Dr. Paul Nassif… the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion show
According to TMZ, Dr. Paul Nassif is filing suit against a dissatisfied former patient:
Dr. Paul Nassif claims a dissatisfied nose job patient has been harassing and threatening him to the point the cops are now involved and Nassif is asking for court protection.
Nassif — a cosmetic surgeon who is married to “Housewives” star Adrienne Maloof – performed all sorts of schnoz work on Roman Melikov. Mr. Melikov didn’t like the results, to say the least.
According to the police report, Nassif claims Melikov incessantly called his office, demanding to speak with him and threatening, “If I don’t get to f**king talk to Dr. Nassif, I will just show up and f**king wait for him to talk to me because he needs to f**king pay for this!”
And Melikov left voicemails for Nassif, referring to himself as a “psycho.” Melikov also said he would come to Bev Hills to “have Nassif’s wife help him out of pity.”
Adrienne Maloof… “Just keep
those goofballsyour patients aways from me, Paul!!”Nassif’s employees fear Melikov is mentally unstable and could come to the office ”and do something crazy.” Nassif wants a restraining order, keeping Melikov away from him and his family. As for Melikov, he wants a $26,000 refund.
We spoke with Melikov, who told us Nassif screwed up his nose. The swelling didn’t go down for 2 years. And the 25-year-old businessman tells us his nose is now bigger and ugly.
NOTE: Malpractice claims are common in Dr. Paul’s specialty of plastic surgery. According to the LA Superior Court, documents re Dr. Paul’s case against Melikov are not available online.
The hearing for Nassif v Melikov is scheduled for March 7, 2012…8:30 am…

Cherry agree 100%. Housewives have little or no star qualities. Nowdays celebrities tend to come out of the woodwork. If they film someone picking their nose they too can become a celebrity…

According to Urban Dictionary, chankla means way below average in looks.
Too scary and butt ugly come to mind.

He has a facebook with pictures. I’d say he should probably sue call and harrass his barber too. And maybe his stylist. Annnnddd while we are at it… his parents.

Let me get this straight. According to the TMZ report, this Melikov dude called Paul the Plastic Surgeon to discuss why he wasn’t recovering as expected and had to “incessantly call his office, demanding to speak with him” seemingly because Paul the Plastic Surgeon wouldn’t answer the calls. So after many calls, the dude threatens to just show up at the surgeon’s office to voice his dissatisfaction in person? Hmm, I’m not sure where the problem is. Maybe if Paul the Plastic Surgeon talked to his non-famous patients, this wouldn’t have gotten out of control.
Or could Paul the Plastic Surgeon be publicizing this cause he’s afraid his wife might get dropped from a realty show for being boring?
Once again I completely agree with you. When a patient requests to speak to a doctor and is constantly being dissed, what else is left but to show up in the office? If my nose was messed up and swollen for two years I may have sounded psycho too.
This guy sounds extremely like a psycho, Paul is correct in getting protection from this guy.
I agree too he should get protection you never know what can set people off. Dr.’s are sued a lot we are just hearing about this because Paul is in the limelight.
This storyline of a stalker reminds me of Danielle Staub bringing along “security” to the fashion shows and to her faceoffs with Caroline & Dina. In sum. whatever it takes to stir things up.
