Princess Caroline isn’t the first woman to wear a cape. Hell I’ve worn various variations for over 20 years now. [insert extreme eye roll were needed]
Does anyone else think that Ms. Carole talks as is she’s above the others? Like I’m the expert in all things! I am now in my COOL DOWNTOWN phase floating trying to figure out “who I am”. When you other ladies grow up you’ll understand.
I do not get the superiority vibe from Caroline. I get, “The things I do to sell another book. I’ve gotten myself onto a show with some of the most attention hungry, petty, irrational classless women, I’ve ever had the displeasure of socializing with.”
You could be right. I just interpret her differently.
I get the vibe Carole thinks this whole thing is ridiculous. And I agree with her. And I do think she is a little more “grown up” than the other ladies.
I agree so completely. I don’t see her as being a snob – at all. She just IS
cool. She doesn’t need to tell anyone. And she doesn’t try. Her native
intelligence is so above the others…it is pretty obvious. I wish she would come
back for another season, but I doubt it. I think she just wanted a unique
journalistic experience. I find her fascinating, non judgmental, and very, very
funny…all the qualities missing on RHNJ.

Many dislike LuAnn I know. Honestly don’t have a problem with her myself. She may be uppity but she the same uppity we first met I believe. Maybe not mine or yours kind of gal? But I’ll take one who doesn’t waste my minute trying to figure out is this girl real now or last week? Avia or however it’s spelled annoys me! Besides being freaked about everything and needing her hubby to breathe who is she? She is making a horrible brown stain on her nose from being up nutty Ra’Moan-Awws bootie! With the way Heather speaks out I’m guessing before this seasons over Avia will be concerned with mending her own bootie when Heather rips her a new one. Gossip Girl!
LuAnn is consistent and I can take her over Ramona any day of the week.

All the new women have “interesting” teeth. Are overbites and prominent teeth a ‘NYC’ thing of an “affluent east coast woman’ thing? It is strange that all three women selected by Bravo to replace the NY ladies have this same prominent feature.

I like Carol. If she seems aloof I think it may be because she doesn’t take herself so seriously like the others do. She isn’t puffed up with self importance and certainly doesn’t have to prove herself to anyone. She’s been around the world enough to keep things in perspective. She has already had a rich, full life. I especially like her witty dead on observations on the other woman. I’d love to have more like her on the show.
OC: Doubt if Carole will agree to another season of the RHONY. Carole is slumming it as a HW to push her book…and as a favor to MissAndy. MissAndy needed a “real” NYC ‘socialite’ with great name and preferably a title bigger than CountlessLuAnn to pump up RHONY ratings. Ratings might increase after Aviva Drescher loses it on Ramona in St. Barts… TFC!! SH
Gina: Ramona says that Aviva became “Possessed” while in St. Barts… something to look forward to! Maybe Aviva bats Ramona around with one of her legs! LOL!! TFC!! SH

Oh, one more thing. About Carol’s teeth, yes I’ve stared at them too. You can’t miss them! But I’ve come to see that it shows that Carol isn’t obsessed with her looks. And that’s a good thing!
Like a Hippie out of time. She honestly IMO has a wonderful gift with words. And she may the best thing since butter? She can be/do whatever floats her boat because like you I’m sure money isn’t her reason for being on show.
Ms. SH: Hmm any possibility that if Carole moves out here to LA to write for her show that she might end up on the RHBeverly Hiils. I would love for her replace Taylor! That show needs some class too.

I admit I tried that a time or two myself. First time I ever saw it done was on Mommie Dearest. And then this one time. I got into my stepmom’s MaryKay and slathered on a thick coating of cleanser thinking it was the mask I had always seen her doing. She was none to happy bout that.
