circulation of People vs. In Touch made BubbaJax look like the petty, jealous idiot that she is. I think she was trying to outdo Teresa by boasting about the number of readers of People. What a sick and twisted woman she is to take pride in something like that when the only reason she got in the magazine is because her son was diagnosed with autism. In her mind, her son’s autism > than Teresa’s bankruptcy, marital problems, etc. It seems like she derives enjoyment from her son’s diagnosis making her relevant.

      • magdella says:

OMG, I don’t know how I missed that comment from her. That is beyond sick. Her poor son. I pray that Chris L. will ensure he gets proper care and attention. Chris L, if you are somehow reading this, please step up and be there for your child. Do not assume your wife will do it; it’s obvious that there is something really off with her thinking and priorities.

      • Hate the Wench says:

        Yeap!

      • Chris says:

The issue is not the amount of circulation the message of Autisim. That’s why her motives are being questioned. So stoopid!

    • madepiley says:

Good point Chris. I think what it boils down to is People…..wait for it… wait for it…. pays better.

      • Parkview says:

So Jac didnt get paid for the autism interview huh? Just the pictures maybe? Sounds familiar. Where have we heard that before?.. Frankly, Jac and Chris are idiots if they didnt get paid. The time to be noble has been done flushed down the bidet folks. Unless you are both still in denial about the whole “business” bankruptcy thing. Google it Jac if Chris doesnt want to fill you in…….

    • Va Fa Napoli says:

whoooooo caressss if teresa gave info about herself to the magazinnesss my god i am SO tired of hearing about this!!! The whole cast and crew belittled her on the TV SHOW you reap what you sow ladies!!! Give up on that apology you want- you dont derserve it! Only if you apologize first :P

      • Meatball Mom says:

I have read some of those articles from In Touch, and they are kinda lame. the quotes from caroline, melissa and kathy are pretty much the same crap they spew on the show. Who cares if those stupid remarks are in In Touch?? The big secrets, Teresa keeps her mouth shut. I didn’t see anything about Nicholas’s autism until Jacqueline released it, yet she said that Teresa knew about it. All those harpy women – Jacqueline, Chris, Caroline, Melissa and Kathy all need to SHUT UP about those stupid articles, they are not that bad. No worse than the verbal diarrhea we hear right from their mouths on the show.

        • Ana Cephaly says:

Teresa has kept all of their secrets. Still, BubbaJax couldn’t resist getting her digs in about how Teresa “surprisingly” didn’t reveal her son’s diagnosis. She is an unmitigated bitch.

          • lisa the Irish Dragon says:

Yea thats nice of Tre but she needs to spill the ones about Carolines marriage I promise not to be mad at her.

      • Jo says:

There was never a story about Jac son having autism so Teresa just tells what they want to hear….Carowhine,Jac,Kim G. ect…… sell their souls

  3. Susie says:

None of these people ever care about a disease or charity til it hits home with them. Then they get on the band wagon.BubbaJax made the commnet on the run that she wished they could just send a check versus running.Hate to mess up their makeup or hurt their fake boobs. Selfish self absorbed fame whores drinking the Kool-Aid.

    • CJ says:

In WackoJacko’s case, the Kool-Aid is made with booze.

    • Candace says:

      Susie, very true.

Do you think she would take offense if someone cheated and made fun of any charity run she might organize for her son?

She couldn’t even remember the name of the event they were going to and made a disparaging joke about it.

Teresa and Joe actually RAN the complete race and the rest were mocking them.

  4. dianne says:

what a self serving witch .. and what magdella said

  5. kel says:

Jax must think we are all as stupid as she is. Teresa did not WRITE the articles, she did photos for them and probably gave them a few quotes and juicy tidbits of info. Many of the articles that pertain to the cast other than Tre are just hodge-podges of speculation and quotes from the show. Juicy made the most sense about the whole thing, if they are gonna pay you to take a few pics and chat about a reality show, you’d be an idiot not to take the money. And, WHO CARES?
Does Jax really expect us all to believe that this hatred oozing from Caroline’s pores comes from some stupid pics taken for magazine articles? And if you aren’t jealous Jax, why the couch rant about “11 million dollars”? Jax and Caro need to go. This show is way too dark to continue like this. Let’s see some interesting NJ women with actual careers, that don’t have their family in every scene!

    • maybeitsyou says:

Right to the point. All the hatred towards Teresa (who I feel a little sorry for) – there’s no way that amount of bitters come from or was created by that one person. How stupid would you have to be to believe someone turns that bitter & catty & just plain angry over silly pic’s & an interview? As much as I do think Tre needs to come to terms with her marriage that’s none of anyones business & beyond that , she seems like a good hearted person. I wonder if anyone feels that way about the Don?

