If I remember correctly, Sheree and Lawrence were on WWHL once, and Sheree went into detail about the house, including how the land was in her mother’s name but the house was in her name. Well, if that’s the case, the house is hers, she admitted it, and lawyers can try to go after it, especially when she owes them money.
The lawyer is smart enough not to bother with that house. I’ve heard the neighbors are up inarms over the size of the house and are trying to block completion.
Wonder what’s up with all these Housewives people that build and buy huge houses that they can’t afford? Think about Tre and Juicy, Melissa and JoeG, and now Jaxs and Chris might lose their house too.
How can she get a bank loan to build a house on property that someone else owns?? That makes no sense to me.
I have NEVER seen the Manzos or the Lauritas drinking BLK in their everyday, casual settings.
I never have either, LOL.
I remember one time (maybe the 2nd season?) I saw Jax walking holding a bottle of black sludge…and said to myself “is she drinking soda while walking…wouldn’t she prefer water?” I think she took one sip…..and that was the last time I saw anyone Laurita/Manzo pretending to “drink” BLK lol

Toatally off the subject, but I watched 23 mins of the “Manzo plus 1 yesterday. When they showed Caro talking about Tres marriage and then the 3 saying it was ok, the remote changed the station all on it’s own LMAO.
They didnt drink it one time on the California trip.
But they did have on those really cutting edge BLK t-shirts, which, after Vito’s little display will probably become the outfit of choice for flashers world wide.
And when the water biz goes pfffftt they can still wear them at their Booty-Lishus Karwash! With lapband and asslee as the BLK gurlz!!
I suppose you got a point there Who. The BLK distributing “office” is right down the street from a peep show place so Chriddopher can get a whole gaggle of gals from that sad lot… ya know just in case Ashlee and Lauren are too lazy to warsh cars.

BLK water was such a big expensive mistake. I can not imagine anyone looking at black water and thinking, ‘hmm, there’s a good investment.’ They can’t be very bright. It just mystified me.

It really is..the stuff just does not look refreshing or appetizing. What were they thinking..that their STAR POWER could sell crap to the masses..ugh.At least you can get a buzz off of the booze some of the RHladies like Ramona& Tree sell even it isn’t great.
ITA- it’s such a shame that this many family members would be that dumb. People who drink bottled water tend to be more health conscious or to quench thirst- this black stuff could never be mistaken for something clean and pure. Notice how they ALL have weight problems, too- every one of em…these people are not good examples of a healthy lifestyle either
I am wondering if The Feds will take whatever $$ blk is worth for the Laurita’s to pay back the $$ they bled from his apparell company. There were 4 people (Lauritas) named, Chris and Jack being two. Total of $8 million, guessing $4 mill per couple. Jack’s home $1.5 mill (?) cars $200 thou (?) Chris claimed on show all his $ was invested in blk — I am totally guessing numbers here, but it will be intetesting how this scenerio pans out. At the very least they should have to downsize. Unless some magic, se ret, MOB money appears to bail them out?? Chris is super shady. Not his first dance with bankruptcy, he was sued by Amex, etc.. I only pray all their skeletons fall into the press-the way they have smuged & judged Tre/Joe…it is only fair imo.

I hope Andy will ask Jac to explain her bankruptcy issues at the reunion so we get to see how well Jac explains it all. I might be wrong, but I think if it can be proven that the BLK investment money came from his bankrupt clothing company, then the Feds could possibly grab that to repay creditors. It won’t matter that it’s a different company. The Feds will simply say it’s the same (missing) money.

