There has been a bit of confusion re Lisa Vanderpump’s latest real estate transaction that needs some attention…
John Turturro… “Yeah, to play the role of Kyle’s husband, I had to get a CA real estate license. Damn… this Bravo contract is a killer!!! I COULD divorce Kyle, but then she’d take 50% of my money. I gotta get another agent…”
Who was her RE agent in the latest Vanderpump/Todd transactions??
Was it Kyle Richards’ husband, John Turturro?? Or… was it her RE agent-friend-from-London-who-was-Kim Richard’s-blind-date… Martin Genis?

Apparently Lisa wanted to keep ALL of her friends happy! Both Morris and Martin got a piece of the Vanderpump/Todd transaction… the following should clear things up!
According to the Real Estalker:
The Vanderpump-Todd’s big Beverly Park pile was listed for $29,000,000 by Housewives’ cast mate Kyle Richards’ real estate dynamo husband Mauricio Umansky.
The Vanderpump-Todds did not make use of the real estate services of Mister Umansky in the purchase of their new home but rather those of Martin Genis, a real estate agent and pal who reportedly once sold a house to Brad Pitt and who they set up on a blind date with Kim Richards on the first season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Speaking of John Turturro and his burgeoning real estate career…
Kyle’s daughter, Farrah, is now working at The Agency with Kyle’s husband! Hey, there’s nothing wrong with nepotism!!
AND… he loves to talk about his gorgeous wife!!
Just a bit surprised that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills wasn’t mentioned… that might be a bit gauche!

So Farrah graduates with a degree in psychology to be a real estate sales person? Is that correct? Real estate sales person? Why not used car sales?
I thought the same thing.. Guess it is easier? I had a bit more respect for the girl before I read this article. Didn’t we just hear an RHOC lady say that her psyc degree helped her in real estate? Hm… Still seems lazy of Farrah.

It’s a fancy title that means she gets paid to watch Portia while her mother does…whatever. Farrah could have skipped college and gone directly to this position, but then she wouldn’t have gotten a diamond ring from her mom, and a huge potted tree from Kathy Hilton and family.

I live in southern CA and there are many mexicans from all over mx, and I can attest- they continue to “go home” many weekends, holidays, etc… The kids often stay their summers with family in mexico and remain very close— so, i can see how he says he grew up there and why he continues family traditions.. It’s different than someone coming to america from the ukraine… mexico is a lil drive or a $150 flight away from SoCal.

It seems like John & Kyle play it up a bit too much, though. I thought he moved here ten years ago from the way it sounded, not when he was 6. It’s kinda like they play it up to be something unusual or rare, like he fled the Ukraine or something.
Right? The only friends of mine that kept their accents so strong from their home country moved here after they were 10. All the ones that moved here younger, lost their accents after a while.
It was probably Kyle’s idea to make such an issue of where her “hot” husband is from

Kyle certainly is quite facially expressive, which is why I do enjoy watching her. Similar to Kim Z and Nene. Farrah looks beautiful.
Kyle still screwed Lisa after her hubby made one million dollars off of her”best” friend. Lisa’s new home looks like a hotel from the outside, I really loved her Vanderpump Mansion
To Kyle’s thinking that million dollars that her husband made from Lisa was charity to Kyle, pure and simple. Kyle wants to be wealthy like Lisa, live in a house like Lisa etc. etc.. When she is still “servicing” the rich via her husband it reminds her of how much that she doesn’t have.
Kyle was rude to Lisa’s hubby at a dinner party…I think when Kyle was defending poor Taylor going to therapy to save her marriage. Kyle jumped down his throat..sure didn’t seem to care about the biz side of things then. Can’t stand Kyle!