    • Parkview says:

None of these people would care what Teresa said (or didnt say) in a magazine if the viewing audience didnt overwhelmingly prefer Teresa. They blame their unpopularity on these statements. If people actually paid much attention or took much stock in cast members comments …and believed everything they hear…we would all be hating Teresa. God knows MANY MORE negative things have been said about her in all forms of media than all of them combined. But these people are not upset about how Teresa views them….they are concerned with how WE view them. Ladies, YOU dug your own graves with all YOUR nasty comments …….and you arent even smart enough to realize that and stop doing it.

      • Bullie says:

That is an interesting perspective I hadn’t really thought about.

I wouldn’t even know that bad things were being discussed in tabloids about the other Real Housewives of this series if they didn’t feel the need to discuss it ad nauseaum every G D week. I always thought the tabloid articles seemed scathing towards Teresa & never really thought beyond that. Your insight is interesting to consider.

I feel like this show is my stress ball. I yell at my TV once a week when it’s on and feel relaxed after, if for no other reason than simply knowing my life will never be as bad as these “woman”.

  6. CJ says:

Jacko is as psychotic as Chuckie. Destroying Teresa is their number one goal and priority. Once again, WackoJacko spends most of her blog bashing Teresa. Her son’s autism diagnosis is secondary.

  7. Girlfriend says:

Great article in the NYtimes on autism yesterday. Science is starting to catch on, looks good for preventing autism, and for sure will lead to treatments

    • gessiewtf says:

Jax does not have the mental acuity to follow the science. Let’s all say a prayer for Chris Laurita that he can step up. And stand up to her.

    • Maggie says:

I’m just guessing that the New York Times isn’t on Jax “must read” list. But, a reputable publication like PEOPLE magazine? It’s #1! Just ask her!

  8. RichmondVA says:

“The cast and crew, including Teresa (surprisingly), respected that until we got the diagnosis and a treatment plan in place for our son, we wanted to keep it private.” Yeah, you’re right JAc, because Tree is always talking about your personal business on twitter, in interviews, on FB..oops, my bad, that’s what you do to her!!
“Did you know that People magazine reaches over 43 million viewers? That blew my mind. To put that in perspective, In Touch magazine, who you are also familiar with, only reaches around 680,000.” In BubbaJax mind this means ‘See, I am wayyyy more popular than Tree!!’
“I’ve been asked to do covers before, but they were about my rocky relationship with my daughter, Ashlee. No thank you!” That is so admirable of you, BubbaJax! You just expose your rocky relationship to millions of viewers every Sunday night at 10/9 Central!
“She [Caro] wasn’t pretending to love, love, love or pretending to want to mend a relationship that she didn’t want to have just to please the viewers. You have to respect her for that.” No, we don’t. Also, you can’t tell me that Caro’s head wasn’t so far up her own a$$ that she had no clue that the plan of painting Tree as the scum of the earth wasn’t working. Caro thought we’de be cheering her on as she took down Tree.

    • Ana Cephaly says:

Great points, Richmond. Spot on, everyone of them.

    • Maggs says:

      Perfectly said!

    • RealHouseKnife says:

Bing-bing-bing-BINGO!!!! You aced it. Your comment exposes just a few of their hypocrisies! This show has become so disgusting. What’s so ridiculous is that they don’t think we the viewers are smart enough to see through their attempted manipulation in a bid to get us to hate Tre.

    • Excellent post, Richmond.

    • Maya says:

Strange that she didnt mentiones the article Chris talked about in the episode, but only that she was asked to do articles about Ashley. I was sure that it was a lie, as soon as he said it! You could hear he only wanted to prove something.

    • Jo says:

In touch is better then People, maybe its just me i like a light reading…mostly usweekly……When the hell is roxypoxy story coming out lol

  9. Chrissy says:

It is clear Caroline and Jaqueline are completely jealous of Teresa. She consumes their minds. Caroline is constantly looking at Teresa with those evil eyes and bashing her. Why do they care about Teresa being in InTouch Mag and it is none of their business if Teresa chooses to tell them anything about her personal life. It is also truly pathetic how Caroline is costantly trying to cause trouble between a brother and sister.

    • Maggs says:

I liked Teresa’s comment on WWHL last night about the tabloid game being nothing new to any of the cast members and “let’s not play dumb here.” suggesting that every single one of these people have participated in and know the ins and outs of the media and are being total hypocrites by ganging up on Tre for doing the same thing they have all done in one way or another (including agreeing to be filmed for the show!!).

  10. I cant take this crazyness anymore ….this show, these people….its just too much. I have no words.

  11. Jax needs help. Its sad to watch.

    • maybeitsyou says:

It’s funny to watch a couple of, lets say pups, chase their own tails when it comes to hating Tre , but the son’s problem, very sad. It’s ashamed , but maybe she’ll refocus & see what’s important as time goes by. ??

