Shana… “Taylor Armstrong”… “A police report??? Oh, I didn’t file a POLICE report… but, I DID write a little book report! Where IS the book report? Uh…it’s in a secret briefcase and I’m scared to open it!!”
BAZAAR DAILY HAS REQUESTED A POLICE REPORT!
Ah, the wonderful fairytale land of Taylor Armstrong — a place where the most ridiculous claims are made and eventually proven to be non-factual claims made by a harpie who wants to profit off of the death of her husband Russell Armstrong.
It is dually noted that during the ‘abuse’ a police report was never made, and even doctors had never reported it regardless of the fact that they are required to by law.
This doesn’t require anymore thinking. Daily News has submitted an official request for any sort of police report dating back to June 2011 involving the Armstrong family… We have yet to see anything in our office.
NOTE: Should someone inform Bazaar that they won’t be receiving a police report??!! Is this yet another site jumping on the Shana caboose??? If YOU would like to let them know… HERE.

Oh gross, I just watched the above video and Shana does that creepy/gleeful eye flash thing another poster pointed out Shana doing while telling her ninja russel story at the reunion. It’s at 00:36 right after she says, “what a lot of you don’t know is that I’m a child of domestic violence.” She stops talking for a second and then does the creepy/gleeful eye flash.
The screen cap used on this topic is what got me hooked on the site originally. As I watched that scene (Shana taking to Dana while everyone was in Hawaii) and Shana leans back and smiles, I got a chill! I rewound and watched it like five times because I couldn’t understand why I thought she looked smug and malevolently happy. Shortly after I accidentally landed on SH and I saw a topic about that very scene and that other viewers had felt the same! I can’t tell you how relieved I was – one does doubt their own eyes about such matters. It’s almost imperceptible, her moves, until you cotton on to her game and then you see her shadiness all over the place. Ok, rock on.
And I also like how she scratches her nose while talking about how she saw her dad beating her mom when she was little. (scratching or touching the nose or behind the ear is a signal the person is lying). I’m actually surprised, i thought she would know better.
Err, who are they requesting it from, Shana? And if they are only going back to June 2011 they certainly won’t find it.
Shana said her her book that the Beverly Hills PD were the ones who came out. Her and Jennifur both live in Bel Air, zip code 90077. So if someone who lives there calls 911, I think it would either be the Beverly Hills police or the LAPD who would respond. She gave the date as May 2009, so if they’re only looking back to June they will definitely be S.O.L. And if someone is going to request a copy of the report, they need to request it from the LAPD. If there is one, I believe it’s public record and they have to give a copy to anyone who pays the fee.
It has to make you wonder how much a piece of (edit) that you have to be to sit and interview those women that actually experienced those things and pretend you have too. The one that bothered me the most was the last woman, Adrianne, talking about how she could could not spend 5 bucks with out a beat down and Shana just knodding her big ol bobble head like she knew how that felt. Hello she ran up a huge credit card bill and left Russell to pay it when they first started splitting up. Of course no Shana interview would be complete with out the fake cry. I do kinda wanna see those old pics their going to show of her though she looks so differnt now than she did.
Can’t wait till she is no longer on that show. I have a question. I can no longer access Randy’s blog. How can I fix this? This site rocks. Love all the updates.
Duh. When I registered for this site it gave me a wordpress account. Now, I’m able to read his blog. I just read the letter that was submitted to Nancy Grace. I don’t watch her much because she is rude to her guests cutting them off and yelling. I would very much watch her show on Taylor if she decides to do it. Thank you SH for this terriffic site. O.K., we all know there are no police/medical reports so Bazaar calling for them seems more like a way for them to draw readers, publicity, etc. Yes, I’m saying Bazaar is using Taylor as opposed to the usual Taylor using someone else. Good on them.
I know the whole Russell hiding in the bushes and beating up a couple, Taylor and two pit bulls has been discussed but I’ll add my take here. If the guy who was allegedly beaten up by Russell to the tune of $10k worth the damage didn’t file a police report b/c he was such a good friend of Taylor’s why isn’t he now standing with her saying it happened? Certainly he could provide medical records that document the injuries. Where are all the people she keeps saying know/saw/experienced Russell’s behavior as she describes it? Not a single person has come forward, not even her good friend/half-brother what’s his name has said publicly (or on the show at the White Party when the women were discussing whether Russell had abused her) that he saw bruises or anything else. Being the con artist she is one would think she could convince one of her cronies to come forward and lie, if necessary, to back her up her stories but nothing. That tells me that even those closest to her don’t want to be tainted by her. Unfortunately, there will always be people who believe her but the more outrageous her stories become even those people will begin to doubt her.
Trekker: Exactly! As for Bazaar… it’s simply bizarre! All of this info has been out for months… and in the case of SH, for much longer. SH has been following Shana since October 2010. Readers can decide for themselves what to read and what to believe; however, IMO, your assessment of the bizarre Bazaar situation is on the money. TFC!! SH
Exactly! SUCH a GREAT point. If this ‘such a close friend’ never pressed charges, was willing to allow them to pay for his massive repair, then where is this man? Where is his family? Surely with Russell gone (and Traylor – safe?) Um, okay. The friend can feel confident that he can speak out, produce ‘before’ photos (not Traylor photos), and if the police showed up – at all, where are the REPORTS from THAT? Even if there were no charges pressed, etc. Shouldn’t there be a REPORT filed with that dept that EMS or Police came out to the home for an altercation involving a man punching another man (whatever the case) that would substantiate the story she has made. I won’t even call it a ‘claim’ as we all highly suspect it is a story.
If he had all his teeth knocked out he would need dental implants (or dentures)which are something like 10 thou a pop not just veneers. My guess is ex did get veeners but not because someone punched him in the mouth. they are just claiming this incase someone goes looking and finds he did have 10 dollars worth of dental work.
Not only that, but if someone had 5+ teeth knocked out, part of their scalp ripped off (which wasn’t found until the next day, too late to reattach it), punched repeatedly and nearly drowned, it’s going to cost a lot more than $10k. Who paid those bills? Who has the kind of cash laying around to actually pay cash for that kind of hospital stay? Was it health insurance? Where are the EOB’s? Actually, I guess there was no hospital stay since Mark went to the dentist the next day. Was he walking around with a big hole in his head where his scalp used to be? If Jennifur had to find a plastic surgeon to come at 3am, how was he back at the house the next day (which would have actually been that same day because Shana only spent the night of the fight at their house) to go to the dentist?

