Shayne Lamas at Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Barney’s “Wines By Wives” launch party…
Quite an interesting suggestion via ROL … that Shayne Lamas is in talks with the OC producers to fill a slot as a Housewife on the Real Housewives of Orange County.
Hmmmm…. how could this be??? Certainly the OC producers could NOT be this deviously devilish as to allow Nik Richie’s wife entrance into the gated OC community!
After all, Nik’s site, “The Dirty,” has not been kind to the majority of the OC Housewives… in particular, Gretchen **BLEEEEEECH** Rossi; Alexis ‘Brainless’ Bellino and Jimbo; and ‘Can’t wait to be promoted to full-time OC HW’ Sarah Winchester. (Just do a search on “The Dirty”…)
It is a telling sign, however, that Mrs. Richie was a guest at the “Wines By Wives” launch party recently… and Wretched, Alexis and Jimbo, nor Sarah were nowhere to be seen!
NOTE: If Shayne Lamas does accept a golden ticket from Bravo, it will be VERY interesting to see which of the present OC Housewives are desperate enough to continue, knowing that their dirty laundry will be exposed.
Wretched has continually brushed rumors off and tries to make lawsuits go away (Wretched and Slimey settled with RonAnn Myers recently. RonAnn sued when Wretched and Slimey screwed her outta partnership in Wretched Beaute and Wretched Handbags…).
this would be an interesting addition. are they currently filming? it’s so hard to keep up with the various production schedules.
Shayne and co. had a camera crew in tow not too long ago under the guise she was pitching her very own reality tv show. No idiot in their right mind would foot the bill for another Livin’ with Lamas train-wreck. Her hubby has been very, very been mum on the entire issue which is odd for someone who regurgitates diarrhea on a regular basis. Alas, it was Bravo after all..

yes, that one took me quite a while. i had to stalk the reclusive bimbo ostrich to personally pluck some of its feathers. it is exquisite, if i must say so myself.
This is an observation, when you watch old movies( which I am obssessed with) you always notice that the definition of beauty certainly changes throughout the decades. To me it seems that when people that are considered beautiful( and I know that alot of you will not think Tamara is beautiful, but for the sake of the argument stick with me a sec.) in this era do reto hairstyles like the fingerwave variation that Tamara is sporting above it never looks attractive. When some one like Dita Von Tease does it she looks natural( I use that term losely of course) like she could have walk straight out of one of those movies but she certainly does not look like the plastic fantastic images we see today. Like I said just an observation, you can all pound me to ashes now. lol
I totally see what you are saying. I could not imagine Marlyn Monroe in a long fall and a Pilates body. I like watching old movies too but mostly just to watch the background stuff and see how things have changed soooo much….like when people used to have to call an operator to place a local call and the phone numbers have letters in them… or better yet are the older movies that were supposed to be set in the future. I cant remember which one I was watching but it was filmed in the 60′s or so and they kinda sorta have GPS technology but it was cute they way it was portrayed. Moves with telephone booths on them are worth like 5 points.
@ Ms. MP I love watching retro movies too! Everyone seemed so glamorous as well I get good hair and styling ideas too. I also love Mad Men too the costumes, hair and set designs are wonderful
I see what you are saying as well, some faces are “timeless” i.e. you can put them in any era or decade. I think Dita von Teese is a good example of having a timeless look. I don’t know if anyone watches Mad Men but it is so jarring to see the main cast dressed in 21st century clothing at Red Carpet or press events, since they all seem so retro and fit the time period so well, of course genius costume designing and makeup help as well. I also think that less is more with a lot of the Housewives, The OC housewives have been on Oprah and in several magazines and were given “makeunders” and all of the women look so much more modern, young, and fresh when they are dressed age appropriately covered up and have toned down makeup and hair.
I saw Tamra on TMZ on TV, and I was shocked at how much prettier she looked with less makeup on.
I was not prepared for Vicki’s closeout….EGADS! You know, I might not mind Shayne on RHOC…although I’m not fond of her husband, I sorta like her. Her family is a bunch of kookoos & she comes off as a bit of a ditz but I like her.
Would be sumpin to see what happens when Nik sees his wife get ripped to shreds like he rips up college girls. Ya know what’s weird? I think Tamera was responsible for feeding The Dirty some of the Gretchen stuff. So its just like the Evolution producers to wait till Tamera and Gretchen make nice with one another before they bring in his wife. Seems like they might have had this planned for a while. Now the stage is totally set for Alexsis to buddy up with her by default and then justify her alliance to the wife of the interweb devil himself.
Didn’t the Lamas family have a reality show on E? I’m embarrassed that I know this, I hope she is not a new addition, her husband, in my opinion, run’s one of the most misogynistic, demeaning and degrading websites on the internet. IMO.
I watched it too Pink Lady and they are very kooky. If I remember correctly Shane’s mama is a plastic surgery nightmare and there was a lot of friction between her dad and brother because the son slept with Daddy’s new wife who is a younger version of his first wife, very plastic , big boobs long hair, I think she is semi famous but I can’t remember how.