  12. pjbottoms says:

I was reading her blog on the Bravo site before it came up here and there were zero comments. There were over 1,000 “listenening” but no comments…maybe there were comments, but Bravo blocked them or maybe you need a secret password to comment

    • Ana Cephaly says:

The comments over there are moderated. Once submitted, comments can take several hours or even days to be approved. They are very selective about what they post. I am sure they are going to take it easy on BubbaJax’s twisted @ss and post mostly favorable, fawning comments.

      • pjbottoms says:

That Doesn’t surprise me. What does surprise me is the future Nicholas Updates!

      • gessiewtf says:

They are printing a lot of supportive ones for Caroline which you know are coming from her family and friends only.

        • Ana Cephaly says:

It makes me wanna puke how Bravo manipulates the comments section to favor the favored one. Andy Colon and Bravo suck!

        • maybeitsyou says:

Of course goofs have to support goofs. It’s like that 5th grade thing.

          • Deborah D says:

I’ve tried to leave comments on the Bravo site, none of them agreeing with that pack of witches. None were ever posted so I just gave up. Much better on this site. Thank you for posting my comments.

  13. jencherrie84 says:

    I wanna SMACK her…REALLY HARD.

  14. Stinkerbell says:

“Back it up to that make-up hug between Teresa and I, where all seemed so sincere. It was on my end. I finally felt at peace with us. I needed to feel that at that point in time. There were some things that happened afterward that made me question her sincerity, but I’m not even going to bring it up now.” If your not going to bring it, then why bring it up?! Urgggh. These women need to stop with the cryptic double talk.

  15. lisa the Irish Dragon says:

I am glad she went to People to I understand why she released it herself and didnt wait for someone to slip it to the press. I know its not popular to give her the Benifit of the doubt But I give it to her this time.

  16. RealMafiaGrandmother says:

This blog was so offensive — on so many levels — that I honestly feel that I cannot respond to this at this time. I feel like I need to vomit.

    • Ana Cephaly says:

Well, BubbaJax did say something last night about healthy purging. I think throwing up after reading what Jax wrote would be a healthy purge. Maybe Jax should market purgatives…..hmmmmm…..Syrup of Ipejac, anyone?

    • Sandi says:

Me too, RMG, Although I did like that this the
real Caroline we saw. Thought no one would ever admit iy!!!!

  17. Candace says:

Who is that Chinese woman holding Nicholas on the magazine cover?

  18. Entree-Manure says:

O.M.G. Enough about the magazines!! No one else cares about them but you and DonCaro!! No one else takes them seriously but you and DonCaro!! You 2 just look pety.
The rage in this fight over whether she gets paid or not, who said what to the mag, etc. is sooooo blown out of proportion – it does not add up. To yell, scream and cry over something soooo non-consequential is a child-like reaction. Grow up Jax and Caroline!

  19. sd says:

Her people magazine pic looks strange, she looks like a pixie or something. It takes lots of plastic surgery and airbrushing to achive that. I can’t comment on anything else right now I am to angry about this.

    • housewife hoe says:

I know, it doesn’t even look like Jax. We’ve all commented about her new “Asian look” but the face looks bloated/rounder, lips fuller and the weird color spray tan/bronzer isn’t natural looking. WTH is going on?

  20. I had an epiphany….spending sooo much energy hating someone and trying to take them down or make everyone see how horrible a person is, is as much of a waste of time as me getting mad and spending hours on this site commenting and defending strangers.

I’m not saying i wont comment…i just had to realize that none of them pay my bills and its freaking TV, meant for my entertainment. Frankly the way Bravo sets people up and the way this horrible cast acts….its just not fun anymore.

Now I finally get what originalcyn1 was saying to me that day i got rude with her. I still feel like an @$$ for that Cyn!…

  21. nancyadopt says:

one or two well placed comments here or there are enough for the readers and she might have had some people on her side…the hate for 10 months over nothing when most of us have had real hate and violence to deal with in our lives, turns everyone off..even the most devoted Caroline supporter. If she had only said once every 3-4 episodes…”I really don’t like how Theresa treats her family” and left it at that..Or I wish Theresa wouldn’t sell her stories to those rancid tabloids.” Then not blogged about it or said it more, and certainly not gone on and on and tried to build alliances with Theresa’s own family, everything would have worked out in her favor. She really played this like a total amateur. I was ambivalent before, but now her hate has spewed out from the tv and the blogs so pervasively, that i get a headache just thinking about her..what an idiot. She needs some serious PR lessons.

  22. Chris says:

Why does Wacko think People is a scholarly journal or a news magazine. You can’t quote People in academia. It features celebs like all the other magazines. Maybe a little more reputable than others but call it what it is.

    • Lena1 says:

      LOL Chris, I agree!

It’s a higher priced TABLOID, umm reputable, lol.. Jacqueline? Have you seen how many times they have had to ‘ fix” their stories, umm plenty of times!

