The trade off is the Plastic Surgery Center get’s exposure and Mama Elsa gets a new face.
We are told the phlebotomists had problems with her veins … they kept “rolling” which is common for someone at her advanced age.

I also never understood ms andy’s “thang” for Elsa…. maybe he just likes freaks and that sadly is what she looks like due to her vainity and quest for trying to retain a youthful appearance which went horribly wrong. Looking at her just freaks me out.. at what point does someone say “well,this ain’t f’n working” and just stop the nonsense. It seems a little late to “try” and “fix” her now !

I agree MM , it is good news ! My morning ritual was getting wacked out the past week without… waking up, drinking massive amouts of coffee, loggin on to Ms SH for snark, getting my fix , smiling and then getting a’movin. So this morning was a pleasant surprise.
I did see info from here from the last month referred to on another site .. and SH was actually CREDITED for having being the first to post it previously…. HOLY BAT S**T !! .. AND nobody talked smack back to that commenter due to her mention of SH or dissed Ms SH.. THAT is also a pleasant surprise ! Kuddos to that commenter. If ya read it here and visit somewhere else to comment..make it clear where ya saw it first and then proceed to yap away !
OK, she looks pretty bad, but maybe she’s learned her lesson about back alley botox. Narcissim breeds stupidity.

Bravo’s Andy has shameless disrespect for women. He encourages females to act like fools. The housewives who “have no story” are fired.
People are laughing and gawking at the once-beautiful Elsa who is now an old drunken fool. Andy likes that. Now the only thing that is beautiful about Elsa is her daughter’s love for her (which is a blessing)
Bravo has lowered women’s standards SO LOW that it wouldn’t be surprising for women to find they are treated with less respect, treated more like simple amusements. There is no dignity for our daughters to see. Females watching these shows should be very aware of Bravo’s debasing of America’s women.

Seriously..I’m not being snarky, and since I’m not a fan of ms andy, maybe someone else can answer. Name a woman that he “admires” , “adores” or “just loves ! “, who is more than a caricature of what he thinks a woman is / should be. Other than his mom please !
I think Ms Andy has an interesting relationship with his mother and sees all of the MOM’s in a special way.
She was beautiful…why don’t these woman want to grow old gracefully? I think Elsa is funny… Personality is so much more important than looks.
I think Andy just has a soft spot for memaws. I like Elsa. I wonder though if her effitall attitude was formed after her face was.. Well deformed.
I cant speak for Andy and his disrespect for women, but I think they all do a good job of disrespecting themselves on tv and they dont know they are doing it.
