Maybe the reason Crooks has been quiet on twitter is that he has been issued a Writ of Bodily Attachment … by NANNY, not BabyMAMA “Nic”… in other words, he has to appear in front of the Indiana Court! THEY’RE BRINGIN’ HIM IN…
A writ of bodily attachment is an order by the court commanding a sheriff or other official to physically bring before the court a person who is guilty of contempt of court. Rules vary by local law and court rules.
Crooks has contacted the courts… and provided the courts with his new address. What will be next?? A check submitted to settle the amount owed to Nanny??? Where would Crook get the money???
Is this involving the issues with his “extra kid”? Or something else?

Writing a check to the nanny at this point may not clear up the matter. He’s been found in contempt of court, and may still have to appear before a Judge to respond to the writ. Maybe he can “AskDanAnd Mike” for legal advice!
I doubt that the OC Sheriff will come knocking on Brooks’ door at 6:00 AM any time soon. But if he ever gets pulled over and they run his Drivers License, he may be making a trip to the Gray Bar Hotel until they contact authorities in Indiana to determine his status.