I think this just further proves how screwy that family is. Mauricio worked for Kyle’s BIL for years. Now Kyle’s daughter is working for Mauricio. Yes, they’re jobs with paychecks but they are also dependent on Kyle’s good graces. If Mauricio had left Kyle at some point, how long do you think that Hilton job would have lasted? Farrah is still under her parents thumb working for her stepfather. IMO it all ties in to the way they treat Kim…they get pissed when she does not bow down and thank the Gods for the Umansky generosity.
I personally think it’s great that she has a job. I do not see why it’s a big deal that her degree is in something other than what she is currently employed as. Maybe she decided through her course load that she no longer wanted to go through with being a psychologist (or whatever she wanted to do with that major) but switching to another major would require more classes and she did not want to spend the time or money on doing so, but did want to finish up and just get that degree. But then again me and many of my friends have jobs that have nothing to do with the degrees we have earned. With the economy and lack of decent paying jobs in Southern California a lot of us take/took what we can get and are happy to have employment. Another thought is that my first “real” job after college did not end up being my career. Also I’m from the school of thought that if you can get into a job with the prospect of being successful and having a successful mentor to help you along, why not jump on that opportunity? I think maybe a lot of people on this board just do not like her mother and so any way to spin a negative is the path you choose to go. Believe me I get it and you are completely entitled to your opinion. It’s not like I’m a fan of Kyle, not by a long shot. I guess I just felt the need to point out other factors and maybe another view point. One more thing, would you really not want to work somewhere or for someone (like the Hiltons) just because they are already successful? I guess I just feel like I would jump at great opportunities if they were presented to me. Of course all of this is my opinion only and I do respect all of your opinions as well.

To clarify: No one here “HATES” a-n-y, ANY, of the Housewives… even though Kyle DID block SH on twitter! LOL!! AND… if there is a spin put on an item, well, that is certainly the prerogative one has when they own a site. However, there is not a “negative spin” on this item… that is YOUR interpretation.

In my most humble opinion, it is just too easy. When is Farrah going to learn how to fend for herself? It is like coddling to me. That is where my negative view point comes from.
Farrah is a smart girl, just listening to her ask her mother questions it is obvious that Farrah is more mature than Kyle. It is a good thing her biological father has been in her life, won’t it be funny if Farrah ends up richer than kyle, haha. Would love to read the divorce papers between kyle and farrah’s dad.
At some point all of my kids worked for our business. If only to get their feet wet and have something on their resume. It’s usually an uncomfortable position to be in and we did expect them to work longer and harder than anyone else. Which is why they all moved on to other pursuits.
Agree that MANY college grads take any job they can get these days. Also concur that some simply choose to be negative about anything Kyle related. And the comment about Farrah’s looks is a cheap pot shot. She’s an attractive young woman, and not a contestant on “America’s Next Top Model.” Lastly, when people say they “tell it like is is” they are simply stating their take on the situation, which is why I prefer “call it like I see it.”
Farrah is far prettier than at least ninety percent of the girls on ANTM. All of Kyle’s girls are very pretty. It’s funny how Kim’s are all blondes and Kyle’s all brunettes.Kim’s daughters are very pretty too.

This is not a hater site, it is a place where the people that comment are allowed to have strong opinions and open discussions about all of the housewives. I have read this site for a long time before commenting and wasn’t able to find it for a while. Even though I enjoy reading all of the posts, it was my opinion of Taylor that brought me out into commenting instead of lurking. It felt so good to finally say what was driving me crazy without having to post in a blog among a bunch of loons and instead be able to comment in a group of in depth thought provoking posters.

I have always had Farrah on my radar, so am glad someone has brought her up. I am glad she is working. Her degree is in Forensic Psychology, if I remember correctly. Whether she pursues that in the future remains to be seen.
I am not a fan of Kyle. In one episode, she was talking to Morris about wanting another baby. In essence saying, she could get pregnant without his consent (he had said he really was more concerned with finances at this stage of his life). At Mohammed’s engagement party for Pandora, Kyle told Farrah that she wanted Farrah to get married, have a baby and leave (leaving the baby with her, Kyle.) What mother says this? So, Good for Farrah, choosing a career in RE rather than being a “surrogate” mother of a grand baby for Kyle. geez

freefall ….You’ve joined a great group of free thinking individuals who like to use “the little grey matter” as a famous Belgium detective once said. Pressuring a daughter to have a child so they can be a grandmother is just evil. I agree with you. Farrah is just being smart.
After all that has gone on with the reunions, I have to say Lisa is very diplomatic and seems to have her head on straight. I bet RH isn’t mentioned in Mauricio’s bio because the agency doesn’t want to be associated with that crazy social experiment. I swear, its second only to the Standford prison experiment…. except nobody died in that one.