I may be wrong here but I thought that they were promoting the product and distributing it. I don’t think they actually own BLK. Wasn’t the lawsuit brought about because the owners had already had an agreement the a company in Canada? In which case they would or could take the promotion company and any profits. Wasn’t the reason for the Napa trip because they were also going to start promoting their wine?
I am not clear on the particulars. Nothing ever came of that wine. But housewives Chris and Albie both said they invested all their money in BLK. So the question remains, where did Chris get the money to invest? If he is in such hot water for bleeding his other company then this is a fair question.
I’m not a lawyer, but I believe the creditors of Signature apparel are suing to pierce the corporate veil that is currently protecting Chris and Jax personal assets. While they may not own the BLK product itself, they do have interest in the company they established to promote it. But my guess is that he is playing the same shell game with that company as he did with Signature – bleeding the corporate money for cars, etc. He may not have drawn a paycheck from BLK yet, but you can be damned sure that he is using the assets of that company to maintain their lifestyle.
So all of his bellyaching about BLK not doing so well may be a performance for the benefit of his Signature creditors. He’s not stupid enough to go on television and brag about how much $$ he is making while the threat to his personal assets exists. If BLK is being carried in as many stores as they claim, he is making money on it. I guarantee they will be guarded about the financial success of the product until the Signature mess is cleared up.
Does anyone know the name of the coporation they created to promote this crap? Wouldn’t their articles of incoporation be public information?
I would love to see who is listed as officers of the corporation, or if he has his name anywhere on them. They probably listed Santino the Dog as the President and CFO.

The Manzo’s are total idiots. Water such as Vitamin Water is manufactured in many colors (red, blue, green, orange), but never black. The educated marketing geniuses of major corporations have never suggested marketing water that is black. However, the manzo geniuses decided that black would “take the world by storm”. What a bunch of losers!
Actually, the fulvic/humic acids would turn the water black naturally. The problem I see is if they are cutting corners by not using highly purified Sping water that is unchlorinated and does not contain flouride. I read they recently dropped the
Spring Water” from the label and switched bottlers. All hatred of the Manzo’s aside – don’t drink this stuff!
They acknowledged on the Canadian trip that the US version of the sludge was not bottled in Canada. I’m not sure that necessarily means that it is made using NJ tap water, as some have suggested. Truth be told, very little bottled water is actually “spring” water. It starts out as tap water and goes through tons of filtration, UV light, reverse osmosis, etc, which removes the chlorine and the flouride–just like a home filtration system. The reason not to drink the stuff, as somebody else pointed out, is that you don’t know how much fulvic acid you’re actually getting–that, and it tastes like crap!! Oh, and it’s really expensive. And tastes like crap. And puts money into the moronzos pockets.
That’s reason enough for me to avoid it.
If the Manzos did not have this show BLK sales – assuming there are any – would disappear.
The same fate awaits any of these losers once the plug is pulled and this franchise finally is put out of its misery.
Cookbooks, cosmetics, handbags, couture lines, jewelry, cds, sludge, toaster ovens, and whatever label they manage to slap their names on would vaporize quickly.
The only castmate with any recognizable “talent” belongs to – of all people! – Ashley/Ashlee/Ashli whose art work seems to have potential if she would just apply herself. The same for LuAnn’s Victoria whose artwork – even if considered “dark” – demonstrates that they each can at least create something that is real.
Each of these young woman could probably support themselves through their own creativity if they choose to do so. Unlike the rest of these people whose only claim to fame is to be as vulgar and as unmotivated as they are as “reality stars”.
with all due respect Pat, I disagree. I have purchased two of Teresa’s cookbooks and love them both. Even if she is no longer on Bravo, I will buy her cookbooks. I have been dying to try her Fabellini because I LOVE Bellinis, but so far, haven’t found it anywhere in my area.

I don’t care if she seems like a fink on the show- I’ll buy a good tasting low cal wine anyway. Only problem is it’s still more calories than a glass of reg champagne (127 vs 95), imo she nees to get the calories down more.
I also purchased two of her books and I love them! In Skinny Italian, the Bolognese (sp?) sauce is amazing! In Fast & Fit, the stuffed portabello mushrooms are now a requested item at all of our cookouts.

