Bravo Media’s “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” wreaks havoc on Napa Valley as Sunday night’s episode scored its highest rated episode of the season to date with 2.98 million total viewers and 1.79 million adults 18-49 up 34 percent and 38 percent respectively from last week’s episode (8/12/12) making Bravo the #1 cable network on television among adults 18-49 in the 10PM hour, according to Nielsen. The much anticipated episode revealed Joe Giudice’s harsh description of his wife, Teresa, stunning both her and viewers.
Bravo also delivered digital success as “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” recorded a remarkable 251 percent increase in page views, 131 percent increase in unique visitors and 58 percent increase in streams from the prior week’s day after premiere, earning its best day of the season to date for page views and unique visitors on both BravoTV.com and Bravo Mobile.
Next Sunday, August 26 at 10pm ET/PT, tune-in to “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” as temperatures aren’t the only thing rising as the Housewives round out their California trip with a relaxing dip in the hot tub. In one last confrontation between Teresa and Caroline, it looks as though some friendships are just beyond repair. Drag queen diva Elaine Lancaster isn’t a household name – yet. That can all change next month when Lancaster, aka James Davis, appears on a TV set near you as one of the leading ladies on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Miami.” This is the first time in the Housewives franchise that a drag queen will take center stage.
We caught the new Bravo star at popular gay club Score’s anniversary party this past weekend, asking her about her favorite South Florida hotspots.
Q: Where would you take friends and family if they were visiting SoFla?
A: In Broward, I like Rosie’s Bar and Grill in Wilton Manors. If I really wanted to impress them I would take them to a Tiffany Arieagus show. In Miami, I love the Villa (formerly the Versace Mansion), the SoHo Beach House. I do a party there called Bitch Bingo and it’s the most popular night. Last week, the had to turn 220 people away! And Score, of course, which is the hottest dance club right now.
Q: Tell us about your “Housewives” experience?
A: I haven’t seen it yet, but it’s supposed to premiere Sept. 13. I’m very fortunate to be on the show. Lea Black is my best friend and so together we go around and call people out. We’re both divas, but in a good way. I don’t do drag to be nasty. That benefits me or no one else. Let me shine light on good, but when somebody challenges me…watch out!
Q: Sounds vicious.
A: My philosophy is this: when you attack me or try to do something wrong to me or one of my friends – I have very few true friends in Florida – but the real ones I do have, I stick up for.
Q: I guess we’ll see that on the show.
A: The show is going to be fantastic. Last season was embarrasing – deplorable. It was like watching a train wreck – maybe worse than a train wreck! There was nothing there once you sifted through the rubble to try to make interesting.
Q: Elaine’s makeup always looks fab. What are your secrets?
A: My foundation is Mac, my powder is Coty and my compact is called Maja, a product sold at Navarro for $6. I’m developing a new makeup line, called “Precious” by Elaine Lancaster.

I was thinking that in the very beginning that was one of the things she was so proud of: they paid their bills, they had nannies, etc. because she had this incredible dream life. Maybe I imagined all that????
Melissa is all about competition so she had to compare and 1 up Teresa. She is the better Teresa. Why love Teresa, when you can love the younger, richer replica! You would think by previously watching the show she would know the NJ viewers are more interested in watching hands-on moms. This is why the NJ series is so popular.

I think she finally did her own hair and make up. That’s her nose without the trickery.
Nope that is a different nose. Different lips, and some sort of fillers or plumpers on her face. She doesn’t even look like herself.
I think you’re right! Saw another post of her today that MsSH has and her cheeks look like they have some filler too. That has nothing to do with make up.
I think the bigger upper lip is just drawing more attention to the already messed up nose. You just didn’t notice it as much before. Sometimes you just shouldn’t question your maker’s motives in not giving you this or that facial feature…lol.

After she had her lips injected, her nose looked HUGE because her big lips were now touching it! Some people (me included) made comments to that effect on here. Next thing you know, she is gettin’ her nose fixed. She definitely reads the blogs!

