holy snatchabitches faceoff! isn’t anesthesia dangerous the more you go under and older you get? maybe she’s doing in office visits? didn’t she say Paul isn’t her dr. cause they are married? something is wrong about life when you look younger at 45 than you did at 18.
in the first picture what is wrong with her ear,it is down to her neck.

Why is it impossible to find pictures of her before she was 40 years old?? She’s about 51 or 52 yrs. old now, and I’ve never seen a picture of her real, pre-plastic surgery face. I’d love to see one, but it seems she’s scrubbed the Internet clean of any such images. What other explanation could there be??

Adrienne looks fantastic now. I love Paul and Adrienne when they interact like that. They put a much needed smile on my face. Hopefully she can go back to being the nice person she was on S1.
Gross. I’m all for tweaking something that really bothers you, or fixing a deformity like a huge crooked nose, lopsided boobs, or even badly sagging eyelids. But this kind of surgery is just stupid. I have only had one surgery, a c-section, and that traumatized me for life. I can not imagine constantly being cut and sewn just to appear younger.
I hear ya! I had convinced myself that I wanted a tummy tuck. I was GOING to do it. I went online and started looking at before after pics. and realized exactly what it was I was about to do and I promptly changed my mind! So what if I never wear a tiny bikini again I could not do it.
Now who’s going to give her a fashion make over and take that nasty pink lipstick away?

Something tells me her nose is what would be totally different in any pictures where she was significantly younger. I wonder what her natural hair color is.
Yes, her nose is totally different, but much more too, IMHO. She’s had major surgery on her nose, eyes, and cheeks, to say the very least. I believe her pre-surgery photos would look radically different than her current face. She seems to be going for that sex-kitten look, but probably started out as an average looking girl with a very athletic figure. And nothing wrong with the tweaks, as far as I’m concerned. I’m just fascinated by those “before” pics and would love to compare!
I seem to recall that she is of Lebanse descent so her original nose may have been a bit more ethnic and back in the 80′s and 90′s many surgeons didn’t seem to know what to do with nose’s like that. My good friend is Lebanse and unlike her sister she was too scared to get a nose job. Now she is glad she didn’t because she finally grew into her nose while the sister ended up with a pinched Adrienne look. It seems that if you drastically change the structure of your face you start to look really strange as you age. Now that I look at her it seems her face is full of fillers and that is one trend I don’t understand. There seem to make you look bloated the majority of the time. Then you look decent for about a month then its time for more injections!
There are photos of her pre-new face..type her name in Bing search engine under “images”and you will see her…you won’t recognize her..she is so dramatically changed from her old face that she could safely say she is in the witness protection program.
When the RHBH first came on the telly , I did a search of her images. Her pre-new face came up rather quickly in the “images” list on Bing. It is now scrubbed clean of those old images…so I take back my statement above. However, I will not take back my opinion as to the dramatic difference between the new Adrienne and old Adrienne. Not being a fan of the “pinched” nose look, a la Joan Rivers, she is approaching just about as far as she can go with re-working her face. She has changed her makeup colors in the latter photos and taken off those hideous, heavy fake eyelashes and in the process has become, in my eyes, far more beautiful.
Having previously had a face-lift myself and the “life style” lift involving “threads”, I know it fails over the years…but now, being over 65, I feel it’s mind over matter…if I don’t mind, it doesn’t matter.
Trust me, she showed her “other face” at the Reunion Show when she and Vyle went after Lisa.
Maybe it’s me but does anyone else think they’re starting to look alike? Especially in the nose/cheek area? lol
2012…She looks like an android. How much more can a face swell. Why do these women insist on looking like aliens…like Cher/Joan Rivers. Maybe it’s me…but….I don’t see how that is attractive. What happened to looking like a real human being?
Does it mean I am a terrible person if I am sitting here hoping that Adrienne has at least one former friend who is bitter enough to share a before picture or twenty of her original face.
