Kim Richards is getting encouragement from her twitter fans to write a book! That’s all anyone needs is ANOTHER Housewife book! HOWEVER… it is interesting that not even HagfaceKyle’s book publisher has approached Kim about a book! Kim’s might be the only Housewife book worth reading!

Over in Franklin Lakes, Caroline Manzo’s home is valued at $1,709,606 and mortgage payments are estimated at $6,398 per month. The house of Manzo’s sister-in-law, Jacqueline Laurita, is valued at $1,881,008 and mortgage payments are estimated at $6,687 per month.
The home of Kathy Wakile, in Wayne, is valued at less than half of the majority of the other housewives’ homes, with Zillow estimating its market value at $591,506. Estimated mortgage payments are $2,103.

I think it’s way too early for Kim to write a book about her sobriety. Maybe in a decade or so when it’s proven to be real.
Top Chef Masters is in Las Vegas this cycle. Not filmed at ‘The Palms’. I thought that was a bit of interesting trivia.
Since the Maloof’s own The Palms, I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Maybe Adrienne is not coming back & Bravo didn’t want to do any business with the family?
The Maloof’s have not been the majority owners of The Palms for awhile now…Harrahs corp/Caesars entertainment owns The Palms…George Maloof just manages it.

I can believe this. That house is really ugly! Everytime they show that master bath, I gag! Tre should have hired somone to help her choose the finishes on her house. Also the outside is not attractive. It just looks large and nothing more!

Yes you’re correct, but I believe Kathy uses fillers etc. Kim I don’t think does. Kathy was born in ’59. Kim in ’64 and Kyle in ’69. Kim’s act career list is at least 2 1/2 times the length of HagfaceKyle’s acting credits. Big Kathy was married 5 times to 4 guys. She married number 3 twice divorced him prior to Kathy’s engagement to the Hilton’s as he was “connected” and she didn’t want that to interfere and so after Kathy married into money Big Kathy remarried #3. Both her first two marriages were shotgun weddings. The Richards wedding being a married man with kids got a divorce and married Big Kathy. So I do believe that a lot was put on Kim growing up to keep the money coming while Big Kathy tried to hit it big and always missed the brass ring and Kyle just couldn’t quite measure up to Kim in those years and resented her for it. Truly was a whater happened to Baby Jane story with a little tweaking. A lot of hurt in that family. Not the Hilton’s I am talking about Big Kathy, Little Kathy, Kim & Kyle. The Hilton’s are probably a
whole other can of worms.
Kim looks awful from so much booze and drugs.
She really has aged a lot in the past 2 years alone, in my opinion.

I absolutely hate how Vyle constantly mooshes her lips together, working her lip gloss. It makes her look like witch. Well, since she acts like one, it figures but sheesh.
Definitely not buying any of what Brandi is selling. Sad really. Felt like she’s one RHW ya could see through her skinny facade from a mile away. She’s entertaining though. Her snarky comments are gold. Definitely want her close by to get the dish…on other people.
Why are their mtge payments so low? Is the mtgd part minimal? Did they put a lot down (doubt it!!)?? Houses on LI that are $500,000 have a montly mtge payment of close to $4,000 (with 20% down). Confused……………… I’d think Caroline’s payments would be more like $13,000/mo. especially since they just got that house a few years ago.

kathy and kim look like two middle-aged women trying to look 20 in those dresses. hideous look. as for kim writing a book, that would be a great idea. she needs the money. also, there are still people out there who were fans of “nanny and the professor.” kyle may have been on tv as a kid too, but i only recognized kim’s name when the housewives were announced. as for her sobriety, she doesn’t have to be 10 years sober. her ending can be that it’s a day-by-day thing, and will be for the rest of her life. there is no cure. one can be sober for 20 yrs and fall off the wagon. so the fact that she has been sober just a short period of times means nothing. i think she has a story in her regarding her life and not just want she did, but how it all impacted her. don’t forget she had a bf or fiance who was murdered. if her mom was married so many times, that alone is a a story. had to be hard on all the girls. i have read that kathy is not very nice. thinks cause she is married to a hilton, she is better than everyone. also, you have to wonder why kyl was helping to finance kim’s house,etc., and not kathy hilton. mauricio does very well. he and kyl are far poor, but let’s face it, the hiltons have way more money. so where has kathy been when it comes to kim? i think kim has a lot of hurt in her and anger too, and maybe that is why she is the alcoholic in the family. a book might be very healthy for her to write. she might be able to figure out herself for once and for all.
I know I’m late on this but I could not agree more with you angryinnv. Kim is the whole reason I began watching BH. She is a big part of my childhood memories, witch mountain movies were my absolute favs. And to be honest, I always thought it was a really young Kim who had played Alica on Little House and didn’t know that Kyle existed till BH. Also, I would so buy and read a book about Kim by Kim and I know that MANY 70′s and 80′s kids would too. That chick was everywhere and guest stared on all the popular shows. And remember ladies, the world was much more misogynistic then than it is now. I seriously doubt any of you could have handled her life any better.
