OK… What’s the deal with Estella getting all the plastic surgery freebies from Paul Nassif???
Kyle needs plastic much more than Estella!!!
The microdermabrasion that Estella was getting costs $185 a session…
…and Paul is dragging elderly Estella around like a little pony to show off this “new” technique, which has been around for years??? When he could have just done this on Estella himself in his own home???
Paul needs to take Adrienne along with him for his demonstrations…
Maybe Paul would get more patients and more interest in what he’s doing in the medical field if he used his wife instead of Estella…. OR… if he would finally get on the ball and start that marathon plastic surgery that Kyle Richards so desperately needs!!!

Believe it or not, it’s true. I have a couple of them. They also reduce wrinkles, sun spots, accelerate healing and help with my and one of my dog’s arthritis. Adrienne and Dr.Paul have a huge professional size machine in their home spa.
Estella is a terrible advertisement for Dr. Paul. Her skin looks horrible and that face lift does not appear to have done anything. Yet she sems to think she had a great transformation. You can tell these BH ladies anything and they believe it.

I love these pics of the housewives! Kyle’s hairline and face shape make her look like Tweetybird. She has the ugliest hands I’ve ever seen on a woman…ever. Ewwwww! She has definitely had a nose job when you compare it to her younger photos.
My guess is Estella “paid” for her plastic surgery by doing these appearances and talking about it on RHBH. Looking at her would discourage me from having plastic surgery. Her skin and face look scary. Dr. Paul needs a better sample to show off.
Can anyone tell me why Dr. Paul is running around his home all the time in his scrubs? I know a lot of Drs. and I’ve never seen one come home in his scubs. Who washes them? His wife????
