According to TMZ, Camille and Kelsey Grammer have agreed to share custody of their children, 10-year-old Mason and 7-year-old Jude. The case has been taken off the court calendar. The kids will stay in Los Angeles with Camille, but Kelsey will have “meaningful contact” with both children.
The couple’s money issues are almost settled too, according to sources, so hopefully these two can finally officially move on with their lives.

NOTE: Attached to the court order, there is a separate document which states that Camille gets full custody of DD… and DD gets nine weeks of Camille-free time at Camille’s house in Hawaii! Sounds like DD made out pretty good in the custody deal!!

I like DD too. She needs to reel back a bit on the war for Camille. I understand her point in wanting to protect her friend, but sometimes the ‘protection’ just incites more vehemence against Camille and deflects the attention from those who are really at fault.
Tangy: DD is, on her own, a very financially sufficient person and, from what is shown via RHOBH, a very kind, good person. And THAT is why we like her at SH!! TFC!! SH
I’m glad it’s settled and Camille gets the kids. At least she wants both of them. I think Kelsey only fought for them to aggravate Camille. As far as the money goes, Camille was going to walk away filthy rich no matter what but I’m sure it will be a relief for her to just be done with all of that.
I’m glad the Grammer divorce details are being finalized. The kids need the peace.
i can’t help it, last year i was annoyed by camille always coming back to what ever was said in the plane and at the airport, but i felt shana was stirring the pot. i really liked camille but was annoyed by her behavior. this year i was loving her, i was loving her humbleness and calm, and i havet o say d.d. is very awesome. d.d. is who you want skipping down the street with a baseball bat swinging in their hand and singing “someones gonna get it!” she is a true friend.
I’m sure Camille’s glad this is over. Isn’t this his fifth marriage?

I am glad to hear that the kids will stay primarily with Camille. I used to love Kelsey Grammer, especially when he was on Cheers but what he did to Camille and how he did it was just low down dirty and showed his true colors, he’s nothing but a low life scumbag. The comment he made saying he “gave” RHBH to her as a parting gift just showed how disgusting he is. Good luck to his new wife, he will be trading her in for a younger model I am sure in about 10 years. Men like him deserve whatever they get. Karma is a bitch and it will come around to him and punch him dead in the face!
Is it just me or is d.d just a tad too much? In the middle of the fight she’s all ” u have to know I love you” had nothing to do with the fight. Awkward lol
It was awkward but I give her a pass for that because she was hammered at the time. I think D.D. is great!

For crissake, Kelsey, why didn’t you just agree with joint custody in the first place and save everyone, including your kids, some unneeded grief? The court system isn’t already crowded enough with needless and frivolous cases?
I neither love or dislike Camille…she’s all right…but I have sympathy for her in this case, because this was just spiteful on Kelsey’s part. Grow up, dude.