I think if she felt that it was nescessary to go to a magazine, What about.. Parents Magazine?

    • originalcyn1 says:

It is a step up from In Touch but I would have gone with the Enquirer!

      • Chris says:

People is a step up but it is a Tabloid. Just like Housewives may be a step up from Honey Boo Boo Child…..but still a reality show.

Enquirer does break allot of factual Celebrity gossip before anyone else and false stuff too. I’m still giving them the stank eye for publishing Whitney Houston photo in her casket.

  23. Carolyn H.G. says:

THE LAURITA AND MANZO FAMILIES ARE USING AUTISM AS A PLATFORM TO SELL BLK — SEE BELOW — THEY TIMED THE ARTICLE TO SHIELD JACQUELINE FROM PUBLIC SCRUTINY FOR HER DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOR AND PLAN ON USING AN INNOCENT CHILD AS A STORYLINE TO REMAIN ON TV FOR RHONJ SEASON 5…

    ***

That Jacqueline Laurita would PREY UPON THE COMPASSION OF THE PUBLIC by using her son’s developmental issues to avoid facing accountability for her INDEFENSIBLE behavior is downright OFFENSIVE TO THOSE FACED WITH THE CHALLENGES OF AUTISM.

The timing of Mrs. Laurita’s announcement couldn’t be more obvious; her PR team scheduled its release to coincide with the season’s explosive ending and the show’s upcoming reunion, where the New Jersey housewife will surely face the audience’s wrath for her shameful actions.

Mrs. Laurita had a solid YEAR to serve as an outspoken advocate for those dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She had every opportunity to sit down for countless interviews to SPREAD AWARENESS and SUPPORT RESEARCH. Instead, she spent precious time and energy trashing her cast mate on social media, in blogs, and on television. Now, she is attempting to hide behind the issue of Autism to garner sympathy from the audience and escape culpability for her morally questionable conduct.

It’s not surprising this group would stoop so low. After all, the audience is already anticipating their excuses:

    - Caroline’s bullying and ruthless behavior weren’t her fault; she was menopausal.

    - Melissa executed a devious plot to humiliate and destroy her husband’s only sibling because she was hormonal during her pregnancy.

    - Jacqueline didn’t punch Caroline in the face because she has impulse control issues and she’s emotionally unstable; she was suffering from Postpartum Depression. (What about the arrest for assaulting an ex-boyfriend in Las Vegas?)

    - Jacqueline already tried to explain away her vile treatment of her (former) best friend with claims of “low testosterone.” Unfortunately for her, the audience didn’t buy it.

Perhaps Caroline Manzo crafted this strategy? Remember, the Manzo-matriarch’s son, Albie, flunked out of law school NOT because he was too busy playing on Twitter and enjoying his newfound Bravo celebrity status; ADD was the culprit. (By the way, I’m not discounting ADD; I, myself, have ADD, as do many SUCCESSFUL professionals.)

As an aside, had Mr. Manzo not been tossed out of law school, he and his family members would know they’re walking a fine line in touting BLK’s “health benefits.” Remember the class action suit against the herbal supplement Airborne? Statements made by the Manzo and Laurita families indicate they probably DON’T.

In an article in the Wyckoff-Franklin Lakes Patch, Mr. Manzo claims:

“A mother gave her autistic son BLK to drink, thinking its unique color might get him drinking more water. The boy not only drank it, he loved it, but the amazing part, he started behaving. The mother reached out to Albie, shocked, who sent her two more cases to try. Her son is stimming less and listening and following directions more. The difference, she told Manzo, is unbelievable.”

Comments, such as this, suggest THE LAURITA AND MANZO FAMILIES MAY BE POSITIONING THEMSELVES TO USE AUTISM AS A PLATFORM TO PROMOTE THEIR PRODUCT. Not only are they preying upon the “pity” of the public, they’re PREYING UPON THE HOPE OF FAMILIES DESPERATE FOR A CURE. That is truly DEPLORABLE.

    • Maggs says:

Are you sending this to Bravo or something?

      • Carolyn H.G. says:

I already have posted it on their RHONJ Facebook page, but I recommend others write in because this is just WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS…

        • C: You have already posted it FIVE times on SH… along with it being posted on your own FB page. Certainly you have posted it on the other sites mentioned on your FB page also. Would suggest you pick a user name, if you wish to continue on SH, and stick with it. FYI: There ain’t no “recommending” around here… ‘cept if SH is doin’ the “recommending.” SH

          • dianne says:

Any chance he doesn’t have autism and this is a brilliant ruse to garner sympathy and stay relevant? I hate to even think it but nothing would surprise me with these people

            • kel says:

No, they just waited to reveal it until they could get Sparkle and their events/charities in place….

