According to the temporary restraining order which was obtained in Dallas, Texas, “the court examined the pleadings and affidavit of Dimitri Charalambopoulos, and finds that Dimitri Charalambopoulos is entitled to a temporary restraining order restraining Lisa Chynoweth from releasing any deposition transcripts or videos regarding this case to anyone, directly or indirectly, for any reason…”

“If you go to the press, I have lawyers that are beyond what you can imagine and they will pull stuff on you and you will be so mortified about your life and your family and what you have done. You don’t want to do that to Marcus. I will desecrate you, believe me, and that I can do, so be careful what you say and what you do because my defamation attorneys are huge…they will hunt down and research every nook and cranny of your life,” Camille says during the phone call.
Camille Grammer… “Oh, don’t worry, honey… I’ll pay her off, but I can’t do nuthin’ about your brother…”
NOTE: SH called the fact that Camille wasn’t going to be back for season three of the RHOBH months ago… the REAL reason. Camille has been going the “I need to spend more time with my kids” and “my kids want my attention” routine as her reasons for declining the Bravo golden invitation.
The REAL reasons involve her boyfriend, Dimwitri LuckyCharms… not only does Camille want to keep his babyMama’s mouth shut, but Camille would rather NOT the fact that Dimwirti’s brother is the “Silver City Ripper” get out. Too bad for Camille. She may be able to pay off Dimwitri’s babyMama; but, Dimwitri’s brother being the “Silver City Ripper” is public information… which SH shared with readers back in January… HERE.

I just don’t get it,what does Camille see in this guy? I always thought that Camille would go for a very succesful, rich kind of guy somewhat powerful and with a lot of presence, and here she is with this guy who is broke, has child support issues and on top of that looks like hell on that deposition, he is twirling his hair, unable to articulate very well, sweaty, completely frazle.

I never bought “the good edit” this yr. i thought it was all a dodge and weave kind of year. it was obvious @ game night that she beat it out of there. Grifter was trying to drag her down at tea party- her reaction was “oh no you don’t.”. Jersey girl couldn’t help herself (I’m a jersey girl too). She did not engage at beach party. Guarantee she had her spin docs grilling her before the party to keep her cool. Total props to her PR team for the amazing shine they put on her. There is no way she could have kept that up for another season!

I am glad I never bought her act, I always knew that the Camille from season 1 was the real one. I have been through divorce and even though it is very stressful, it never changed my personality, so I never bought that theory. She has always been a major entitled b^$# who thinks that because she has money she can by whoever she wants.
I am just curious though as to why she chose this guy, and I also wonder how would she feel if (before she got married) Kelsey’s girlfriend at the time would have call her and spoke to her like she did to this woman on this phone call.
No wonder she didn’t sign for this coming season, she knew all this was coming to haunt her. Smart decision.
I for one am not going to immediately jump on the Camille is crazy bandwagon. As a woman who has been divorced and been put through absolute HELL and back by my ex and his new honey I understand how these things escalate. We really do not know the whole story here. The ex BabyMama could be jealous and angry that her ex is loafing around all day living a very lavish lifestyle while she is taking care of their child. Clearly BabyMama has some issues. She stuck around for how long waiting for Dimwit to commit to her and he left her high and dry. That doesn’t signal high self-esteem or stability to me.
Camille didn’t threaten the child, she’s asking BabyMama if she wants to put her son through all this mess by continuing to go to the press and make public the family’s dirty laundry. Honestly Camille has a legitimate point. All the blogs were slamming Camille for dogging on Kelsey’s man business because they have kids together. Well that seems to be what BabyMama is trying to do to Dimwit and Camille and yet no one has a problem with that?!
I’m not condoning what the Dimwit is doing because his first responsibilty should be to his child not his new girlfriend. I agree, we didn’t hear the whole conversation or any previous conversations. I also don’t think informing someone that you have lawyers and will pursue defamation is considered a threat, you have a legal right to tell people you will take legal action. Also, I thought when you record a phone call without the other party’s consent you could not use it in court?
The law regarding even being able to legally record a telephone conversation varies by state. The issue here is going to be the state where the BabyMama lives AND the state that Camille was in at the time. Some states require only one party be aware that the call is recorded. Some states require all parties consent or it is against the law to record the call. BabyMama better hope she knew what she was doing!

