Brooks Ayers, Vicki Gunvalson…
So… what’s new with Brooks Ayers???
Last we heard, Brooks cleared up his debt to NANNY. NOTE: The total amount of the debt, $6009, included over $3,000 in court and attorney fees. Too bad he didn’t pay it off back in 2009!
Brooks has told SH that he is still attempting to settle his back child support issued with BabyMAMA “Nic”… and that he is still proceeding with a lawsuit against ABCNews for the quickly-slapped-together piece re his child support issues.
However, when asked HOW he is making these attempts, Brooks has yet to reply… there will be MORE re BabyMAMA “Nic” coming up on SH!
NOTE: Brooks has also mentioned that he dislikes the moniker “Crooks”! SH told Brooks/Crooks that another name may be in the works… any suggestions??
ALSO… it has always amazed SH at how fast ABCNews put together that six minutes with BabyMAMA “Nic.” Who the hell did BabyMAMA know at ABCNews to make all that happen? Have no idea if this person even comes into play with it all… but if you were not aware, American Idol contestant, Pia Toscano is BabyMAMA’s niece.

He don’t like Crooks? Then Crooks it shall remain. We need to keep sniffin on his trail because I suspect massive amounts of shady dealings in this Crooks past. He is just too touchy about the Crooks label. Maybe its just a coincidence?
What do you know Madepiley, what do you know. I totally agree with you, this guy has alot of shady things in his past and we haven’t seen the rest of it. As you point out he could be involved with Medicare fraud.
Could explain why he doesn’t want to be “interrogated” by Brianna about what he does for a living. Also could be why his lawsuit will never see the light off day because 20/20 lawyers will surely dig up anything and everything he is trying to hide. He has to know this.
In that video of him by those people, (not sure what it was, Mike&Dana?), he called himself something like a “healthcare venture capitalist”. Not sure what that means, other than a guy who tries to skim money outta the healthcare industry. Sooo classy. As if the healthcare industry doesn’t have enough issues, we need the likes of ole Crooksy in there “facilitating” and wheelin-dealin to make a buck.
Crooks is so full of it regarding his lawsuit against ABC. There wouldn’t be an attorney anywhere that would take the case without a huge retainer fee. Doubt Ms. Vicki is willing to shell out $100K for starters on a lawsuit that will go no where.
Too bad about him not liking his moniker. Can Ms.SH or her readers help it that it fits his behavior so perfectly? Hooks or Tooks would work, but just doesn’t have the same ring to it.

It’s their way of looking unconcerned/tough while dodging the bullets. I have a feeling the insults hurt CROOKS’ feelings more than he’d like to let on. He’s a sensitive, affirmation type of dude. Mike Lindstrom must be kicking himself for even trying to “help” CROOKS. He tarnished his own reputation in the process. I can’t wait to see his flimsy lawsuit to 20/20 (if there ever is one)

Clearly both of you were out of your league and no matter how many “Ayers” you try to put on its easy to see that you have your claws dug in deep. he won’t sue 20/20 because they didn’t lie. there is no merit to this case. can we call him “crooks errors?” – sort of another way of saying “ayers.” if you think it sucks, that’s ok. it probably does suck.
I love how the drama continues for these OC HWs throughout the year. Tamra is now accusing Alexis of buying (or probably renting) Twitter followers. Her followers started to drop after the show ended, but then suddenly increased by a whopping 30,000 in a matter of days! Ironically, Micah Tanous previously accused ALL of them of paying to increase their perceived popularity online. How shallow can one group of women be? I’m surprised Crooks hasn’t done the same to pump up the volume on his handful of Twitter followers.
So, now that I have had a good night’s sleep and drank my morning coffee, I have more questions for Crooks.
1. Isn’t it a FACT that he owed Nanny for uncompensated nanny services. Doesn’t that mean he stole her services. Doesn’t a crook steal things. Therefore, isn’t he a CROOK?
2. Isn’t it a FACT that he owes his landlord $25,000 in unpaid rent? Doesn’t that mean he stole the time he lived in the house from his landlord. Doesn’t a crook steal things. Therefore, isn’t hea CROOK?
3. Isn’t it a FACT that he has not paid child support for his EXTRA child? Doesn’t that mean he has deprived that child of adequate food and clothing? Wouldn’t that mean he is stealing comfort from his EXTRA child? Wouldn’t that make him a CROOK?
Number 1 is a proven fact because he paid Nanny. Number 2 is a proven fact because MS SH has published the court evidence. The only one he may be able to squirm his way out of is number 3 if a DNA test proves the extra child is not his. So, Crooks, why don’t you come forward to MS SH and explain exactly why you object to being called a Crook? Please. I’ll be more than happy to stop calling you a crook then.
Yea, I know, I need a life. Unfortunately, with the 10 additional cats I just adopted yesterday I think the chances of me getting a life are about as remote as Crooks not being a crook.

After the ABCNews report, he said/tweeted he was all caught up. Now he’s working on it? If he continues with the lawsuit against ABCNews, I sure hope that deposition gets leaked. “Crooks” seems appropriate to me.
Vicki OOPS he was caught up with his ex-wife, not extra baby’s mama. Now Vicki OOPS he has got to get caught up with extra baby’s mama. At least, that’s what I have interpreted by what Crooks has said.