Makes her debut in her first season by portraying herself as a incredibly rich creaton that has no job and absolutely nothing to do all day yet needs an army of nannies to take care of her children.
In future seasons when she finally begins to market herself and actually has a job,she responds to the backlash of” your lazy ass doesn’t take care of your own children” by firing all the nannies and claming to be an earth mother, Martha Stuart type that any old world Mama would be proud to have her son married to.
MeGo we have seen this crap before, do your kids a favor and hire back the nannies. The singing and nights out promoting vodka are obviously more important and fun.
I wish Bravo would stop with forcing the horribly staged Manzo gay storylines and give us Elaine Lancaster. If they want to be cutting edge and promote diversity then give us the first Real DIVA housewife.

I’m sure you’ve all heard about this week’s new episode by now…I’m not happy about it but I signed up to be on a TV show…warts & all…
If there is any doubt that all of these shows are staged–think about this. 3 out of 5 of these women left small children behind with a hurricane heading straight for them. Say what you like about Teresa, Melissa and especially Jacqueline, I think if they had any choice in the matter they would not have left their kids in such a situation. Contracts meant they had a legal obligation to go on this stupid trip.
Of course they did.
They are making claims that this stuff is good for austic children is illegal without any scientific proof to back that up! I can not believe they are getting away with making claims such as this with no repercussions! It will be a matter of time before the Federal Trade Commission comes knocking.
I think they can get away with it since they are claiming a mom contacted them and told them about her experience. It’s a slippery slope, I’m sure. Personally, I don’t like it. It feels predatory.
One woman’s claim isn’t documentation. Albie was going to be an attorney? Oh yeah and I’m going to be a super model. He needs medical studies, laboratory trials to back this blk pile of bs up.

Mego had a nose job after season 4 finished filming and then started with the over the top lip injections. It/she was all over the place then (photographed) when she was trying to market that stupid song, “on display.” She probably is also now adding the fillers on her face which is a shame-she didn’t need any if this. Can’t stand her at all, but she was attractive before all this plastic look routine.
That would be Lookers second nose job then since pictures of her when she was in high school show her with a much wider nose and kinky hair.

I said this once before and these new ratings proved it once again – this show would be NOTHING WITHOUT YOU! You have Andy and Bravo by the balls! Negotiate hard for next season, reunion show, your own show and whatever else! It does not matter how much MissAndy likes or dislikes you or your husband – people tune in every week to see YOU – not the other people. All of those other people are interchangeable – YOU ARE NOT! MissAndy is not god – he has a job and boss too – NBC. His primary job is to keep up those ratings!! No ratings – no money – no show – no job!!!

I wonder sometimes if Teresa asked for more money when she found out her Joey Melissa Kathy and Rich was going to be on he show and it led to Caroline and Jacq. dislike for her when they found out. Remember 3′s company…. they ended up not talking to Suzanne when she asked for more. There certainly wouldn’t be a storyline if she walked or if she didn’t participate and did what some say Dina did…. didn’t bring any drama to the show did every day boring things to get out of her contract.
Entree is right ! Go for it Tre. Who would watch 60 minutes of Don caro breastfeeding the smirk brothers while Lapband waits her turn. And waits…and waits..and waits.
I am livid about the Manzo/Laurita sleazy tactics. I guess they think they are being slick by saying that a “customer” BELIEVES this product helped her child. They walked right up to the line and even if that didn’t step over it legally the deception amounts to playing jump rope with the line of ethics. I doubt that any such customer exists and I am disgusted with these horrid people attempting to manipulate vulnerable parents for profit. Just awful. Shame on them.
Furthermore, if Albie truly believes that this BLK cures neurological disorders now that the “understands the science” and he has been downing a WHOLE bottle a day(a WHOLE bottle folks) then I expect to see his ass re-enrolled in law school… or is he gonna have to up his intake to two WHOLE bottles a day to accomplish that feat?
