According to MTO, Kendra Davis pushed Kim Zolciak outta the Roswell house last night!
”Kim Zolciak from the Atlanta Housewives was PUT OUT of her rented home last night. As we told you last week, Kim had been RENTING a home from Atlanta socialite Kendra Davis – and that Kendra had issued LEGAL PAPERS to have Kim evicted.
Well we’re told that last night, Kim and her family were FORCED to move out of Kendra’s home. And we’re told that Kim is right now staying with family.”
NOTE: Although both Kim and Kroy have homes in the area, they are probably occupied by renters; therefore, IF the above is true, Kim would be forced to stay with her family.

I don’t know how it works in Atlanta but that is pretty quick to get into court and serve them with papers. It takes at least 3 months here if you’re lucky. It’s got to be a bitter pill to go from that residence to a Residence Inn.
cyn, many of the southern states have laws that favor the landlord, versus laws that favor the tenant. You’re right, in your location, three months would be a quick eviction. When we had rentals there, it took us six months to get people out in a couple of instances.
If Kendra went to the court last week they will give Kim a letter and she has 10 days to reply If Kim doesn’t reply than the judge can issue an eviction notice which will be another 3 to 7 days. If Kim replies that she is in the process of moving the judge normally will give her up to 30 days.
Bottom line evictions do not happen that quick in Georgia. The story on MTO is bs

They sent Kendra an Intent To Move letter on March 29th.Or e-mail rather. That letter serves the same purpose as if Kendra wrote it to them, telling them to move out. March is the last month they paid rent. They’ve been squatting for over two months. It must be 2 months in that county/state. I know it’s 2 months here in Washington. What a mess for her daughters. I hope they learn who their mother really is soon.
Leases are different even in the same state. The lease I have, I can be evicted within 5 days of non-payment. If I don’t pay by the first day of the month, I can be evicted on the sixth day. The Sheriff’s department will come and put you out. It depends on the lease. I
have never heard of it taking 3 months anywhere. The landlord would go broke.

I really was starting to like the new Kim with Kroy, girls and baby making complete family. Except for her foul mouth no matter who’s in the room. However, I wish she would stop show boating and embarrassing herself and Kroy. I’m afraid it’s going to hurt is career, not to mention his bank account the way she blows and goes. These shows usually air many months after they have ended in the US at other countries. Networks wont allow you to see them because nobody will tune in to watch once is being broadcasted. That is the reason, not no big brother conspiracy.

I don’t trust anything Kim says. How do the other Atlanta wives/players REALLY feel about this negative publicity? Kroy may be a talented player, but it’s a TEAM sport. He can’t do it without them. The team will not intentionally lose, but they WILL rally to prove a player is not indispensable.
Huh? How does a NFL football team rally to prove a DE is not indispensable? There is no way a defense can prove a DE is not indispensable. The pass rush is one of the most important aspects of any defense and the DE is indispensable. The DE position is part of the defensive line and is responsible for containment. Not talking about a WR here.
My point was the individual player is NOT indispensable. I understand the team science of football. Kroy can be replaced.

Generally, the QB’s wife is the queen of the ball, but I’ve read that Brent Grimes’ (2nd highest paid Falcon) wife is more than a little aggressive on twitter. Given Kroy is on the lower end of the starting roster pay scale, Kim wouldn’t be very high on the pecking order.
Living in 2 cities with teams, can say that I’ve never even known (even in the local media) who the ‘wives’ were. If someone pointed one out to me, I wouldn’t know who they were. When these Ball shows came out, I thought it was hilarious how big their egos were (on the show). Do not think they are a representation of the majority, who probably live relatively low key lives.
Many of the player’s wives in the various cities I’ve lived , save Phoenix, were quite active in charity work. I wasn’t living in Phoenix when Kurt Warner was the QB, but I think his wife did a lot of community work during his time there.

Both Kendra and Kim got EXACTLY what they deserve. Kendra is an opportunist who knew what she was getting into when doing business with Kim. Kim’s goal is to spend as little money from her own pocket as possible. Kendra wanted access to BRAVO’s cameras and Kim wanted a false interpretation of wealth. They tried to dupe each other and got duped! If things had worked out, Kendra would’ve recovered her losses with a HW contract (from her “interior decorating” services). Kim had no intent to buy that house–ever; Kendra now sees this and she’s pissed. Bottom line? Kim needs to pack-up those smoke infested wigs and GTFO! Hopefully, this time around Kroy won’t be seen lifting furniture and such. It’s the NFL baby! That money is not guaranteed. Ha!

Dead on panda, dead on. I knew about porta potties 3 years ago. It’s a very secret thing to those girls who do that because the money is so good. What Kim does or did is escort UTR (Under the radar). Ask yourself how she was able to know that Miami realestate developer last season when the girls went to stay at one of his beach front mansions. This is a hot mess. I am not sure about Kendra’s motivation, she seemed like a nice person when they were shown. I think Kim is a user and abuser. She uses people and claims them as her friends as long as it’s a beneficial situation. Everyone is her “love” when she needs something from them, once that is done they are just trash. Personally, as shallow as she seems, I think the clock is also ticking on Kroy. She is enchanted now because he brings her into a respectable light, unlike what she had with Lee, but the minute he gets hurt and his contract evaporates so will she. wait a second I do not know about GA law but you have to give someone notice before you evict them you cant call them up the day after a lease expires and say move today. Something isnt being told. Standard leases I have signed say if you stay past the Lease expiration date you will pay month to month or a prorated rate.

Read the lease that they had. I was cancelled on May 31st by Kroy Biermann. The effect of that was there was no month to month. They were supposed to be gone on May 31 (period). They just didn’t go. The lease is on the internet along with the notice from Kroy Via e-mail.
