There’s an explanation for Joe Gorga’s being pantless during the RHONJ’s trip to Napa. According to Melissa Gorga:
“He had a bet with Albie. My husband had these really nice swim shorts. These awesome swim shorts that I just bought for him, and so Albie wanted to wear them.
They had a bet and Albie won the bet, so he had to give his shorts to Albie. But they didn’t show that, so you’re just thinking he’s just walking around in his underwear.”
NOTE: HUH??? So, let’s regroup. PrinceAlbie saw the really nice swimwear of Joe Gorga’s and wanted said swimwear. HUH? What guy looks at another “man’s” swim trunks and wants them???

I didn’t notice cellulite. I did notice that he doesn’t work out his lower body. It is weirdly underdeveloped compared to his upper body. I see a lot of guys like that in the gym. They work the hell out of their upper body to look big, but neglect their lower body. They end up looking like gorillas. It ain’t a good look.
Now I will have to go back and find the part with the cellulite. I noticed it straight off. You are right about that whole work the upper not the lower body thing. Yuck. Not cute. I have a feeling Melissa will be selling those shorts on ebay real soon. I think her singing career is the Whorgas BLk. If a bank gives you a loan modification, as she has repeatedly stated and I have seen the documents somewhere online, you must prove that you cannot afford your mortgage. It is the banks way of keeping you from losing your home…..not because they care so much about you….but because they made a mistake by giving you too much money and if the home goes into foreclosure…they will never get a fraction of what you owe back. I just havent figured out yet if she really knows about her own financial mess or if she doing a Teresa…..turning a blind eye. Of course the only mention of the word bankruptcy at the reunion will be Mandy asking T about hers……and then Jax suddenly running off the stage.

I think her latest excuse for selling the mansion….the shore house she recently denied it was still up for sale…lie…is that they want to move to be closer to someone…cant remember who. Im losing track. She says so many things. Too much to remember when you lie. But the area they want to move to is like 8 miles or something away from where they are. Ridiculous. It will be much more amusing for me when their house of cards falls down than the Lauritas. Jax is guilty as sin but I dont think she started out with the evil intentions Melissa did. Plus I just find melissas whole persona revolting.
I thought the Gorgas had a builders loan, not a normal mortgage. Building loans are short term, and are more of show homes not homes that are typically lived in unless the builder/contractor is doing one house at a time. Typically they are NOT lived in and the bank knows it’s not a regular consumer home mortgage it’s a business loan essentially. I worked construction, many years ago, I started out working residential and for awhile worked on custom homes. Here is a little tip, contractors really make a ton of money on custom jobs. What you pay for a standard home, using standard blueprints, well, for a custom job the contractor adds more than 40% sometimes more. Depends on how many “upgrades” the customer wants, how many add on’s they want and ect. If you have a homeowner that changes their mind, a lot, such as the husband and wife can’t agree on their lighting plan or changer their minds several times a week. Had a couple that literally spent thousands on their lighting plan, the wife had me move all of the recessed kitchen lights by a couple inches then change her mind and move them back. I did this for weeks, and I told her I would have to charge her if I moved them back and forth. She was aware, and I told her this when we set up their lighting plan for the house. Any way, her husband came in during her move the lights back and forth, hey I was getting paid and she was aware how much it was costing her. He had a fit, she never told him, and the budget didn’t allow for any changes. I had her signature on the paper work I gave her to the extra work. The husband hit the ceiling, I told him, you get paid when you do at work, I do too, I didn’t change the plan, everyday for three weeks. Residential is a total hassle, give me Industrial any day, at least you can pry electrical engineers out of their offices and show them why their plan won’t work. Just saying, not that I am sticking up for any one of these guys that are living way beyond their means.
Ugh. I would rather do work for an average Joe anyday over wealthy people! My dad always said….wealthy people are wealthy for a reason, they dont spend their money. Yes, you are correct…the Gorgas HAD a construction loan. Here is where it gets fuzzy…depending on which Melissa interview you believe. One time she denied it was a spec house and said he built her a dream home. So that interview was a flat out denial of the construction. Another interview, she said that Joe built the house with the intention to sell for profit and move to another home he will build. I find that story more plausible. They did have a constructiin loan and moved into the still under construction home to create the illusion of wealth because they were lobbying Bravo for the spot on the show. When they got caught by the bank because it is not legal to live there under those circumstances in NJ…I am told…..they had to convert the loan to a mortagage. They could not sell the home for all the money they owe. IMO they figured their celebrity would increase the value if they stayed there longer. After the mortage was converted, at some point, they applied for a loan modification…..a dead giveaway of their true financial situation.

She is currently telling this story that they got an offer for full price on the shore house recently and turned it down. Why would you do that? She says shes not sure she wants to sell. Really???? The mansion and the shore house are tied together with a huge bank loan. If she sells the shore house first…I think the bank will want the whole thing settled and where will they get all that money? I think they need the mansion to sell first and that aint gonna happen. Asking way too much for it. They think their “celebrity” is worth extra cash on the mansion. Like 1.5 million extra! Maybe miniJoe can sell Joe Giudices tools for some cash.

I know exactly what you’re saying, (and I am, by no means, a banking expert) ,but if they sold the shore (whore) house for full price, couldn’t they apply that full amount to their other house loan to pay down that mortgage, and the banks would be doing a Happy Dance (kind of).

Can’t on a business loan, and a builders loan is essential that, it’s not a regular consumer mortgage. The agreement is for x amount of time, anywhere from one year to years. Depends on the bank, what the loan is for ( residential, light commercial, heavy commercial or industrial) and what the market is like at the time of the loan. Now, if they go to the bank and apply for a regular mortgage and pay off the builders loan, but terms are not the same nor is interest rates. Just saying.

Can you refuse an offer at selling price in NJ? I thought you had to either take an offer at full asking price or pull the house off the market for a number of months. Laws probably vary from state to state, but in my state you have to take the offer or take it off the market. This law is prevent discrimination–i.e., refusing to sell to someone because of their race or whatever. If you are selling it and someone offers to buy it, you have got to sell it or you can’t sell it to someone else for a while.
That definitely makes sense. And, I would also think the Real Estate agent is entitled to their commision for bringing a full price offer. (Again, I’m no banking, Realtor, Legal expert…just lil ol me).
I don’t know what its like in Jersey, but in our area, if you don’t sell a house on the lake during the summer, good luck finding a buyer willing to pay top dollar.

This RV trip has been interesting just watching the few seconds Carowhine forgets to hide her real feelings about PoisonJoe and his low class shenanigans. As she spends day after day with them…I see flickers of annoyance and disgust BUT she can’t say s@#t cause she has to stay on the Gorillga band wagon…priceless lol!! I also love love watching them ALL act like they have always been sooo wealthy that they just don’t get the commoners doing all that poor people stuff (like camping in very expensive RV’s, I sure can’t afford one)….when in ‘Reality” they are a closer match to the Beverly Hillbillies than the RHOBH (which isn’t saying much with some of that hot mess!
