As mentioned earlier, Lisa VanderpumpRump’s new show, SUR, got the greenlight from Bravo!
“SUR” (working title)
Best known as one of The Real Housewives of BeverlyHills, Lisa Vanderpump opens the salacious kitchen doors of her exclusive Hollywood restaurant and lounge, SUR. Declaring it the sexiest establishment she’s ever owned and “the place you take your mistress,” Lisa rules over her lively and mischievous staff with a platinum fist.
NOTE: Maybe Cedric will stop by SUR for a drink!
This may be a good show, I really like Lisa. But didn’t Kyle open up a Consignment shop (thats the new word for thrift store) a couple of doors down from SUR. I guess she wants some spill over from the spin off. YOu know that Kyle wants a spin off big time.

There goes her celebrity clientele. Who gives a crap about what goes on with her restaurant staff. I swear, Bravo would film a show about people using the restroom if they thought they could make a buck. So sick of it.
gessie, what do you mean they WOULD?? How about all the bathroom scenes at game night, the scenes with Kim at the Sur opening, the Ramoanster’s “I’m pregnant” episode on NY and the utterly unforgettable MeGo/JoGo at the beach changing hut as well as the shower scene??? I think the potty train has already left the station!!

You know Cedric thinks Lisa has stolen his idea for the show. The restaurant world behind the kitchen doors is not pretty and I’m sure Cyn1 could share some fun stories about that..
This will attract even more celebs. Hollywood is full of fame whores from A-list to D-list they all shop at and dine at the places that the paps are known to camp out at aka The Grove, The Ivy, and what not. I hear it all the time from insiders that there are hundreds of better places for celebs to shop and eat yet we always see them out at the same locales.
I think this show has the potential to do well. I wonder how much camera time Lisa will have on it. I think it’s supposed to focus more on the staff than her.
You are probably right, but I’m not watching it. And I don’t know about the A listers.
If they do it in the same manner they did with NeNe eating out with her assistant and two really big name stars came over and said HEY to her the show will not be a go for long. It was so staged.
In S1 of BHHW, there were quite a few scenes of Lisa prepping SUR for the day. They even showed how she went to the floral district to individually choose and arrange the flowers.
I was fascinated and look forward to the show.
Thank the Lord… a way to watch Lisa without seeing Taylor!!
And ughh… please no lame Kyle Consignment popping up in it either! Sheesh.
ughhh, I won’t be watching , can’t stand the Bethany spin out, and Lisa’s, I’m not even giving it a chance !