I kinda get it…we had a toaster oven where I used to work, and it works well for cooking things like bagels with toppings, and you get a crispy oven baked taste that is better than a microwave. But I doubt I will run and buy an over priced one just because Sonja and a naked dude are on the box!
I use my toaster oven a lot. It is good for toasting little things like sesame seeds or almonds or cooking frozen junk food that microwaving will not make crisp. Sonja’s toaster oven gets such ridicule that I am embarrassed to admit that I get a lot of use out of mine. I mean, it is goofy to think you can cook actual meals in there as Sonja claims. Granted, we have a huge walk in pantry where the toaster oven resides in ignominy, hidden from view.
Oooh, toasted seeds and crisp junk food, you are makin me hungry. I may need to go get my own toaster oven now…lol!
Hey! My son likes his frozen taquitos crispy! I make a really cool asian inspired salad that calls for toasted almonds and sesame seeds. It doesn’t make much sense to use the oven to toast them. I also like my hamburger buns toasted and they won’t fit in the toaster. *Hangs head in shame* I wouldn’t spend a penny on Sonja’s toaster oven, I like my ’80s era imitation wood exterior model.

It could be a good idea if she put out the recipe book w/ it. If she becomes informed on the dangers of microwaving and used those facts to promote her product she might be able to snare a base of customers to start a trend.

Thanks. I thought for sure they would make use of the product placement opportunities. Which brings me to another question, is Bravo getting a piece of the BKL water profits? If so, then Bravo dropped the ball as well. And if so then this could be another reason that Manzos and Lauritas seethe over Tree getting camera time devoted to her cookbook signings. Remember when Caroline and Jax got sooo pissed that Tree mentioned her NYTimes best seller status at Jamie’s wedding reception? Why they get mad? unless…..

I believe that Bravo gets 10% of everything the HW’s sell. Not sure how it would work with BLK, but I’m assuming that they wouldn’t allow the constant endorsements if they weren’t getting a cut.
Side note- I find Ramoaner super obnoxious, but at least she drinks her own wine. The fact that none of the Manzo’s every drink the water is very telling.
The Manzo/Laurita’s investment in blk was a risk, and unfortunately, it didn’t pay off.
Maybe if they had the popularity of Bethenny, Teresa (Which, interestingly enough, is one of the reasons why they don’t like her), or even Lisa Vanderpump, then maybe investing with blk would have paid off (Although because of the color and the lack of information exactly WHAT fulvic minerals are and WHY it’s good for people, that still probably wouldn’t have happened, but it probably would have helped).
I agree…that’s their biggest resentment towards Teresa…she “does” and they “can’t.” However, I wonder, as some others have speculated, if they recruited her to help promote BLK (intending to capitalize on her popularity / marketabilty), and she turned them down. Too risky a venture for her to ruin HER “brand.” Makes sense to me, especially with all of their, “She stepped on our business opportunities, and that’s why we don’t like her.”

Teresa jumped out of the starting gate with her products and marketing while the rest were still lounging on Jax deck or partying at the Brownstone . Tre worked social media to plug her products and is very successful in doing so. My guess is Don Caro went into volcanic eruptions when Tre was selected for Celebrity Apprentice. Quite sure Chuckie thought it should be Prince Albie was meant to sit at Donal trump’s table. All speculation on my part. really curious if the Manzoid/laurita’s were hoping for a little BLk product placement via Teresa on Celebrity Apprentice? Strictly conjecture on my part. Fabellini sounds delicious but BLK water? Not sa much.
We all want the best for our children but there comes a time when they have to realize the only way they are going to have something in life is to earn it. So far, I have not seen the Manzo boys (or Lauren) lift a finger. Bravo has only so much use for them and when they have used up their usefulness, Bravo will not hesitate a second to kick them to the curb. Teresa, on the other hand, has built herself a career and something to continue making money with even after the demise of the housewives shows. Teresa has grit, tenacity and a work ethic. More power to her and may the Manzos and the rest of the lazy skanks who pick on her end up pushing shopping carts filled with aluminum cans.
i really don’t know about chris’s first business, but i sure do hope he was incorporated, and i hope he is incorporated with blk. too. that way they cannot go after personal assets. one thing i don’t understand is that chris has said that blk. has to work, but he is on a weekly tv show and never has anyone drinking the stuff. maybe if people saw them drinking it more, they’d have more confidence in the water.