sd I agree with you that he’s slimy if he’s bailing on his child and not paying support for his child. Not acceptable!! My issue is that we don’t know the whole story regarding BabyMama and Camille. Camille is not an innocent angel by any means but I can understand her lashing out if she’s being threatened or being dragged into the fight between her man and his ex. I dare any of us to remain calm and collected in that situation. It’s so easy to say how one would behave in a hypothetical situation, but until you’re faced with it, none of us really have any idea how we’d react.
Meowalert, you seem to have a huge problem that Camille received a financial settlement from Kelsey as part of the divorce settlement. She was married to him for quite some time and did help him stay sober and helped with his business. Regardless of your feelings about it, she was entitled to the money by law. Don’t like it, run for Congress but stop kvetching about it already. Kelsey is a grown man and could easily have had a pre-nuptual agreement. He also could have kept it in his pants and got off a lot cheaper than he did.
And yes I think the BabyMama sounds unstable and pathetic. How many people make phone calls with the intent to record them for legal purposes and then release the tapes to media outlets? Sounds like her sour grapes are about more than back child support. Seems pretty clear that she was making threats and ramping up the situation then sitting back watching the bomb explode. She doesn’t seem to be a helpless victim but an active participant. Threatening someone to go to the press about them is a low blow. Look at CDaN. We know that they’ll print anything so she could sell any vile nasty untrue thing she wanted to and how can they fight back? Bottom line, Camille had a point. No one knows anything about Lisa, because she hasn’t aired her side. She was offered lump sums of money on several occasions to sell her story, months before Camille threatened her like the NJ mobster she thinks she is, when Dimitri’s child support dues were in massive arrears, when Camille was gushing ignorantly in the media about her little boy’s dad’s penis, when Camille was gloating to other women on that tragic show of hers, as if she were some b**ch in heat, about Dimitri’s abs. (Classy lady…mother…dreadful. God only knows the impact that her penchant for public penis-gushing will have on her children.) Lisa only wants to get out of Dallas with her son, removing him from this disaster. If you can’t empathize with that…when her baby’s father has been MIA, missing countless custody visits from the start of this parade of fools, then you’re probably about as narcissistic as Camille and the other dregs involved.
She never made this about Camille. It has and always will be about a woman who has been manhandled by the money of a shady Greek-Freak family in the crooked courts of Dallas…manhandled and held hostage in a city where Dimitri won’t even deign to work, let alone raise his son. I’m glad her boyfriend refused to answer any questions regarding that tape. For all we know the tape could have been edited or faked all around. They could have gotten someone to impersonate Camille. The tape was not authenticated by professionals or the court and her boy toy did the right thing. How slimey of that lawyer. It’s obvious the baby mama wants to extort and destroy by even taping conversations or faking conversations. You just never know in these situations.

It sounds like Camille’s first words begin w/ “We have lawyers too, and if you go to the press….” To me it sounds like Lisa made a threat prior to where the tape picks up, It’s hard to have a fair opinion based on that snippet and not the whole convo.

I don’t think it is that amazing that people get caught up in their emotions, make bad decisions, say things they shouldn’t or allow others to get involved in their personal lives. These things tend to happen to all of us from time to time. I do however find it amazing how easily some people will base their opinions and judgement off of other’s views. I swear, if you posted something saying that plants were evil some people would jump in and agree with you giving examples of how they always thought that too. I’m sure you know, you have an amazing group of people here, dedicated to your site that highly value your opinions. I just don’t understand how someone can say, “I use to like Camille until I heard this”. That’s all it takes to completely turn someone whole opinion around? i do find it amazing that camille had that conversation directly with the mother of HIS child(ren) in the first place. she has access to incredible legal muscle and pr, so it seems unfortunate and confusing that she went there personally in what is his matter to deal with. it’s just sad for his kids and all of the other kids of various hw and their men.

How can we be sure that Camille initiated this call? BabyMama could very well have called Camille with the intent to egg her on and record the result. I’m sure ALL of us have has heated conversations that we would be appauled to listen to later when we are removed from the situation and have had a chance to calm down.
absolutely correct, bubbies! there is no telling what transpired prior to the released part of the conversation. i do find it surprising, though, that even if the mom initiated the call to camille, I’m still surprised she continued the conversation instead of ending it by saying she would need to talk to her lawyers or dimitri’s.
i think it all goes back, though, to it being dimitri’s business to talk with the mom of his child(ren), not camille’s. if the mom directly threatened camille or her kids, then i’m surprised she didn’t send the legal team to deal with that from the beginning. i don’t envy the lives of the rich and famous.
I do agree that Camille shouldn’t talk to the BabyMama or get involved in the business between the ex and the child. That’s none of her business. The only reason she should be involved is if she being threatened as well. And then I agree with you again that she should let the lawyers handle it. Sometimes when you’re caught off guard you respond before thinking so maybe the conversation was about something else and devolved into this ugly mess? Who will ever really know.
Please don’t think I’m a Camille fanatic. I’m just trying to be objective and look at it from all sides because I’ve been involved in a messy situation involving exes and chilren. It gets vile quickly. I’ve also got a feisty personality and if you mess with me I’m going to fight back. I’ll give as good as I get. Honestly we all have good and bad facets to our personalities. We all have good and bad days. Even celebrities. To make snap judgments of their entire character on the snippets we see and hear isn’t very fair IMHO. Now if we repeatedly see the same behaviour then you can begin to form an opinion that what we are seeing is how they regularly conduct themselves. Examples are Kyle and Alexis. They do the same stupid sh!t over and over again.

