The war between “Real Housewife of New York’’ Aviva Drescher and real estate scion Harry Dubin escalated with a skirmish in a Hamptons gourmet shop as a court battle looms.

Drescher, 41, scolded her ex-husband in the upscale Golden Pear shop recently in Southampton Village over his alleged failure to pay support for their son, Harrison, 10.
The Bravo star lost it when she saw Dubin buying piles of pricey sandwiches, indicating he’s allegedly living high on the hog while owing about $344,372 in child support and other payments.
“You better fix this!’’ Drescher yelled. “How dare you buy sandwiches at the Golden Pear and not pay your child support?’’ NOTE: Would have been better for Harry to shop at Schmidt’s and had it all delivered!

But Dubin, 47, who was chatting up a blonde, claimed he wasn’t picking up the tab for all of the grub, four wraps and four paninis, The Post’s Kieran Crowley reports.
“I’m heartbroken that you’re not taking any responsibility,’’ Drescher told him.
“Good,’’ Dubin replied sarcastically, a spy said.
A source claims Dubin’s wealthy parents, Elizabeth and Richard, were footing his bills for their grandson till three years ago.

“It pains me to see Harry and his family abandoning a child, emotionally, physically and financially,’’ said Drescher, when asked about the couple’s dispute. “This can all be resolved.’’
Drescher’s new lawyer, Jason Barbara, said he’ll ask a Manhattan judge to lock up Dubin for nonpayment of court-ordered support: “He’s living like a king,’’ he said. “He’s a big shot, except for when it comes to his child support obligations.’’
The Hamptons source further claimed Dubin’s been staying at a family estate there and frequents the exclusive Southampton Bath and Tennis Club. They added that he dines at Lavo and The Mark in the city. “His bar tab alone is tremendous,’’ the source said.
A bench warrant was issued in May after Dubin failed to appear in court, but was dropped as we previously reported. Dubin, who has visitation with his son, has previously denied the charges and said, “The amount I owe is minuscule.” NOTE: Then PAY IT, Dubin!!
Dubin and his parents could not be reached for comment.

How about they do some sort of show about the HW Deadbeat Dad’s where they are locked in a room until they can come up with the childsupport they owe? I’d say a small room with no a/c or heat (depending on the season)….no way out until they cough up the dough?
Now this is sad.. Here’s a man who actually have the means to support his Child, but just Simply won’t… Crooksy&Slade look like The Fathers of the yr compared to him…
Crooksy and Slade could pay child support, too. They simply need to get a job. But, I know what you mean, Harry probably only need make a phone call.
Did they get this on film?This guy sounds like a real piece of work? He’s a ho and a lousy dad. Big surprise. Bravo sure knows how to pick the one’s we will hate.
4 wraps and 4 paninis? Doesn’t sound like a very expensive meal… He does need to pay up, though. Geesh, I live in podunk,FL and can’t get back owed support for my kids, why do I watch “rich people” squabble over it?
Anyhoo, I think the picture with Aviva is not with Harrison (10). I’d say that is Hudson (Brandon?), I don’t know. I’ve never changed my dogs names, much less my children’s. Heck, I’ve never even changed mine!
Thanks for the photo of hounddog Dubin. I find it shocking that fancy housewives Sonja and Luann climbed into the sac with such a(n) (fill in synonym for ugly, crude-looking, coarse-looking, etc) man. Ughhh…no thanks.