Trekker–I haven’t commented on the alleged pool-side beat down before and maybe someone else has already suggested this, however the impression I got was that victims who avoid filing reports to police often fear having something disclosed. If any or all people present were engaged in illegal behavior (drug use?) then they might agree to keep law enforcement out of it or choose to remain quiet to this point. *Shana claimed her husband recorded daily acitivites-what if they (as a couple) collected dirt on all the people they were involved with to use against them? *I’m not saying the event occurred as Shana claims–just offering why she may be unchallenged by the alleged victims.

Her friend JennFUR says there is a Police report she has a copy of it along with all the medical records but wont release them because she has a daughtetr with the ex husband
She also claims she kept Russells bloody shirt for a long time after. So how can JenniFUR have a police report that no one else can seem to find?
@meowalert – Even if illegal activities were occurring at the time there is no danger of prosecution at this point. Coming forward now to support Taylor’s claims would be an act of friendship especially in light of the growing drum beat that she is lying about so many things. Additionally, Taylor has claimed that DV happened in her home but her live-in assistant has only said that Russell was very intense and created a stressful home. She never said anything about DV and she never said she saw any evidence of the beatings Taylor now alleges. Surely, she would have seen at least one bruise, one outburst, something. Nor, has any other individual with close ties and regular contact with Taylor and Russell come forward to say they witnessed or saw the affects of what Taylor alleges.. Everyone agrees he could be intense and he had DV in past relationships but nothing, not a single thing, points to the level of abuse that Taylor alleges. Russell admitted he pushed her, a far cry from the vicious beatings she now says happened. I swear on my children if one person came forward and said, “I saw him hit her” or “He hit me and here are the medical records” I would be forced to believe her allegations. But until that time, if ever, I will not believe the tales she tells. They grow more lurid and violent with each telling and then she gets confused about what she has said. All these things make me believe she is lying.
Trekker: Keep in mind that according to Shana, the “beatings” occurred every six weeks… and Julie, the assistant NEVER saw and/or reported the “abuse?” Uh… OK! TFC!!! SH