Camille’s explanation. Short version Baby Momma called Camille. They talked for a couple of hours then the threat came of going to the press and mentioned Camille’s children. Camille was still in a custody battle with Kelsey. She went ballistic when it was threatened to bring her kids into the drama.
I call BS on that, Camille during that conversation never once mentioned her kids, she is just using that now because she knows this looks pretty bad on her rehab image that she took so much care in cultivate. Not once did she mentioned her kids, she said that she will regret if she goes to the press against Dimitri, she used the term “desecrate you” , that to me is major words, but not once she said something like “do not dare to speak aboyut me or my children”.
The ex-girlfriend is upset because Dimitri is not paying child support so instead of doing this stupid call and showing her behind, I wonder why didn’t Camille go the way Vicky did and pay the child support for her boyfriend, after all that could have solved all this mess.

No matter the circumstances, what Camille said was pretty awful. I never bought her Howard Bragman’s Camille reboot which debuted in season 2.
The real question though is why did Dimwitty’s baby mama call Camille in the first place? A veiled extortion threat? And why did Camille take the call? She had to know it was being recorded. I’m left feeling sorry for the kid.
I agree about the child. He seems to be getting lost in this battle between angry adults. Poor kid. About taking the call, my ex and his honey would call me from different numbers. Due to my line of work, I receive calls from unknown numbers daily. I would quickly end the call once it was evident she was on the other end but it didn’t stop her from trying. I was never ever stupid enough to say anything I shouldn’t, but very easily could have because I understand getting pushed past the point of being reasonable. In an extraordinary situation you don’t behave the way you normally would.
So the deposition is about him paying child support? If that is the case and he doesn’t have a job except mooching off of Camille then no wonder the wife is going after him (really she knows alot about him and Camille wants it shut up). No wonder she wouldn’t go into next season.
Good point! My ex hasn’t paid support in 18 months, and somehow, he’s surviving. If his ex thinks that something like that’s going on, she should be pursuing it. I know Camille’s not responsible for someone else’s kid, but he shouldn’t be able to shirk it if he’s living with a mu;ti-millionaire, either.
Ya meekah, I would think if you live with someone wealthy, you shouldn’t be able to get out of paying, based on the fact that he most likely is not even paying his own expenses, rent, food, etc., so how can he claim that he can’t afford child support? But then I guess that’s kinda what Slade is doing…
Not sure what the laws are in CA or where Dimwit and BabyMama lived (texas I think?) with regards to child support computation, but where I live it doesn’t matter if you are unemployed. They will use “imputed income”. Meaning that if you have capable of working and have historically earned “X” amount per year then that is what is used to calculate your child support obligation. This is to prevent people from quitting their jobs and doing other things in an effort to reduce or eliminate their child support obligation. Something that you commonly see is someone will quit their job and get paid under the table to avoid being garnished. The court system is wise to all these ridiculous tricks. Now how long it takes to collect what is owed is unfortunately a long and awful process, but the system does have procedures in place to try and keep dead beat parents accountable.
We don’t even know why he’s being deposed. It’s assumed it’s for not paying child support. It’s assumed that he’s living with Camille. For all we know they are going to court to establish terms for custody and support. We don’t know what the conversation was only a small snippet that showed Camile in a bad light. I can also understand the two women talking if Camille and her children are going to interact with this woman’s son. That very well could have been the reason for the call. What we do know is that this woman through her attorney leaked the video to hurt Camille. I think her anger is misdirected. She is his ex girlfriend not his ex wife. He left his career and his home to live elsewhere there may be a story there? Lets face it we are talking ROL and everything is rumor and innuendo not facts.

Ya, I think it is most likely an ongoing arguement, not one phone call that Camille decided to make to scare her. I actually didn’t see a big difference in Camille in the 2nd season either, the first season was bad for her because Kyle was on her. Kyle laid off in the second season and it seemed like the other gals followed suit, so Camille didn’t have altercations, besides crazy Taylor. It seems like Camille doesn’t cause drama unless you start with her first, then look out! Lol
