I did put out that I would speak about doing an interview with In Touch! I decided to go with a mag that would be better. My choice. I was never under contract before, but I am now. I am here on social media to answer your questions once the mag puts out the story. There will be a lot, and a lot of people hating me.
I believe it’s smart to come forward for my own safety and to keep my name from being dragged through the mud by them. I did [post a link with pics of proof] for a few people before I had the contract signed and then it was taken down [the great thing is they kept their word]. Some others have speculated that the mistress would be Danielle. I swear to God I thought the same thing! The roxypoxy tweets sound like her! The paranoria about threats to her safety, the way she gives little “hints” and then pulls back – it sounds just like Danielle. But, she refers to herself as a “trust fund baby” – D is in the middle of a bankruptcy. Setting aside the trust fund comment, any income D produces while she is in bankruptcy would go to her creditors – right?
I’d be lying if I said it wouldn’t be satisfying to see that crew brought down a peg or two, but Jacs kids don’t deserve that. On top of the bankruptcy, it might be too much for that family to withstand.
Bravo is all about drama and creating it for the show has anyone else wondered if this isnt from anyones camp but a Bravo intern (or producer)doing it to create drama and conflict.

It does appear to be a wee bit coincidental that Roxy posts Jax’x tweets yesterday and today some “person” with “Roxy” as part of their twitter moniker appears with some tantalizing teaser about Chris Laurita? As I said, for me, a wee bit too coincidental.
If I were Roxy I would definitely look at anything alleging to have been received from “RoxyPoxy” with a jaundiced eye. In other words, source anything that is going to allege any impropriety, moral or legal, or she could find herself at the business end of a lawsuit. Especially now that her site is a “business.” If you just maintain a website as a hobby (which is why this retired old lady will never, ever feature advertising), you get sued for liable – your homeowner’s insurance will provide you with legal representation. I know this because I once had to cover such an issue. If you’re a business (i.e., making money) the mouthpiece is on you.
I was waiting for this. Guess what . . . Chris Laurita is a public figure. To recover in a defamation suit, not only does he have to prove that it was false (he said, she said) but he has to prove that it was done with actual malice (high standard) and that his reputation suffered. The general public and the US Attorneys office already thinks he’s a fraud for pillaging his company. So how exactly has he been damaged, even if the girl is lying and even if he could show actual malice.
I am firmly on Team Teresa and I don’t believe that any of this is true. I remember when she hit the twitterverse with her claims and just as then, I don’t believe her. This whole thing sounds like something Ashlee would write for Buzznet. I could see a Tre fan doing this but I could also see someone in the Manzo camp doing this and having a great laugh at all of Tre’s fans who are going bat $hit crazy over Jax going down.
I’m not from Missouri, but “show me”. I won’t believe any of this until there is irrefutable proof that she is not lying.
Haven’t read all of the responses yet, but my thoughts keep going back to a nanny or live in babysitter that the Lauritas may have had. She would have been present during filming…behind the scene talks with camera people and producers, and of course the conversations between Chris, Jacq and whoever else, either live or overhearing phone calls. Most importantly she’d have had access to Chris.
to add. I started scrolling up and read a thought that maybe it’s Ashlee. Maybe one of Ashlee’s girlfriends? This Roxy person sounds super young to me.

I believe her and as one commentor said the Bravo hint is a dozy. There has been alot of rumor about Bravo producers being in the pocket of the Manzo’s and Lauritas for a long time. If that is the case then it makes sense for her not to go to Bravo because they won’t or wouldn’t take the info or take it and not do anything about it. I think she isn’t a trust fund baby, she was being taken care of by Chris. And with his money drying up he probably has went cheap with her in alot of things. No money no more play Chris and she won’t keep her mouth shut (Is Chris Bubba Jax or is Bubba Jax Jax from her trying to say what all BLK water did for people).
And remember in alot of things fighting and in fighting with words, it’s best to be the first to attack. This way the ones defending have to spend all there time defending and not thinking of a strategic attack on the individual.
Ya, maybe “trust fund baby” is a sly way of saying she’s Chris’s sugar baby, and he puts money in her bank account. Now that Chris is scrambling for money, she is going to come forward with the affair and stuff he told her about the show.
I never would spend any money on the magazines of which Teresa graces the cover. I get my HWs gossip fix on the internet. That said, I am not above reading those same magzines when having a pedicure or having my hair done. I hope to read the roxypoxy story one day and want it to be super juicy. So juicy that I feel the need to comment on it to my hairdresser and pedicurist. (They are too classy to watch the HWs so they won’t know what I am talking about.) The story needs lots of sex and intrigue, liberally sprinkled with scandal, about the finances and morality of the Manzos and Lauritas. I can’t wait. Not holding my breath. Don’t see how it helps or hurts Teresa. It won’t cure her faults or glorify her achievements.