@meowalert – I want to be clear about my strong opposition to what Taylor is doing. I’m not defending Russell. Russell wasn’t a good guy at all. He spent his adult life scamming people, some of whom entrusted large chunks of their only security with him. He was violent with his ex-wife and past girlfriend with whom he had a child. And he admitted he pushed Taylor in the heat of the moment. All wrong in every conceivable way. But what Taylor is doing is worse. She is deliberately and internationally vilifying Russell and the only people who are suffering from it, besides his parents and sister who are adults and will learn to deal with it, are his children. His parents and sister have good/positive memories of Russell, his children’s memories will always be tainted by Taylor’s stories. Those children are the only innocents in this situation and they should be protected at all costs. They have already lost their father in the worse possible way and you can bet at least some of the kids they know are taunting them with these stories, as Kennedy will be with stories about both her father and mother as she grows older. I’m passionate about protecting children from abuse and what Taylor is doing is abuse. Whatever the truth of what happened between Russell and Taylor should be dealt with among the adults but putting it out there for the world Taylor is only truly hurting his sons and her daughter.
Completely agree with your entire post. Taylor clearly does not care about the damage she continues to inflict upon Russell’s 3 children. She’s a pirana.
@Waves – we agree so often and this is just another instance of it. While others want to hammer Taylor on her lies about Russell I think if people focused more on the abuse/damage she is doing to his children we could bring light to who she really is and how self-serving and manipulative her behavior really is. In my opinion, that is what really needs to be brought to the public’s attention. Most people feel protective of innocent children and there are no more innocent children then Russell’s sons and Kennedy.
Oh Trekker; I believe what you write and feel the same. It’s the “Why is she getting away with this?!” part that has me frustrated. The people closest to this woman either believe her, fear her or go along with everything to protect themselves in some way. What is there to protect the memory or reputation of anyone if someone could accuse them of things that have not been proven?
@meowalert – I’ve spent 30 yrs as a litigator, the first dozen as a prosecutor, and I have seen people get away with things that would curl your hair so I understand how Taylor has been allowed to spew her lies and abuse these children. We can’t convince people who either want to believe her or deny (read: the other housewives) what is obvious and continuing to attack her on her obvious lies has done no good. But people don’t like treating children, especially children who have already suffered such a major loss, being abused. These children are innocent in everyone’s eyes but making the case they are being abused would, maybe, turn the tide. I appreciate the mothers of Russell’s sons not wanting to engage Taylor in this fight but if they did frame it in the way her behavior hurts their sons and ruins their memories and what I’m sure they are experiencing from other kids would make people stop and think about what Taylor is doing. The biggest problem, IMO, is that eventually Taylor will go away/move on but her damage will live on in these children. She should rot in hell for what she is going to these kids.

Jennifur came forward on a different site, but again there is no real proof. She lost the phone with all of the proof on it so it is just her description of the abuse. She also tried to explain her name change to Taylor. These two just make my skin crawl.

FYI: When Randy contacted SH in October, he was asked to send proof of who he was. Randy sent photos, documents, his personal info, etc. That is SOP for SH. Other sites have their own standards…

I will say one thing for the person after being bombarded with disgust(and possible a couple legal threats) that she include Russells moms private medical info she went back and edited it out of the interview. I know when i tweeted him my outrage he said her medical issuses were public info..I told him i never seen it anywhere and no one else had and what he mentioned she had(im not gonna repeat it here) was not medical in nature but a serious mental disorder that has negative stigma attached to it and as a blogger she should have been resonsible and not included it. This particular person is getting a lot of negative feedback

Out of curiosity I read it as well. It seems to be written by a young adult/Child. The interview was as ridiculous as the story it was meant to defend. The police report is public info. All you need to know is a name or even an address and which police department responded. Wait a week and pay your money. I have even looked up police calls to my home online not to mention recorded in the newspaper. Face it folks there is no report because the police were never called. That would mean there was never an ambulance, hospital, Doctors and so on.
Russel would have broken bones in his hand if it happened the way described by Shana(per physician/friend). the whole scenario defies logic.

I was a bit puzzled by the tone of language used by the Bazaar Daily writer. But after checking the “About Us” box in the website, I smiled to discover the “owner” is a 16 year old. The blog site has been up for 3 years.

The bazaar folks just tweeted they received Notice to remove certain things from their website as it was ruining someones reputation . I cant figure out what they posted about Taylor that No one else posted already?
Bet they’re being bullied. And they can report that they’ve received such a notice, it does not mean that legally they have to take information down.

Oh please, the LAPD wouldn’t send anything about defaming or even threatening someone on a website, especially a website that isn’t even based in the US. Either the kid (someone said he is 16 yrs old) made it up for more publicity or someone (Taylor’s new bf the lawyer) thought he could freak the kid out. In any case, police don’t even deal with internet threats, that is FBI territory.
LOL, if the kid is making it up, I have to admit I’m not unhappy, he is just giving what Taylor has been giving out. If Taylor or her bf are threatening a kid, well we can’t shame them anymore than we already do.

You’re exactly right, TVJ! I’m going through some dental work right now, and chose porcelain crowns instead of only the front bonding on teeth that veneers provide.