  24. Brinkley says:

It was up to the Lauritas to decide if and when they wanted the public to know about their son’s autism. Doesn’t matter if they had the diagnosis and plan many months ago but chose to wait until recently to go public with it.

Jacqueline’s comment about wanting to “control” how the diagnosis would come out publicly is understandable. They are celebrities and we all know how often the press leaks this kind of private information. Of course, they would want to be the ones to control how and when the info would be made public.

It’s not right to criticize, question, or ridicule the Lauritas over anything having to do with their son’s autism situation. That should be off limits.

    • Maggie says:

I respect that opinion. However, I’m wrestling a bit with that, since Jax said that when Teresa chose to make her business public, then it became the public’s business.

I can’t say what I would do in her place, but I think if what I wanted was control of my life and how my children were perceived, I would definitely take them out of the public eye and off television. However, I’m not in her shoes, so I’m just speculating.

What I can say, for sure, is that the Laurita’s wouldn’t be “celebrities” for long if they weren’t on a television show.

I do hope that people are respectful of their child’s situation and I fervently hope that THEY are respectful of it as well.

    • CJ says:

Interesting that the Laurita/Manzoid clan have made sweeping claims about BLK helping children with autism. No medical or clinical data to back up the statements, just second hand “testimonials.” Sorry, but given their history, it does make a reasonable person question their motives and timing.

  25. nancyadopt says:

the Lauritas have chosen to publicize that Black Water has healing powers for autism. Totally off limits and I have informed my contacts at Autism Speaks. When someone exploits their son to sell a product, they deserve criticm..If you want to put your head in the sand as to what they are truely like, then that is fine. Don’t criticize us for calling them to the carpet on it.

    • dianne says:

exactly. If they were truly interested in “making” the information public, why would they do it in a gossip rag like People instead of a family or parenting oriented magazine

    • RealMafiaGrandmother says:

Thank you so much, nancyadopt, for making Autism Speaks aware of the connection the Lauritas are drawing between autism and BLK!

I don’t know if BLK is helpful — or harmful! — to people, but it worries me that there appears to be no scientific evidence either way and that, because they have an autistic child themselves, the claims of the Lauritas (who stand to benefit from the sale of BLK) may be given more credibility by desperate parents than they deserve.

If you need more evidence of the Laurita family’s promotion of fulvic acid in the treatment of autism, below is an post dated December 17, 2011 from another website:

“@JacLaurita I feel a sickness coming on.Better double up on BLK.Wipes it out.Thank God 4 BLK success!! Impressed with how fast it’s growing.Proud!XOXO!

Jacqueline’s mother Bonnie Grippe is making claims that they are doing studies to show that”Blk Water” actually has some positive affects on children with Autism, and obviously Jacqueline is making claims that Blk wipes out sickness. Let’s hope they can back this stuff up!”

  26. RichmondVA says:

Awwwwww! Jac posted on her twitter “I love how the majority of you get it (& then there are a few ignorant people).” That is such a cute little coping mechanism she has there!!! I wonder if she has actually convinced herself that “just a few” of the viewing audience think she is a fruitloop. Her and her mother both do the whole “just a few” bit. I also love it when they accuse us of haivng multiple different screen names and we are actually just a few people who have the time/ interest in posting under multiple screen names.

    • Lena1 says:

      LOL RichmondVA

Love how Jacqueline has ( along with Caroline and Kathy) have insulted the viewers of the show.. They really kill me!

    • LoveVegas says:

She needs to remember, as do all of the HWs, who their bread and butter is…and it has nothing to do with cookbooks or blk!

  27. madepiley says:

When Jax said her coming out about Nicholas in the Magazine has already helped her son… I am reminded of that mother who said BLK helped her child. How did it help Jax? Did he have a better day the day that the article hit newstands? What the hack?

    • CJ says:

The time line Jacko presents in her blog makes no sense. She states that things were coming to a head regarding the diagnosis of her son, that the cast and crew knew of the problems. Yet, she hops on a plane for a trip to Napa? She leaves her child behind as a hurricane hits New Jersey? Really? What mother does that? Something just doesn’t smell right.

      • Kiki LaShrew says:

CJ her decision to hop on that plane is especially STOOPID since children with Autism thrive when kept to a strict routine.

        • CJ says:

I simply cannot fathom leaving a young child that you know is having serious problems, let alone during a hurricane. There would be no job, no meeting, no anything that would have me leaving that child’s side. We aren’t talking a day away or even overnight, but rather a week. Wacko is disgusting. What mother does something like that?

    • Tum Pluckered says:

it’s ridiculous MP! but for me, yaketyJax has long ago quelled any expectation of making sense.

      • madepiley says:

yep she just has selective narcolepsy… wait.. that will be her next people article. Interestingly Jenny McCarthy had a role in a movie where she played a narcoleptic it was funny but i cant remember the title.

