I was surprised at how entertaining Mike Tyson was. I didn’t think much of him for biting Holyfields ears off but he made me laugh when he went on about Tree going bankrupt and living in a mansion.
Well, Mike Tyson is no stranger to bankruptcy himself.
Exactly and that was his brilliant sense of humor. When he said, “I don’t know how they do it. How we do it?! ….Only in America can you be broke & live in a mansion.”
MM: Although IronMike’s statement WAS humorous, after watching him on WWHL and on other interviews, it appears that he doesn’t realize he’s being funny. What he says comes out funny. He seemed surprised that his off-the-cuff remarks were getting laughs on WWHL. However… whichever is the case, IronMike was a great guest and it would be great to see him again! This time he was there to push his B’way play… next time, he’ll want bigtime CASH outta Andy/Bravo! LOL!! TFC! SH

I kinda felt the same way. Everyone was acting like he is just the nicest guy and in the back of my mind, all I kept thinking about was the fact that he’s raped a woman and was physically abusive to his first wife. I like that he said he was clean and sober now, but it’s hard to look past all the horrible things Mike Tyson has done in the past.
Miss Andy hates women and doesn’t care about them being raped. But, boy, let someone utter a gay slur and his little underoos will get in a twist faster than you can say “loose butt hole”.

I thought Mike tyson was very funny and entertaining, even though he was bashing “my idol”. I thought he should come back on WWHL. anywho, you all make great points and you are all right! no matter how entertaining he was, he raped someone and bit off someone elses ear and abused his wife (robin givens). I guess everyone the Manzo/Gorgas are fine with his bankruptcy and I am sure that hot mess has driven drunk plenty of times. Caroline, I am glad he is welcome in your house. Maybe you can have Lauren show him around the house while you are setting the table!

Mike Tyson has paid his dues to society and has moved on with his life and deserves to be shown the same consideration as anyone else who has a checkered past. People can change and should not be judged by their past and he has rehabilitated himself. Watch his documentary!! For all of you who have judged him, just remembered that Judge and Ye Shall Be Judged Says The Lord!! Get ready for condemning a man who has paid his restitution and moved on to bigger and better things! I was pleasantly delighted that he was able to show a side of himself that made me laugh!! Kudos to you Mike T…and to Bravo and Andy and MeGo and JoGo!! You were all a delight to watch and although I was nervous for Andy to have such a potential “volatile” character on his show…Thank goodness that it went great!! Big ratings grabber and it was certainly a 5 Star Show and a stellar nite for all!!

Considering the draw of Mike Tyson and his 2m+ twitter followers we thought he’d boost the ratings for WWHL, but with it only being watched by 1,392,000 (demo 0.60) it only retained 55% of the RHoNJ lead-in. We’d anticipated anywhere between 1.5-1.8m for this episode of WWHL and are very surprised it couldn’t get above even 1.4m. Anyway we’re sure that Teresa Giudice’s fans will be thrilled that Melissa’s appearance fell well short of Teresa’s three weeks ago.