I just rewatched season 1 reunion. Another characteristic of a sociopath is accusing others of behavior that they themselves exhibit. In one of shana’s tirades she accuses Kim of “baiting”her, which we saw didn’t happen, but it makes me wonder if Shana was in the habit of “baiting” Russell. I believe their relationship was volatile and this could certainly be part of the explanation. I think there was verbal abuse by each party and possibly physcal altercations in which both were also guilty.
The absolute truth will never be known. The ideal solution would be for everyone to ignore her, tune her out, act as if she is nonexistent and hope the legal system does it’s job. But, even I can’t seem to look away. She is a train wreck of the worst kind and I want to know the outcome….especially of the children……
clg: It is interesting to watch the limo ride to the fashion show (I think) where they talk about violent streaks or something like that and she coyly but threateningly asks Russell “Oh you think I have a violent streak” [or temper or something like that] and he just says “Oh no not you”, and looks away just the same way she looks away from him when they are leaving the white party and he says “And it’s all a lie” They both kinda do this eyeroll thing and look away like “Who is he/she trying to kid here?”

One thing I’m curious about. Does Taylor explain in her book how she broached the subject of divorce with Russell and managed to get him to move out, instead of vice versa? Correct me if I’m wrong but don’t most abused women have to leave or even flee? How did Taylor/Shana get Russell to just up and pack his bags? And was someone else with her after she gave him the news, because I’d be afraid of getting a beating if I was alone with my abusive husband and just up and told him I was divorcing him and he needed to move out. I’m curious but will be damned if I buy the book.

I truly believe she is a psychopath. That’s why her facial expressions don’t match up with what she’s saying. She has no clue what REAL feelings are and therefore no way to know which expression to use at the appropriate time. She also will add a little bit of truth to her lies much like Casey Anthony did, making her definitely a compulsive liar and a sociopath without the ability to have compassion for anyone except herself. I feel so sorry for her daughter who I feel is in danger living with this disturbed snake.

I just read a bloggers post that said they interviewed Traylor and she said they lived together but were never married. Looking for Jeremy Sipes, and found Cheers Sports Facility in Oklahoma City, OK. In the interview mentioned earlier, she says apparently that Jeremy was her “Cheer partner”. Jeremy D Sipes is 50 and in OK. Interestingly, Shana Sipes is listed as a relative. That could have been by marriage back then – or another person with that name. I have to pay money to go further, so I have wait til I get paid on 3/9/12 ….

Let’s pretend all of this is 100% true. Russell beat up Taylor, Russell beat up Mark. Taylor says she had the nanny take pictures, she had Jennifur take pictures, Jennifur or someone took pictures of Mark, there is supposedly security video out there as well. What was the point of gathering all of that evidence over that many years if no one planned on ever calling the police? Blackmail?

Are all these people with photos & videos waiting for the highest bidder so they can make a profit like Shana & her black eye photo? Seems like this would be against the law – an obstruction of justice.
Only if there’s an active investigation and they’re not turning the materials over when asked. Otherwise it’s just a bunch of onlookers wanting answers.

If all of our amateur sleuths will keep snooping we may find all kinds of information Taylor doesn’t want us to know. She has such a long history of lies that it’s almost impossible for our fearless leader MS. SH to do it all. I’m very happy that there are many of us looking now!
There are many true crime websites on the internet who might be interested in following this case too. I became a member of a few of them for personal reasons and to follow the Casey Anthony case. They take these things very seriously. They also have the knowledge, experience and resources to do things we can’t do. Many of them actually assist law enforcement. I’d like for some of them to take an interest in this case. From experience, I think they’d be interested in Russell’s suspicious suicide. I still don’t think he committed suicide and am not happy with the shoddy investigation that was done.
I swear there are days when these things come up that make me belive that Russell knew the chaos his suicide would make Shanan’s life. I think whatever they were up to or had been doing was a stalemate. She had crap on him, he had crap on her. They had to stick together in the law suit if they wanted to get through it. Yes Shana has been trying to capitalize on his death but I think he might have the last laugh cause this whole debacle has shined a light in all the little nasty dark places in Shana’s life that maybe never would have come up and nothing he could have exposed when he was alive with out implicating himself. I wish he could have figured another way. Guess we will never know.
Russell didn’t seem the type to kill himself just to spite Shana. And certainly he did not want to cause misery to his little girl that he loved. We also read that he was a good father to his boys and family and that he was friends with his exes. But like you said, sd, we’ll never know.
Do you know what really sucks about this situation? Actually, 2 things suck: 1) Shana is going to make some serious ca$h from all of this insanity, because as they say, a sucker is born every minute. 2) Her daughter is going to suffer some serious and significant repercussions down the line as a result of Shana’s awful choices. It pisses me off, but there is absolutely nothing we can do. I have no doubt that Shana is/will be laughing all the way to the bank (and the Louis Vitton boutique on Rodeo). It’s so gross!!!