    • kel says:

Maybe because the article’s timely release has increased ticket sales for the Manzo-owned Sparkle event, some of the profits going to the Manzo/Lauritas….

      • madepiley says:

        Yep that sure does help.

        • I don’t know who is applying to the State for the Raffle License but every penny they make has got to be reported. I have run many raffles. The State is strict on that stuff…don’t fool around with them. Every ticket they sell have to be reported. Don’t fool around JaxAss the AG would this..

      • love nj says:

How much is going to the Brownstone (and assorted Manzos and Lauritas) and how much is going to the charity? The $10 surcharge for PayPal is a ripoff ($100 ticket is $110 if a person uses Paypal). Paypal puts a 3.5 rate on it. If you use a Visa card, the merchant pays about 2.25%. They are charging a 10% premium. RIPOFF Manzos and Lauritas on this ticket pricing.
        They have no shame.

      • They are all POS and I hope they get caught…

  29. lisa the Irish Dragon says:

I am begaing to think if Jax did a article with TIME magazine people would be upset and critisize her.

  30. Parkview says:

WHY does everything written in print have such everlasting, far reaching ramifications…..while everything SAID on tv, by way of talking head interviews, DOES NOT COUNT to these people!? I can HEAR and SEE your MOUTH MOVING on CAMERA with my own two eyes. I KNOW YOU SAID IT. But somehow, to these people, articles written by questionable sources in questionable magazines HOLD MORE WATER for you?????? Everything Teresa, or someone else, has said in a magazine has been said ON TV. But those face to face, open mouth speaking, rants are meaningless to you people!!!! Jac, have you SEEN and HEARD on TV what you have all SAID about TERESA on CAMERA???!!!??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!?!?!?!?!????????

    • RealMafiaGrandmother says:

Thank you!!!! That is something that has been driving me crazy — they’re upset that Teresa told a magazine that they said things about her THAT THEY SAID ABOUT HER, and which we know for a fact because we SAW them saying those things!

But no, they would respond — we’re not angry at Teresa for saying those things to a magazine. We’re mad at her for LYING about it.

      LYING ABOUT WHAT?!?

I mean, SERIOUSLY, the articles were about Teresa — why wouldn’t they ask her questions and why wouldn’t she answer them, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT SHE TOLD YOU SHE DID!?

And of course she got paid — and whether it was for pictures (as Teresa has said) or for interviews, what would that matter?! Your friend’s financial problems were no secret. You should be happy for her! And if you’re not, maybe you are jealous!

THE ARTICLES WERE ABOUT HER, YOU MORONS; WHO DO YOU THINK READERS WOULD THINK THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THEM CAME FROM?

This is such a ridiculous excuse, it’s INSULTING!

It’s OBVIOUS that Wacko and Cowoline are desperately trying to rationalize their own behavior in turning their back on their acquaintance (in Cowoline’s case) and friend of a decade (in Wacko’s) because they assumed that Teresa’s husband’s financial reversals, bankruptcy problems and subsequent arrest would result in her release from the show and that they should abandon her to jump on the GoGo train!

Teresa is not perfect — who among us is? — but I really do think that she’s a good person at heart. She’s been placed in such difficult positions in the last two years, and she’s risen to the challenges in ways that I respect.

I am, however, so happy that Dina did not turn her back on her as well — I’m a big fan of Dina’s for that! I’m hoping they lose Cowoline and Kathy next season and bring in Penny and Johnny — they seem genuinely witty and funny without needing to rely on nastiness!

  31. Jax you are a drunk POS. You say Teresa surprisingly kept your issue a secret. Lady for your information Teresa has never given out any of your business it’s you who wants everyone else’s business and get angry if you’re not told. How dare you. Get the hell off the show and take care of your children… Remember one thing the truth will prevail…..The show is no longer watchable…Hopefully Mandy and all the rest of you back biters are fired.

  32. D . says:

caroline has too be the star of the show and if she’s not you will be blasted , tre is getting too much attendion and D. Staub , Kim G and tre now caroline has to step in and save the day .
the manzo’s are the stars the caroline has too be infront to show case her BOYS.

  33. Newbie says:

God strike me for saying this because I wish no ill will to their son but after reading kels last comment about the charity being put in place I’m curious is this their own charity or part of an existing organization? After reading all the comments about Jacqueline and Chris having their own financial setbacks it made me think that charities receive a tax excemption most claim little to no taxes depending on the charity and the tax excemption they file for. It’s just a thought that while this condition maybe very legitamate the charity may not be. It maybe a tax shelter to hide from their creditors. Most charities in the first few years incur a financial loss due to start up costs which reduces the tax liability if any. Allowing Chris and Jacqueline to claim a loss therefore reducing debt. As well as with blk. They can claim a loss and fend off any debt that might be owed under a different tax liability for small businesses.

    • LoveVegas says:

The IRS, CPS, and FDA need to sick their watchdogs on the Lauritas.

