Etiquette Queen of the ATL, Marlo Hampton, wants you to know all of the details regarding her twenty-seven eight arrests… Mugshot says that there are many “misconceptions” behind her record. Uh, OK… Mugshot.
Mugshot is blaming her bad check charges on the fact that she was not majoring in Math while in school…and, “what coed has never made mistakes?”

MugshotMarlo talked with Tracy L. Scott from Sister2Sister magazine and explains all!!!
Marlo Hampton…
Marlo Hampton doesn’t deny that she has seven or so mug shots, but she wants to clear up a few misconceptions about those arrests.
“It’s important for people to know I was on house arrest. Four of those were probation violations and not new charges,” the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star told Sister 2 Sister.
For one of the arrests, Marlo said her accuser came to court to ask the judge for leniency.
“She had asked the judge to reduce my sentence and we made peace. We’re fine. We’ve talked several times,” she said.
Marlo doesn’t excuse the behavior that led to her arrests, but she did explain that she was a young college student at the time, and what coed hasn’t made mistakes?
“While I was in college, that’s when I got into altercations and that was a felony charge. I was just mad at the world,” said Marlo, who attended the University of South Florida and earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Science.
It’s worth reiterating that Marlo studied science not arithmetic. That might explain that charge for a bounced check that she clarified was for a singular instance, not multiple transactions.
“I wasn’t the best in math. I misbalanced my check for the books I was buying. It was one check for me just being in college writing a check for one book. They blew that so out of proportion,” she said.
Unfortunately, because of her criminal record, Marlo couldn’t get a job after graduation, but she didn’t let that deter her. She ended up opening up a clothing store.
“When I started taping with the show, I closed the store down,” said Marlo, who once owned the Red Carpet boutique.
Much has been reported about Marlo’s arrests in the media and on the show, and the former foster child said she was surprised her “RHOA” co-stars had so much to say about her run-ins.
“I was surprised that they were focusing on my arrests, Phaedra [Parks] with her husband [Apollo Nida, who spent time in jail] and Sheree [Whitfield] has had her mix-up with the law. I was shocked about Kim [Zolciak] and the way she was talking about a Big Poppa when she dated a married man,” she said.
While designer labels, mysterious benefactors and a criminal history seem to be all fans see of Marlo, she warns that’s not even scratching the surface.
“There’s much more to Marlo than the 10 minutes” on TV, she cautioned. “Don’t go by just what they see.”

You know what bothers me about her arrest for slicing that womans face, she said Yea I carried a razor blade everyone does. Um i know i am not a young hip thing but even when i was i didnt arm myself with razor blades when i went clubbing.
I want to live there. Maybe just rent. I’ll clean the place up.

It’s on MS.SH’s site, that one of Marlo’s victims committed suicide. Marlo sent out a public letter to the family. This was not so long ago. The girl was cut up in the face by Marlo. She’s a psycho!!!

That picture of her living room makes me sad and embarressed for her.
I thought that photo of the ca$h-covered room was by one of us crazy funny stoopid housewives who is bored out of her ever-lovin mind. Probably had her hair in curlers and wearing a housecoat. Hope she knows that we appreciate every carefully placed dollar bill that rained in her livingroom.
