Cynthia Bailey’s “model” search is going to Charlotte to find the **cough, cough** next top model while teaching model hopefuls a thing or two about fashion.

NOTE: Cynthia and her Bailey Agency joined with Jet Magazine for a “model” search being filmed for the next season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Filming with Cynthia was Kenya Moore and Sharlinda Parker… the two NEW ATL Housewives.
Kenya was very vocal about the quality of the models during the Jet/Bailey Agency “Model” Search as first reported by “TalkingWithTami.”

EVERYBODY KNOOOOOWS… that this “model search” is simply a rinky-dink money-making scheme for Cynthia and Peter Thomas, as mentioned previously on SH back in January. FYI: Cynthia’s manager contacted SH claiming inaccuracies in the January post (in exchange for a PERSONAL interview with Cynthia…SH declined).

Sucka born every minute. How can Cynthia sleep at night knowing that she is just filling these girls heads with a whole buncha hog warsh? I thought she was bettter n that.
Note to all your pretties out there: You dont have to pay to be a model. People pay you. That’s how it works in the big cities. ATL is a big enough city to pay too so go get some dont give some.
It works that way in smaller cities too. My oldest did local stuff and made good money and I got paid for my time to take her.She was 12 when she started and did it until she went off to school. 2nd oldest went to a modeling school in middle school it was great for her self esteem. At 5 foot no one gave her the expectations of being a model.She loved the photo and commercial shoots.In the end playing soccer was more important. IMO Cynthia is targeting the wrong age group.
She has been doing this long enough and the “Agency” has been opened long enough where she should have models booked!!! Sounds like a scam to me!!
Tyra Banks has already said that you shouldn’t have to pay to get into modeling outside of pictures and stuff you set up for yourself, but never an agency. Cynthia knows this and is just trying to use her celebrity to capitalize on people’s naivety. She know dang on darn well that these people will never be accepted into the finicky world of modeling.
This may be why she had that lil on camera meeting with Russel Simmons. So he could tell her ON CAMERA to open her school to girls that might want to work behind the scenes… thata way she can take money from the talls AND the smalls of ALT’s young hopefuls and people wont question it.