      • It’s Autism Speaks out of the Princeton Branch. Call them to see just what is expected when something is run for them. People would be better off donating the $100 to Autism Speaks directly, then they would know the POS won’t get their hands on it.

  34. Newbie says:

Oops for some reason my comment ended up above not under Kels comment sorry if it’s put of place.

  35. Kiki LaShrew says:

So in Jackie Oh-No’s warped little mind were Caro and Caro Jr. mistaken in choosing to share the lap band story with US Weekly. Just think of the huge chance they missed by not going to People. Millions could have learned that if you are slightly overweight and very lazy your rich daddy will buy you a lap band and the pounds will just fall off.
I also hate that in her People interview she stated she was just tuning out all the drama because of what was going on with Nick yet it seems apparent that both then and now she is absolutely obsessed with Teresa. I’m just waiting for her to give an inteview where she comes out with a groundbreaking scientific discovery, ” Autism rates have raised steadily since the birth of Teresa Giudice therefore exposure to Teresa actually causes Autism. BLK is the antidote. Taken in combination with Brownstone Sauce Autism is often cured.Recent studies also show that getting a Lap band and drinking BLK lead to weight loss. Thank you Jesus for Blk.” Other companies which sell normal water should make t-shirts that warn the purchasing public that ,” One you drink Blk, you’ll act like Jac.”

    • RealMafiaGrandmother says:

Kiki LaShrew my foot — you’re Kiki LaShrewd!!!

“Autism rates have raised steadily since the birth of Teresa Giudice therefore exposure to Teresa actually causes Autism. BLK is the antidote. Taken in combination with Brownstone Sauce Autism is often cured.Recent studies also show that getting a Lap band and drinking BLK lead to weight loss. Thank you Jesus for Blk.” — I thought I would DIE laughing!

And then you gave us the pièce de résistance — “Once you drink Blk, you’ll act like Jac.”

There are some extraordinarily talented people who post here and you, my dear, are among them Cleverest thing I’ve read in ages!

  36. LifeIsGood says:

So, Jac was “consumed” with dealing with Nicholas’ issues? Really? During this time where she was “consumed”, she found time to do the following:

Enjoy a cup of spiked coffee (in the morning) while talking with her ex.
Have a FIVE HOUR ARGUMENT with T
Lie in bed crying for a few days after the argument
Open her third eye chakra at the solstice party
Host an elaborate field day in her backyard
Read a book to Gia, berate her, and then gift her with a ball of cheese

Where did she find the time?

  37. Aint PittyPat says:

Jax is consumed with nailing Teresa to the cross. One would think this week’s blog would be devoted to her son and perhaps a healthy dose of goodwill and optimism. Silly me . Jax is never gracious or kind. Her family saying she is those things does not make it so. didn’t she end her blog last week with a hint about her rosy future and business opportunities? Isn’t that a whole lot of weird in light of her son’s diagnosis?

    • CJ says:

Yes, one would have thought her continuous rantings about Teresa wouldn’t have been on her radar this week. She just can’t control her psychotic obsession with trying to destroy Teresa. She rants on about the same thing, week after week, after week. The diagnosis of her son and his health were more of an after thought.

Jax appears to have not only serious mental health issues, but also a serious alcohol and substance problem. If her child has autism, it is time for family and friends to try and get this women help. Where’s Chuckie?

      • Aint PittyPat says:

Unfortunately Chux is encouraging the whole Nail Teresa To the Cross scheme. It isn’t unusual for Jax to find an outlet for her emotions but alcohol is a very poor if understandable choice.A good therapist that will listen and perhaps prescribe a round of anti-anxiety or antidepressant would be a better choice. Pure, unadulterated hate should never be an option. Surrounding oneself with negativity and is also not a good plan. I can’t imagine that all the pettiness and hate is a good thing for Jax or Nicholas. Probably time to say goodbye to Bravo and focus on doing all that can be done for her son. He needs her sound and whole and full time.

  38. Sandi Duffy says:

I keep thinking of that line from The Big Chill. The one character is a writer for people magazine and he says that his articles have to be long enough to be read while in the time it takes for someone to take a crap.

  39. I refrained from commenting on Jax revelaing her son’s Autism diagnosis. I didn’t want to think that the timing is suspect. But it is. As mentioned above, she seemed to have a LOT of time to bash Teresa, lecture Gia, go to Napa and parties all while in the midst of processing the fact that her son is on the Autism spectrum. I speak from direct experience — my daughter is on the Autism spectrum. And yes, we were upset when the doctor diagnosed her. Remember it is a vast spectrum. It could mean slight developmental delays to severe behaviors. It is not a death sentence nor is it a foregone conclusion that the child will be unable to take care of himself or herself. At Nicholas’s age, it could be aided with proper treatment and therapies. The parents need to be educated so they too learn how to work with him at home. He is still very young. While it is not an easy thing to hear about your child, it is not a fatal diagnosis. I was coming home from Cincinnati last week and while in the airport I was speaking to a woman with her two daughters, ages 2 and 4 ,coming back from St. Jude. THAT is a deavastating situation. While I understand everyone has a different threshhold of pain and capacity and maturity to deal with life’s curve balls, but for Jax to blame her awful behavior on her son’s diagnosis is inexcuable. Autism is not fatal — it takes adjustment, proper therapies, love and patience.

