Me too Romo, and I just love that Swedish gentleman from the New York crew, having to say too, Josh Flagg is tugging at my heart strings being so kind to Colton on the children issue, I think they would make great parents, and that cray cray Josh Altman, did I say this before, I know it is kind of schoolgirlish, but sheesh, he reminds me of Mr. Potato Head, baawwwwwwwww…..
I love Madison too, so sad about his dog but don’t you think Mauristio (Kyles other half) will get the listing, he was their broker at one time but I know they had some sort of a falling out…

I would be smiling like Dimitri to if my sugar mama was paying for everything (including that boat). She probably needs the money, remember her divorce settlement most of that was the values of the homes. She was selling her home in Colorado (don’t know if its still on the market or not), I think she was selling her Hawaii home also that is why they had that vacation last season and now she is sellling this one. She needs the money, thats it.
I read earlier today…They have to sell their three jointly owned homes and split the proceeds as part of their legal settlement… This includes their Malibu, Hawaii, and Colorado homes.
She won’t get that for it. People in Malibu now have a bad opinion of her thanks to Kelsey’s damaging interview about her with Oprah recently. He antics the 1st season of the show doesn’t help her either. I think she is asking way too much.
I don’t think her/Kelsey being the owners of the house will have any effect on whether it sells or not. Unless, they jacked up the price because a “celebrity” lived/lives there.
I saw Kelsey Grammer’s interview on OWN & boy he made her out to be a B I T C H!!!!! She quite obviously needs the dough. He child support, alimoney & money she makes on RHOBH is not near enough to cover all this crap.

I love that house (sigh).. their Hawaii house also gorgeous. Not sure if it was her or him..but they had exquisite taste in real estate.
And the reason Kyles husband is not the agent??? Maybe Kyles mouth got in the way?