I remember that, I kept getting everyone confused at first the ex and the girlfriend especially. I do remember though liking everything that Shane Lamas wore though, she had a very cute sense of style. But the show was a train wreck I was surprised it was not renewed.
does anyone remember a few years ago, Larenzo was a judge on a compitition show looking for models? He would sit at the judges table with a lazer pointer(No Kyle Richards was not the first reality idiot to do this) and point out all the girls physical faults, like” you need to get rid of that”, pointing out her muffin top, etc. Makes me wonder if this is the kind of crap he pulled on his exes that made them all go over board with the plastic surgery.

This is so funny, but my mother has the biggest crush on George Clooney although she is more of the generation of his Aunt, Rosemary Clooney. One day she was exhaulting praises upon George and asked my teen age daugher at the time her opinion, my daughter said, “I don’t think he is cute ;he’s an old man” which to her he was. My Mother shocked us all to the core by then asking my daughter if she was a lesbian! I could not belive it! In my whole life my Mother had never been so bold as to ask anyone private questions like, “why did you divorce” or even “how old are you” to her things like that were private but her mind was so boggled by my daughters perception of her pretend boyfriend that is the only thing she could precieve. lol
So what she was implying is that if you don’t find George Clooney attractive you have to be swimming in the lady pond.Lol. Eventually we all grow into characters given half the chance.

I wondered if she ment it as a joke but that kind of joke is so not in her repertoire, my daughter was only about 14 at the time and I think discussing ANYTHING about boys, girls, anything with her granny was beyond humiliating. My mother, I guess can not fathom any other reason we would not love George, I don’t think she follows his politics however because she is very conservative and I don’t want to ruin her pretend relationship with George by telling her lol!
If they do this, it’s being done to out people pure and simple. Many times TMZ and other rags won’t publish things that are too our their in fear of being sued or it’s not verified etc. etc.. Nick allows people anybody that knows or somewhat knows to tell a story in anonymity and so people are quick to say things that Jim Bellino is scamming this or Alexis is doing that or Gretchen and Slade has a plan and they mistakenly told someone they thought they trusted. I hope she does get picked, and it’s going to be funny for alot of people, do they stay or do they go. Because you have someone that runs a successful gossip rag that at first seems like a rumor and then turns to truth after enough information comes out.

Yes I do and not only her either. Jim Bellino is a very very shady character and I bet he doesn’t like anything coming out that is about his scams (oops, I mean businesses). And having a gossip website wife part of the group scares him also. The last thing he wants or needs is information getting to the group. One that I think is most damning is Alexis’s ex friend Peggy Tanous, word is that the reason why Peggy was trying to talk to Alexis and Jim didn’t want to be around Peggy was the fact that she lost a child that may or may not have been his back when they where dating.
It looked like she really wanted to say something to Tamara but she held her tongue and she really wanted to say something to Alexis but she ran.

I agree MP….I’d have so much more respect for Vicki if she acted her age. Instead she acts like a giddy teenager and it is so unbecoming.
Great post Ms.SH….by hiring the author the dirty maybe Bravo is trying to improve their “press”. Some of the dirty is pretty raw and seems to be a great site to slam anyone you hate. Do you think they will try to woo you so you start writing good pr for them? What cast would you join?
I think it’s really odd (unless as above mentioned, a result of Bravo trying to garner good press). It’s like worlds are colliding, if they have someone connected with rag mags, gossip sites that specifically target reality tv to enter their realm.
If she gets on the show it is gonna be dra-ma. I saw her and her hubby on Dr. Phil a while ago, and they seemed to be really self-absorbed, plastic, nasty people. I think she will be like a Sarah times 10….super whiny and shallow. And no one is gonna want to take her on, for fear of what her husband will post…