    • Parkview says:

Drivethru Yes! Thanks, foR verbalizing this much better than I can. It is a very large spectrum. I hate to rush to judgement here but it just seems like this kid is awfully young to make all these judgements. Clearly if she and Chris felt comfortable leaving him for a week, joking with her parents about leaving the kids with them again to go to Aruba, this kid is not at the severe end o the spectrum. I would not have noticed his disability had she not revealed it. He looks like a normal kid to me. And again he is young. All these signs she noticed happened a very early ages. I don’t think she is lying about his diagnosis….I really do not. But these signs are reported by the parents and taken into account when determining whether he is diagnosed or not. I’m not so sure he is autistic. These misdiagnosises happen all the time.

  40. solveigfa says:

Its just sad and disgusting to see how people will behave and expose themselves for fame and money. Low time blow Jax!

  41. Ann says:

Not going to comment on the fight re this blog but i do think its possible to fight with a friend and twitter like a nut while having and helping a kid with autism….the worst worst worst part of this blog is throwing in the dig about circulation numbers with the two magazines….so is she happy her kid got autism bc it landed her in such a widely read magazine? Bc thats why you got the little corner Jax, bc your son has a major developmental disorder and u spilled all the beans about what he cant do and how not typical he is. This is not an accomplishment, this is just a sad turn of events for your son. And yes, i say your son bc his autism is not about YOU no matter how much you get a thrill from Peoples circulation numbers.

    • She is not happy that her son has autism, she is scared as hell.

      • Ana Cephaly says:

Then she should stop spending so much time on hating Teresa and tweeting crazy stuff and get some friggin’ counseling or something, ‘cuz she gives the impression of a crazy person with distorted priorities and a possible chemical or alcohol dependency.

  42. GuiltyOfWatchingHousewives says:

WHY THE F*CK DOES IT MATTER IF TERESA HAD A ” RELATIONSHIP ” WITH INTOUCH?????????????????? She admitted it; she didn’t admit it. Why does these ppl give a sh*t??? Ooooonnn and oooooooon and oooooon they go about this topic. ” Magazines magazines…..blah…blah…blah…she got PAID for it!! Blah…blah…blah…she had a DEAL with them!! Blah…blah….blah.

They EVIDENTLY and CLEARLY think this a cogent and effective line of attack, otherwise they wouldn’t have mentioned it 17,000 times over the course of one frickin’ season. I’m still really confused as to why this supposed to make Teresa look bad.

  43. It can take up to a year to get a treatment plan, a special school, doctors/specialist to work with an autistic child. Insurance is a a big problem. And finding a place that will take your child. There is a lot of red tape. Plue the testing that the child must go through. Than you will be put on a list for a program. I think that they are all a bit too much. Not everytime is there a right and and wrong when it comes to people actions. I do think that Teresa and her husband are liars, and I would bet that there are a few people that just can’t take the truth or tell it.

Caroline, it is her truth! ANd Jackie seems to need someone to tell her what the truth is many times. But I am giving her the benifit of the doubt when it comes to her child. I know it can take awhile for insurance companies to come up with okay to simple test. I have progressive MS and seizures and it took two months for the insurance company to make up their mind that maybe a MRI and Cat Scan might be needed after I had a bad seizure and was out for at least five hours. Just some of your simple blood test can take an okay from your insurance.

Just to add, I know some people thought that I was making up how I knew Jackie and her family. I did. I lost a lot of communication about Jackie when she left back east. But I know that she went through a pretty hard time with the Manzo family. But even if she was a party girl, she still seemed to love her kids. Not a great mother, But no one really thought of her as a liar or cheat. Maybe tooo much of a party girl, but I saw worst in Vegas. The worst that I saw was the people from Cirque, you could bounce a quarter off their butts. That is just wrong. I might have been a bit jealous, but just a bit.

    • Antonella says:

Seriously? You’re in Vegas but know that the Giudices are not telling the truth. What’s the basis of your information?

  44. I meant to say I did know them and Jerry and Bonnie also. If you knew who Bonnie and her sister and Jerry knew you would be very impressed. They are basically very nice people. A bit on the old fashioned side, but that is about the worst I could ever say about them. Jerry always a bit stuffy. Bonnie, sweet but a bit of a dim-wit about real things. But she has a big heart. And she loves her kids with all her heart.