Regarding the Danielle angle—- I remember in the 1 st episode of Season 2, Jac said she and Danielle were “peaceful acquaintances” because Chris didn’t want her to hang out with Danielle. Jac said Chris felt strongly about it and I thought at the time, why does he even care? He was the one who told Danielle she was always welcome in his home at the table-flipping Season 1 finale. What did Danielle do to Chris? hmmmmm. I always thought that Jac showed more anger toward Danielle than was justified (at least by what was shown on camera). Jac called Danielle “Dirty D” in her Season 2 blogs. I think Jac is showing more anger toward Tre in a similar way…I mean Jac having a breakdown before the Reunion show? There has to be something else going on at home and will we ever hear the truth from Jac?
I wonder if this RoxyPoxy person could be the reason why Jac was a no show at last season’s reunion? Maybe she knew that something was going to come out and she may have thought it would go down at the fashion show? I wonder if the girl was there also?

It all depends, they could be waiting for when the reunion show is to be filmed (next month). Also they could be fact checking some things to make sure and if this is so big then they know that it could change the whole show and it’s face by the fact that one if not two of the RHONJ are being outed as the biggest hypocrites ever. Also I remember that she did send a private investigator to follow everyone, and she did get alot of information. I tell you something about the Brownstone is not right (my opinion and what Teresa said on the last reunion about Brownstone and their finances).

I’m not on anyone’s side this season…I was a Tree fan during season 1, but now I’m pretty neutral. That being said, this all seems a little fishy and too good to be true for Tree fans. Of these housewives, I probably like her the best…and that’s not saying a lot. These people act like two year olds with the immaturity, back stabbing, and gossip. The kids are no better. Their parents set the example for them and it isn’t a very good one. It’s a little sad.
Curious could this be what Caroline & Jacq. Mean by read between the lines because they know that this out there and they believe Teresa put this person up to it, just like Caroline insinuated back on season 1 that Danielle did something to Dina or wanted too? Could this be what all the cryptic comments are from C&J. I think the outting of Melissas past putting in question her either a stripper or bartender at strip club they believe it was done at Teresa’s behest to expose her to get even for her contacting Danielle. I wouldn’t doubt if Melissa set it up to make it look like Teresa did it to gain fans and have viewers turn on Teresa and just maybe they are floating this ( possible rumor) to set her up to take the blame or even Kim G. I think the same thing. We’ve seen how they’ve relentlessly tried to put Teresa in a bad light. I have every reason to believe they would set her up as the villain if any of their crap came to light.

This is my first, and possibly only, post and I realize that I’m nearly a week behind the most recent responses. Kudos to SH on refusing to buy into RoxyPoxy and the bull he/she is spewing.
My first red flag was RP’s comments on how many people were following her tweets. That tells me he/she’s a troll and nothing more. Anyone familiar with USENET when it was relevant can tell you that a troll posts SOLELY for responses. That is a troll’s reason for being.
Second. “Poxy”? As in Pox? As in disease? No one would choose that name for themselves unless they were playing games. Ok, I’ll admit that there’s a slight chance (given the level of intelligence I’ve seen from many posters on the Bravo Blogs and other fan sites) that Roxy didn’t realize that Poxy wasn’t just a cute rhyme. As a side note I am not casting aspersions on the folks posting here. There’s a reason I picked this site for my comments.
I don’t believe RoxyPoxy is part of anyone’s team, I think he/she did this to see how much interest he/she could generate, how many sites would repost the tweets and how many people could be conned into believing the mash-up of innuendo that comprises his/her “revelations”.
