I’m not sure if they’re implants, unless she got them done recently. She looks like she lost a TON of weight, grew her hair and colored it……. I don’t think she’s “all that” either. She’s like a (very) poor man’s version of Barbra Streisand.

You would think Sonja should have figured out being a red head on RH is the kiss of death if she wants to stay on the show. Examples, Jill Z. and Caroline (I am hoping she is gone after this season).
I like Ms Sonya and think her new hair color is fabulous! I agree, there comes a time when women have to settle down, LOL. I think there are a few out there though that just have young souls that never seem mature. I worked in an office a few years ago, there were about 10 of us and all in our early 40s with the exception of one. The one exception was in her early 60s and she was always the one to come in on Monday mornings hung over from dancing and partying all weekend. She had more energy and spunk than the rest of everyone else put together! I can’t fault Sonya for getting out there in a short dress, all glammed up with her bubbas popping out while I sit behind my computer commenting on blogs in my pajamas, LOL.
What I have liked about Sonja in the past was that she was kind. We would often see her trying to de-escalate arguments. Sonja also seemed to have a lot of good energy. Positive energy is great at any age.
Listen, I am not one that thinks that at a certain age, one should wear over sized clothing, elastic waistband polyester pants with over shirts or even worse, BLK Men’s T Shirts……but at the same time trying to dress from the Jr’s Dept. can make one look pathetic.
What Sonja needs to learn is that Less is More! Her dress has a deep plunging neckline, side cutouts, backless and is too short. Then she has way too much hair and makeup. Trust me, I LOVE hair and makeup…….it is my business!! IMO there is nothing worse, than a Drunk, Loud, older woman! More like the Joke, rather than the Life of the Party. And showing ones Bare Ass is Never Cool! IMO, Lisa Vanderpump is a perfect example of sexy, and super cool mature woman! Then we have Ickie, she always looks awful! Like a sausage casing that is too small, too short and too plunging. Ick!
Sonja is unhappy and stuck in the past. In order to move forward, she needs to figure out who “The Real Sonja” is. When and if Sonja ever truly becomes happy and comfortable with Sonja on the inside, it will show on the outside and that will be a great Sonja!
I agree with both above commentors…I like Sonja too. I feel sorry for her.. Ramona got it right about her. Wonder if she ever got her products going.
She has that “save me” personality. I really think she needs someone to take care of her. She sits back and seems to let others take the lead a lot, or uses her “girly charm” to get what she needs. Problem being, she is not that girl anymore. She is a grown woman, that probably got by in life with her looks and a smile, now that is all getting older, what does she do now? For the record, I think she is pretty for her age. Sometimes I think we compare people on t.v. to others on t.v., but in real life, she is pretty compared to the masses of 40+ women.
Agree with all your points, which makes it more poignant for her…the aging homecoming queen syndrome. I think Sonja is very pretty and good for her for hanging on to her nose…it suits her. The fact that her Morgan hubby was quite senior in age to her falls in line with using one’s charms I think. Hope for the best for her.
Someone needs to tell Sonja her age; that dress looks ridiculous!! and her hair color makes her look older. She needs to stop trying so hard. PHONY!!!
I truly do not care for LuLu at all. She is far too phony for me, but, I have to say that both LuLu and Aviva have killer bodies! They look to be in excellent shape. They also both dress beautifully.Their hair is beautifully styled and their makeup always looks fresh and beautiful. Sonja should take a page from both Aviva and LuLu, they are all about the same age.
Remember, Sonja was angry because the “tall women”, LuLu in particular enter a room first and in Sonja’s words, they steal her thunder because she is short. Actually, I think that no one bothers to look at Sonja with admiration because she looks foolish. She has bad posture and she is in horrible shape.
I think Sonja is really a beautiful woman but her plastic surgeon needs to be put to pasture…those implants are distractingly horrific! Why do people want to look like that? So sad. I’m sure her real smaller chest was much sexier.

I was a red head once unintentionally. For some reason my big sis decided to drag me around by my feet in circles on the carpeted floor. My mother being the attentive mother she was came about 30 minutes later to answer my calls for help! My sister, out weighing me by 50 or 60 lbs, gave me the standard loving advice, (if you tell I’m going to pound you!). So, when my mother asked what was wrong I replied oh nothing and turned to go down the hallway. What I didn’t know is the hair off the back of my head was missing, I was balder than underneath my Dad’s comb-over. My mother bit her lip trying to muffle her laughter and spat out,” oh my god, your a redhead!”

I love red hair! But, not all women look good in red. I don’t think that Sonja looks good at all as a redhead, it makes her look older and her features look harsh. I also think that Sonja is wearing a wig.

I like the red hair it makes her eyes look pretty. I liked her as a blonde too she looked very regal. I prefer Sonja’s style when it is a little more elegant. This was a fun high spirited event and I think she wanted to bring it on so I like it for this event not ever day though.
